- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多層構造物であって、 表皮層と、 該表皮層に接着させた高周波(「RF」)感受性層であって、プロピレンに 基づくポリマーよりなる第1の成分と、非ポリプロピレン系ポリオレフィンより なる第2の成分と、高周波感受性ポリマーよりなる第3の成分と、ポリマー性適 合化剤よりなる第4の成分とを有するものである高周波感受性層を含み、 a<40000psi、 b>=70%、 c<30%、 d>1.0、 e<0.1%、 f<0.1%、 g>=0.05、 h<=60%、 i=0 〔ここに、aはASTM D−882に従って測定した該組成物の機械的引張応力 であり、 bは最初の20%の変形の後の該組成物の長さにおける回復パーセントであり 、 cはASTM D−1003に従って測定された厚み9milsのフィルムに加工し た該組成物の光学的ヘイズであり、 dは溶融物加工温度において測定した1Hzでの該組成物の損 失タンジェントであり、 eは該組成物の重量によるハロゲン元素の含量であり、 fは該組成物の低分子量水溶性画分であり、 gは1乃至60MHzの範囲における及び25乃至250℃の温度における該組成 物の誘電損失であり、 hは27psiの負荷の下での1インチの該組成物片について121℃において 測定されたサンプルクリープであり、そして i 約20インチ(50cm)/分という中等度の速度で約100%の伸び(最初 の2倍の長さ)にまで歪ませたとき該組成物が歪みによる白色化を示さないもの であり、歪みによる白色化の存在(1で示される)又はその欠如(0で示される )が記録される。〕なる範囲の物理的性質を有するものである構造物。 2. 多層構造物であって、 重量で当該ポリプロピレンの0〜20%の範囲内のスチレンエチレンーブテン 該RF層の該非プロピレン系のポリオレフィンが、超低密度ポリエチレン と、ポリブテンと、ブチンエチレンコポリマーと、ビニルアセテート含量が約18 〜50%であるエチレンビニルアセテート コポリマーと、メチルアクリレート含量が約20〜40%であるエチレンメチルアク リレートコポリマーと、20〜40%のn−ブチルアクリレート含量を有するエチレ ンn−ブチルアクリレートコポリマーと、約15%より大なるアクリル酸含量を有 するエチレンアクリル酸コポリマーとを含むエチレンコポリマーよりなる群より 選ばれるものである、請求項2の構造物。 4. 該高周波感受性ポリマーが、ポリアミドと、18〜50重量%の量のビニルア セテートを有するエチレンビニルアセテートと、メチルアクリレートが重量で20 %〜40%の量であるエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーと、ビニルアルコー ルが15%〜70%の量であるエチレンビニルアルコールとからなる群より選ばれる ものである、請求項2の構造物。 5. 該ポリアミドが、2〜13の範囲の炭素数を有するジアミンの縮合反応より 得られる脂肪族ポリアミド、2〜13の範囲の炭素数を有するジ酸の縮合反応より
