Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ブースタシエル１に、その内部を前部シエル室
    ２と後部シエル室３とに仕切る隔壁板１ｃを固設
    し、前部シエル室２を前側の前部負圧室２ａと後
    側の前部作動室２ｂとに区画する前部ブースタピ
    ストン４及びその後面に重合される前部ダイヤフ
    ラム５と、後部シエル室３を前側の後部負圧室３
    ａと後側の後部作動室３ｂとに区画する後部ブー
    スタピストン６及びその後面に重合される後部ダ
    イヤフラム７とを、前記隔壁板１ｃを貫通して出
    力杆５３に連なるピストンボス１０の前部及び後
    部に、そのピストンボス１０の外周に嵌合して後
    端をストツパ部材１３で係止されるスリーブ１２
    を介して気密に固定し、前記ピストンボス１０の
    後端に連設されてブースタシエル１の後壁に摺動
    自在に支承される弁筒２５内に、前後動可能の入
    力杆３５と、この入力杆３５の前後動に応じて両
    作動室２ｂ，３ｂを大気と両負圧室２ａ，３ａと
    に連通切換えする制御弁３２を配設したタンデム
    型負圧ブースタであつて、 スリーブ１２の前端とピストンボス１０に設け
    たフランジ１０ａで前部ブースタピストン４の内
    周端と前記ダイヤフラム５の内周ビード５ａを挟
    圧してピストンボス１０の前部に固定すると共に
    、後部ブースタピストン６の内周端に形成した係
    止爪６ａとピストンボス１０の外周に形成した係
    止溝１０ｂとにより後部ブースタピストン６とピ
    ストンボス１０をバヨネツト結合し、且つ後部ブ
    ースタピストン６、スリーブ１２、及びピストン
    ボス１０を相対回転不能に凹凸係合させ、前記後
    部ブースタピストン６とストツパ部材１３で後部
    ダイヤフラム７の内周ビード７ａを挟圧してピス
    トンボス１０の後部に固定したことを特徴とする
    、タンデム型負圧ブースタ。
