前記透明なガラス層に固定された透明なエネルギー散逸層であって、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層は、27℃以下のガラス転移温度、並びに0.5以上、若しくは1~2のTanδピーク値、並びに-40℃~70℃の温度範囲にわたって0.9MPa超のヤング率(E’)を有する、透明なエネルギー散逸層と、
を含むディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、架橋ポリウレタン層を含む、[1]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、架橋ポリウレタンアクリレート層を含む、[1]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、10℃以下、5℃以下、又は0℃以下、又は-5℃以下、又は-40~5℃の範囲内、又は-30~5℃の範囲内、又は-20~5℃の範囲内、又は-15~5℃の範囲内、又は-10~5℃の範囲内、又は-5~5℃の範囲内のガラス転移温度を有する、[1]~[3]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、20~200マイクロメートル、又は50~150マイクロメートル、又は75~150マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する、[1]~[4]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、前記透明なガラス層に直接固定されている、[1]~[5]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、中間接着剤層によって前記透明なガラス層に固定されている、[1]~[6]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記中間接着剤層が、40MPa以上のせん断弾性率値を有する、[7]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
[9]
前記透明なガラス層に固定された保護層を更に含み、前記透明なガラス層が前記透明なエネルギー散逸層を前記保護層から分離している、[1]~[8]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記保護層を前記透明なガラス層から分離している光学的に透明な接着剤層を更に含む、[9]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層上に配置された結合層を更に含み、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が前記結合層を前記透明なガラス層から分離し、前記結合層は、-40℃~70℃の温度範囲にわたって、200kPa以下、又は100kPa以下、又は50kPa以下のせん断弾性率を有する、[1]~[10]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記結合層と接触した剥離ライナーを更に含む、[11]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、0.5以上、又は0.8以上、又は1.0以上、又は1.2以上、又は0.5~2.5の範囲内、又は1~2.5の範囲内のTanδピーク値を有し、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、0.1~1.0mol/kg、又は0.2~0.9mol/kg、又は0.37~0.74mol/kgの範囲内の架橋密度を有する、[1]~[12]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記ディスプレイフィルムが、2.0%以下、又は1.5%以下、又は1.0%以下、又は0.5%以下のヘイズ、及び85%以上、又は90%以上の可視光透過率を有する、[1]~[13]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記保護層が、ナノ粒子を含み、2~30マイクロメートル、又は2~15マイクロメートル、又は3~10マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する、[9]に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

前記ディスプレイフィルムが、30~300マイクロメートル、又は40~200マイクロメートル、又は40~150マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する、[1]~[15]のいずれか一項に記載のディスプレイフィルム。

250マイクロメートル以下、又は25~100マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する透明なガラス層と、

Claims (14)
- 10~250マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する透明なガラス層と、
前記透明なガラス層に固定された透明なエネルギー散逸層であって、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層は、27℃以下のガラス転移温度、並びに0.5~2.5のTanδピーク値、並びに-40℃~70℃の温度範囲にわたって0.9MPa超のヤング率(E’)を有する、透明なエネルギー散逸層と、
前記透明なガラス層に固定された弾性ナノコンポジット層である保護層であって、前記透明なガラス層が前記保護層から前記透明なエネルギー散逸層を分離している、保護層と、
を含み、
Tanδピーク値は、試料を幅6.35mm及び長さ4cmのストリップにカットし、引張グリップを用いて、-50℃から200℃までの毎分2℃の速度での昇温中を通じ、0.2%のひずみ及び1Hzの振動で試験する、DMA分析に従って測定される、
ディスプレイフィルム。 - 前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、中間接着剤層により、透明なガラス層に固定されている、請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 10~250マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する透明なガラス層と、
前記透明なガラス層に固定された透明なエネルギー散逸層であって、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層は、27℃以下のガラス転移温度、並びに0.5~2.5のTanδピーク値、並びに-40℃~70℃の温度範囲にわたって0.9MPa超のヤング率(E’)を有する、透明なエネルギー散逸層と、
前記透明なガラス層の上に配置された光学的に透明な接着剤層と、
前記光学的に透明な接着剤層上に配置された保護層であって、前記保護層が、熱可塑性の基材上に配置されたハードコートを含み、前記光学的に透明な接着剤層が前記保護層から前記透明なエネルギー散逸層を分離している、保護層と、
を含み、
Tanδピーク値は、試料を幅6.35mm及び長さ4cmのストリップにカットし、引張グリップを用いて、-50℃から200℃までの毎分2℃の速度での昇温中を通じ、0.2%のひずみ及び1Hzの振動で試験する、DMA分析に従って測定される、
ディスプレイフィルム。 - 前記保護層が、無機ナノ粒子を含むアクリルハードコートを含む、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記無機ナノ粒子がシリカを含む、請求項4に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記基材が、ポリメチルメタクリレート、ポリカーボネート、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエステル(PET又はPEN)、多環式オレフィンポリマー、及び熱可塑性ポリウレタンからなる群より選択される、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記基材がポリエステル(PET又はPEN)を含む、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記基材が無色のポリイミドを含む、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記基材が120MPa超のオフセット降伏応力を有する、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 前記透明なエネルギー散逸層が、中間接着剤層により前記透明なガラス層に固定されている、請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルム。
- 10~250マイクロメートルの範囲内の厚さを有する透明なガラス層と、
前記透明なガラス層に固定された透明なエネルギー散逸層であって、前記透明なエネルギー散逸層は、27℃以下のガラス転移温度、並びに0.5~2.5のTanδピーク値、並びに-40℃~70℃の温度範囲にわたって0.9MPa超のヤング率(E’)を有する、透明なエネルギー散逸層と、
前記透明なガラス層上に直接固定されたハードコートの保護層であって、前記透明なガラス層が前記保護層から前記透明なエネルギー散逸層を分離している、保護層と、
を含み、
