Claims (8)
- 振動板と前記振動板に固定された圧電素子とを有し、前記圧電素子に印加される駆動電圧により振動する振動子と、
前記圧電素子に前記駆動電圧を供給するフレキシブルプリント基板と、
前記振動子を接触部材に対して加圧する加圧手段と、
を備え、
前記圧電素子に前記駆動電圧を供給することで前記振動子と前記接触部材とが前記加圧手段の加圧方向と直交する方向に相対移動する振動波モータにおいて、
前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記加圧方向と交差する前記圧電素子の面に固定されており、前記振動子の側部から前記振動子と前記接触部材との相対移動方向に平行な第1の方向に沿って延伸してから前記振動子側に曲がり、更に前記第1の方向の逆方向である第2の方向に延伸することを特徴とする振動波モータ。 - 前記側部は、前記振動子の前記相対移動方向に沿った側部であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記振動子及び前記加圧手段とで構成される駆動部の移動領域内の一部において延伸の方向を前記第1の方向から前記第2の方向に変更するように曲がることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記振動子の側部から延伸する前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記加圧方向に略90°に曲がり、前記相対移動方向に沿って延伸することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記振動子の側部から延伸する前記フレキシブルプリント基板は、前記加圧方向に略90°に曲がり、延伸し、略180°に折り返して前記加圧方向の逆向きに延伸し、前記相対移動方向に沿って延伸することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の振動波モータ。
- 前記振動波モータは、超音波領域の周波数の振動を用いた超音波モータであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の振動波モータ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の振動波モータと、
前記振動波モータにより移動するレンズと、を有するレンズ装置。 - 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の振動波モータと、
前記振動波モータにより移動するレンズと、を有する撮像装置。
