Claims (14)
- 複数の処理炉を通して搬送される薄膜樹脂(1’)形式の可撓性の長尺材料(1)の搬送方向(A)に連続して配置されて長尺材料(1)を処理する少なくとも2つの処理領域(7)と、
搬送方向(A)に連続する少なくとも2つの処理領域(7)間に設けられる少なくとも1つの中立領域(7n)とを備え、
中立領域(7n)の前段に設けられる処理領域(7)は、搬送方向(A)前段に配置される処理領域(7)から中立領域(7n)内に長尺材料(1)を搬出する出口開口(9b)を備える領域出口壁(11b)及び/又は中立領域壁(113b)を有し、
中立領域(7n)より搬送方向(A)後段に設けられる処理領域(7)は、領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は中立領域壁(113a)を有し、中立領域壁(113a)は、搬送方向(A)後段の処理領域(7)内に中立領域(7n)から長尺材料(1)が進入する入口開口(9a)を備え、
領域出口壁(11b)及び/又は前段の中立領域壁(113b)に隣接して設けられかつ/又は他方で領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は後続の中立領域壁(113a)に隣接して設けられるノズル装置(15v, 15n)は、長尺材料(1)に達する移動気体(S)を発生する処理装置において、
ノズル装置(15)は、中立領域(7n)内で前段のノズル装置(15v)及び/又は中立領域(7n)内で後続のノズル装置(15n)を備え、
ノズル装置(15)は、隣接する領域出口壁(11b)及び/又は前段の中立領域壁(113b)又は領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は後続の中立領域壁(113a)に対し45°よりも小さい噴射角度(α)で各移動気体(S)を噴出し、かつ
ノズル装置(15)は、領域出口壁(11b)又は前段の中立領域壁(113b)又は領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は後続の中立領域壁(113a)に沿って長尺材料(1)に達する移動気体(S)を送出することを特徴とする処理装置。 - ノズル装置(15)からの移動気体(S)の案内壁又はガイド壁として、領域出口壁(11b)又は前段の中立領域壁(113b)又は領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は後続の中立領域壁(113a)が用いられ、
領域出口壁(11b)又は前段の中立領域壁(113b)又は領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は後続の中立領域壁(113a)に接して各移動気体(S)を案内しかつ/又は沿わせかつ/又は並行させかつ/又は流動させかつ/又は方向づけて、長尺材料(1)の移動方向に移動気体を更に安定して案内する請求項1に記載の処理装置。 - 複数のノズル装置(15v, 15n)は、複数のノズル開口(19v, 19n)を有し、
ノズル開口(19v, 19n)を介して流出する移動気体(S)は、噴射角度(α)で隣接する領域出口壁(11b)又は領域入口壁(11a)に向かって噴出され、
噴射角度(α)は、40°より小さく、又は35°より小さく、30°、25°、20°、15°、12.5°、10°、8°、7°、6°、5°、4°、3°又は2°又は1°より小さく、0°より大きい請求項1又は2に記載の処理装置。 - 処理装置は、搬送方向(A)前段に配置されるノズル装置(15v)を通して供給される移動気体(S)を、前段の処理領域(7)内の処理温度(TZ1)又は処理温度(TZ1)より10℃未満だけ異なる温度範囲(T1)に加熱し、かつ/又は
搬送方向(A)後段に配置されるノズル装置(15n)を通して供給される移動気体(S)を、後続の処理領域(7)内の処理温度(TZ2)又は処理温度(TZ2)から10℃未満だけ異なる温度(T2)に加熱する請求項1、2又は3に記載の処理装置。 - 処理装置は、中立領域(7n)内で噴出する各移動気体(S)を、20℃、15℃、12.5℃、10℃、8℃、7℃、6℃、5℃、4℃、3℃、2℃又は1℃未満だけ各処理温度(TZ1, TZ2)とは異なる温度(T1又はT2)に加熱し、
中立領域(7n)の搬送方向(A)前段に配置される処理領域(7)又は後段に配置される処理領域(7)内に前記処理温度を設定する請求項1〜4の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。 - 複数のノズル装置(15v, 15n)は、穿孔ノズル(37a)及び/又は開口ノズル(37b)を備える複数の開口ノズル(19v, 19n)を有する請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 中立領域(7n)は、長尺材料(1)の搬送方向(A)前段に配置されるノズル装置(15v)及び/又は後段のノズル装置(15n)の各ノズル装置(15v, 15n)を介して流出する移動気体(S)に共通の吸引装置(35)を備え、
長尺材料(1)から離隔する位置の両ノズル装置(15v, 15n)間に、吸引装置(35)が配置される請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。 - 長尺材料(1)の平面(E)から離隔して配置されかつ両ノズル装置(15v, 15n)の各々に対応して、互いに隣接する異なる吸引装置(35a, 35b)を備える請求項1〜6の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 別体の筐体装置(31)形状の筐体装置(31)が中立領域(7n)に対応する請求項1〜8の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 中立領域(7n)内に設けられるノズル装置(15v, 15n)及び/又は吸引装置(35; 35a, 35b)は、別体の筐体装置(31)の内部に配置される請求項9に記載の処理装置。
- 長尺材料(1)の平面(E)に対し、角度90°で、又は20°、15°、12°、10°、8°、7°、6°、5°、4°、3°、2°又は1°未満だけ90°とは異なる角度で領域入口壁(11a)、領域出口壁(11b)及び/又は中立領域壁(113a, 113b)を配置する請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- 扇形の及び/又は平面的な移動気体(S)は、ノズル装置(15)及び/又はノズル開口(19v, 19n)から発生し、空気案内装置となる領域入口壁(11a)及び/又は領域出口壁(11b)及び/又は中立領域壁(113a, 113b)に沿って移動する請求項1〜10の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- ノズル装置(15)及び/又はノズル開口(19v, 19n)は、長尺材料(1)の全幅にわたり又は±20%未満若しくは±10%未満だけ全幅とは異なる幅で形成される請求項1〜12の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
- ノズル装置(15)及び/又はノズル開口(19v, 19n)は、入口開口(9a)及び/又は出口開口(9b)の高さに沿って少なくとも入口開口(9a)及び/又は出口開口(9b)の幅にわたり延伸し又は広がる平面的及び/又は扇形の移動気体を発生する請求項1〜13の何れか1項に記載の処理装置。
