図1Aおよび図1Bは、第1実施形態の試料観察装置100の概略構成を示す断面図である。第1実施形態に係る試料観察装置100は、光源部10と、容器20と、受光部材40とを備える。図1Bは図1Aの変形例である。図1Bに示すように、試料観察装置100は、媒体80と受光部材40との間に位置しているスリット部材30を備える構成であってもよい。スリット部材30を備える構成である場合、受光部材40の受光領域42に対応してスリット部31を配置することができる。その結果、例えば、隣接する受光領域42によって受光されるべきである、細胞壁等によって散乱された散乱光等を受光することを抑えることができる。スリット部材30は、スリット部31および遮光部32を備える。受光部材40は、光透過領域41および受光領域42を備える。
(第2実施形態)
本発明の第2実施形態に係る試料観察システム101について、図面を参照して以下に説明する。
本実施形態に係る試料観察システム101は、図13Aおよび図13Bに示されるように、試料観察装置100、制御装置としての制御基板90、および監視装置91を備える。試料観察装置100は、第1実施形態と同様である。図13Aに示す試料観察システム101の試料観察装置100は、図1Aに示す構成であり、図13Bに示す試料観察システム101の試料観察装置100は、スリット部材30を含む図1Bに示す構成である。なお、前述の実施形態と対応する部分には同一の参照符を付し、重複する説明は省略する。

前記受光領域ユニットは、平面視において格子状の光透過領域と、該格子状の光透過領域によって区画された、平面視において正方形状の複数の受光領域とを含んでいる請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の試料観察装置。 - 前記光源部は、時間の経過に伴って出射光の強度が大きくなるよう制御される請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の試料観察装置。
- 前記光源部は、前記容器の一部のみに前記照射光を照射する請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載の試料観察装置。
- 前記容器は、複数の被照射領域を備え、
前記光源部は、前記複数の被照射領域を個別に照射する請求項13に記載の試料観察装置。 - 前記スリット部材は、スリット部と遮光部とを備える請求項1に記載の試料観察装置。
- 前記試料は細胞であり、前記媒体は細胞培養培地である請求項1~15のいずれか1項に記載の試料観察装置。
- 前記細胞は、人工多能性幹細胞または間葉系幹細胞である請求項16に記載の試料観察装置。
- 前記受光部材は、前記散乱光の前記細胞培養培地における透過率に基づいて、前記細胞培養培地のpH値を測定する信号を取得する請求項16または17に記載の試料観察装置。
- 請求項1~18のいずれか1項に記載の試料観察装置と、
前記試料観察装置に接続され、前記試料観察装置の試料観察動作を制御する制御装置と、
前記制御装置と通信し、前記試料観察装置の監視情報を出力する監視装置とを、備えている試料観察システム。
