Description
-ドラムDへの糸コイルの進入を検出するための第1光学センサF1;
-ドラムD(図3)上の糸コイルリザーブの完了を検出するための第2の光学センサF2;および
-カーソルCの両側にあって、それぞれドラムD上に緯糸フィーダの反時計回りの回転方向Sに巻かれたまたは時計回りの回転方向Zに巻かれた糸コイルの場合に、ドラムDから出てくるコイルを検出する第3および第4の光学センサF3、F4(図2);
を備える。回転の方向は緯糸フィーダの出口側(図1の左側)を見る観察者に関連する。
Claims (13)
- 緯糸を検出するための反射型光学センサ(F1~F4)を備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)であって、各々の前記反射型光学センサ(F1~F4)は相対供給プリント回路基板(3)上に組み立てられた発光器(1)と受光器(2)を備え、前記発光器(1)と前記受光器(2)は緯糸フィーダ(P)の前部に向かって突出し且つ前記緯糸のコイルが巻かれる緯糸フィーダドラム(D)に沿って伸びる緯糸フィーダ(P)のアーム(A)に収容され、前記発光器(1)から前記緯糸フィーダドラム(D)上に設置されたそれぞれの反射面(R)に向かう直接光放射と前記反射面(R)から前記受光器(2)への反射放射とからなる光路を通る緯糸の有無を検出するように構成される反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダにおいて、
上記発光器(1)と前記受光器(2)は前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)上に互いに平行な光軸で組み立てられていること、および
前記反射型光学センサは、前記反射面(R)から到来する前記反射放射を前記受光器(2)の光検出器に向ける前記反射放射のスクリーニングダイアフラム(8)をさらに含み、
前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)は、前記反射放射の一部のみを前記受光器(2)の前記光検出器に伝えるように構成され、円筒形状を有し、その軸が前記受光器(2)の光軸に対して傾斜していること、を特徴とする反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。 - 前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)は、前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)と結合された遮蔽板(4)に形成される、請求項1に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)は、その軸が前記反射面(R)の方向に実質的に整列している細長い円筒形状を有する、請求項2に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)は、前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)の存在を除き遮光される、前記遮蔽板(4)の空洞(6)に開口し、該空洞内に前記受光器(2)の光検出器も収容される、請求項3に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記受光器(2)は、前記遮蔽板と前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)との最終組立位置で前記空洞を完全に閉鎖する、請求項4に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記遮蔽板は、前記遮蔽板(4)と前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)との最終組み立て位置において、前記遮蔽板の両側から垂直に突出し、前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)に形成された前記発光器(1)と前記受光器(2)との間の対応するスロットに挿入されるバッフル(7)を含む、請求項5に記載の反射光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記発光器(1)と前記受光器(2)は表面実装電子部品(SMD)である、請求項2~6の何れかに記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記発光器(1)と前記受光器(2)は逆実装電子部品、即ち前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)の背面部に組み付けられるが、このような相対供給プリント回路基板(3)に形成されたスルーホールのおかげで前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)の前面部から光放射を発光/受光しやすい電子部品である、請求項7に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記発光器(1)および前記受光器(2)ならびに前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)の裏面は、不透明な黒色塗料または樹脂層で被覆されている、請求項2~8のいずれかに記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記反射型光学センサ(F1~F4)が緯糸停止装置を収容するボックス(M)の底壁上に、透明窓(10)に対応して設置されている、請求項2~9のいずれかに記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記スクリーニングダイアフラム(8)の自由端(8a)が前記透明窓(10)の内面と接触して配置さている、請求項10に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記遮蔽板(4)には、前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)との結合脚部(9)が設けられ、前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)には、前記ボックス(M)の底壁に設けられた対応する位置決めと係合するための位置決め穴が設けられている、請求項11に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織用緯糸フィーダ(P)。
- 前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)の前記位置決め穴および前記相対供給プリント回路基板(3)の全外周が前記ボックス(M)の内壁に樹脂で封止されている、請求項12に記載の反射型光学センサを備える製織緯糸フィーダ(P)。
