Claims (5)
- 走行用動力源と駆動輪との間の動力伝達経路に設けられた駆動側プーリおよび従動側プーリと、それら両プーリに巻き掛けられたベルトと、前記駆動側プーリの溝幅を変更するための駆動側油圧アクチュエータと、前記従動側プーリの溝幅を変更するための従動側油圧アクチュエータとを有する車両用無段変速機において、油圧源からの油圧を元圧としてモジュレータ圧を調圧するモジュレータ弁と、前記油圧源から前記駆動側油圧アクチュエータへ供給される作動油を制御する駆動側油圧アクチュエータ制御弁と、前記モジュレータ圧を元圧として前記駆動側油圧アクチュエータ制御弁を制御する制御油圧を出力する常開型の駆動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁と、前記油圧源から前記従動側油圧アクチュエータへ供給される作動油を制御する従動側油圧アクチュエータ制御弁と、前記モジュレータ圧を元圧として前記従動側油圧アクチュエータ制御弁を制御する制御油圧を出力する常開型の従動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁とを備える油圧制御装置であって、
前記駆動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁および前記従動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁に対する電気的制御が不能な故障の発生に基づいてノーマル位置からフェイル位置に切り換えられるフェイルセーフ弁を含み、
前記モジュレータ弁は、前記フェイルセーフ弁の前記ノーマル位置からフェイル位置への切換により発生させられる出力切換圧に基づいて前記モジュレータ圧を前記ノーマル位置での値よりも低くする
ことを特徴とする車両用無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記フェイルセーフ弁は、前記駆動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁から出力される制御油圧または前記従動側制御油圧調圧電磁弁から出力される制御油圧を切換圧として受ける切換圧ポートを有し、前記切換圧ポートに受けた制御油圧が予め設定された圧力値を超えることに基づいて前記ノーマル位置から前記フェイル位置へ切り換えられる切換弁である
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両用無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記モジュレータ弁は、前記油圧源に接続される入力ポート、出力ポートと、前記出力ポートから出力される出力圧の大きさを切り換えるための出力切換圧を受ける出力圧切換ポートとを有し、前記出力圧切換ポートに前記出力切換圧が供給されない場合には前記油圧源の油圧変動に拘わらず一定の第1モジュレータ圧を出力し、前記出力圧切換ポートに出力切換圧が供給された場合には前記油圧源の油圧変動に拘わらず前記第1モジュレータ圧よりも低い一定の第2モジュレータ圧を出力するものであり、
前記フェイルセーフ弁は、前記ノーマル位置から前記フェイル位置に切り替えられることにより、それまでドレンしていた前記出力圧切換ポートに前記モジュレータ弁から出力される第2モジュレータ圧を前記出力切換圧として供給するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 前記モジュレータ弁は、前記油圧源に接続される入力ポート、出力ポートと、前記出力ポートから出力されるモジュレータ圧の大きさを切り換えるための出力切換圧を受ける出力圧切換ポートとを有し、前記出力圧切換ポートに出力切換圧が供給される場合には前記油圧源の油圧変動に拘わらず一定の第1モジュレータ圧を出力し、前記出力圧切換ポートに前記出力切換圧が供給されない場合には前記油圧源の油圧変動に拘わらず前記第1モジュレータ圧よりも低い一定の第2モジュレータ圧を出力するものであり、
前記フェイルセーフ弁は、前記ノーマル位置から前記フェイル位置に切り替えられることにより、前記出力圧切換ポートに供給されていた前記モジュレータ弁からの第1モジュレータ圧をドレンさせるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両用無段変速機の油圧制御装置。 - 車両の前進走行時に係合させられて前記走行用動力源から出力される動力を前記駆動輪へ伝達させる前進クラッチと、前記モジュレータ圧を元圧として前記前進クラッチに供給するクラッチ圧を調圧する常閉型のクラッチ圧調圧電磁弁とを、備え、
前記フェイルセーフ弁は、前記ノーマル位置では前記クラッチ圧調圧電磁弁から出力される前記クラッチ圧を前記前進クラッチに供給し、前記フェイル位置では前記クラッチ圧に替えて前記モジュレータ弁から出力される前記モジュレータ圧を前記前進クラッチに供給するものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1の車両用無段変速機の油圧制御装置。
