Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 1.弁ドームで囲まれた磁気アーマチュアを備え、この磁気アーマチュアは電流 により励磁可能でかつ弁ドームに固定された磁気コイルにより作動され、この磁 気アーマチュア内に配置されて磁気コイルで一部が囲まれた弁棒が弁ハウジング 内に固定された弁座と協働するスリップ制御装置付き液圧ユニット用のソレノイ ド弁であって、電磁的な駆動力で作動可能な前記弁棒(1)は、液圧による駆動 力で作動することができ、第1及び少なくとも1の第2液圧流体通路(11,1 2)との間の液圧で制御されることを特徴とするソレノイド弁。
- 2.前記弁棒(1)は前記磁気アーマチュア(2)に対して摺動案内され、電磁 的に励磁による前記磁気アーマチュア(2)の移動と独立して前記弁座(3)の 液圧を制御する(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のソレノイド弁。
- 3.前記磁気アーマチュア(2)には段付き開口(4)が同軸状に貫通されてい る(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のソレノイド弁。
- 4.前記開口(4)内にばね部材(5)が挿入され、このばね部材は前記弁棒( 1)の前面で支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から3いずれか1記載の ソレノイド弁。
- 5.前記弁棒(1)の前面にはストッパ(6)が設けられ、このストッパは前記 開口(4)の段部に当接可能である(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項4記載の ソレノイド弁。
- 6.前記ストッパ(6)は平坦なストッパディスクで形成され、このストッパデ ィスクには前記ばね部材(5)を案内する中央スタッドが設けられている(第1 図)ことを特徴とする請求項5記載のソレノイド弁。
- 7.前記ばね部材(5)に作用するスラスト部材(7)が、前記前記ストッパ( 6)の反対側で磁気アーマチュア(2)の開口(4)内に配置されている(第1 図)ことを特徴とする請求項1から6いずれか1記載のソレノイド弁。
- 8.前記スラスト部材(7)は前記磁気アーマチュア(2)の開口(4)内を軸 方向に移動可能である(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項1から7いずれか1記 載のソレノイド弁。
- 9.前記スラスト部材(7)は、絞り孔(9)を形成するために好ましくは中空 シリンダ状に形成されている(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項7記載のソレノ イド弁。
- 10.前記弁棒(1)を収容する弁座(3)の範囲内に、弁棒(1)を収容する 案内部材(8)が配置される(第1,2図)ことを特徴とする請求項1から9い ずれか1記載のソレノイド弁。
- 11.前記案内部材(8)は収束部と拡散部とを有する軸対称状のボディ形状を 有し、この案内部材の開口の最も断面の小さい部分内で前記弁棒(1)が半径方 向に案内される(第1図)ことを特徴とする請求項10記載のソレノイド弁。
- 12.前記弁座(3)に面する側で前記案内部材(8)に少なくとも1の液圧流 体通路(10)が形成され、この液圧流体通路は前記弁棒(1)が開位置に配置 されたときに第1,第2液圧流体通路(11,12)を連通する(第1,2図) ことを特徴とする請求項11記載のソレノイド弁。
- 13.前記弁棒(1)上をアクチュエータ(20)が案内され、このアクチュエ ータは第1切換位置である通常位置で、弁座側に配置された第1部分(21)が 案内部材(8)上に配置され、第2切換位置でこのアクチュエータ(20)の第 2部分(22)画磁気アマチュア(2)に当接する(第2図)ことを特徴とする 請求項1記載のソレノイド弁。
- 14.前記第1部分(21)派前記弁棒(1)を囲む案内ブッシュで形成され、 前記弁ハウジング(15)で支えられたばね部材(5)がこの第1部分で保持さ れる(第2図)ことを特徴とする請求項13記載のソレノイド弁。
- 15.前記第2部分(22)は全体的に中空円筒状のストッパ部材で形成され、 このストッパ部材はその開口内に戻しばね(19)を収容し、この戻しばねは磁 気アーマチュア(2)に接触する(第2図)ことを特徴とする請求項13記載の ソレノイド弁。
- 16.前記第1,第2部分(21,22)間に環状面(23)で形成された遷移 部が設けられ、この環状面に弁の閉方向と反対方向の液圧が作用可能である(第 2図)ことを特徴とする請求項13記載のソレノイド弁。
