Description
図1において、燃料供給装置1は、内燃機関に燃料を供給する。燃料供給装置1は、走行車両、船舶などの乗り物に搭載され、乗り物の動力源としての内燃機関に燃料を供給する。この実施形態の燃料供給装置1は、道路走行車両に搭載されている。燃料供給装置1は、軽油を燃料とするディーゼル機関に燃料を供給する。
この実施形態は、先行する実施形態を基礎的形態とする変形例である。上記実施形態では、図5に図示されるように、面77bをもつ貫通穴77が用いられている。これに代えて、図6に図示されるように、この実施形態では、成形型の移動方向MDに沿って広がる面77aだけで貫通穴77が区画形成される。成形型281は、移動方向MDに沿って広がる成形面によって貫通穴77を成形する。
この実施形態は、先行する実施形態を基礎的形態とする変形例である。上記実施形態では、図5または図6に図示されるように、成形型81、281を用いて貫通穴77が成形されている。これに代えて、成形型を用いることなく貫通穴が形成されてもよい。

Claims (9)
- 燃料をろ過するエレメント(63)と、
前記エレメントを収容するとともに、前記エレメントを通過するように燃料を流す通路を区画形成するケース(31)であって、前記エレメントを交換するためにカップ(32)とキャップ(33)とに分離可能であり、さらに、前記ケースの上部に沿って周方向に延びる捕捉通路(72)、前記捕捉通路に沿って分散的に配置され前記ケースの内部と前記捕捉通路とを連通する複数の貫通穴(77、377)、および前記捕捉通路の一部から延び出す導出通路(78)を区画形成するケース(31)とを備える燃料フィルタ。 - さらに、前記導出通路を含む空気排出通路(25)に設けられ、前記空気排出通路における圧力が燃料供給装置の作動状態を示す作動圧力を下回るとき閉じ、前記空気排出通路における圧力が前記作動圧力を上回るとき開く排出制御弁(26)と、
前記空気排出通路に設けられ、空気を通しやすく、液体の前記燃料の通過を抑制するオリフィス(27)とを備える請求項1に記載の燃料フィルタ。 - 前記捕捉通路(72)が、前記カップと前記キャップとの間に区画形成された請求項1または請求項2に記載の燃料フィルタ。
- さらに、前記カップと前記キャップとを連結する連結機構(41)と、
前記カップと前記キャップとの間をシールするシール機構(44)とを備える請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の燃料フィルタ。 - 前記捕捉通路(72)が、前記連結機構と前記シール機構との間に設けられた請求項4に記載の燃料フィルタ。
- 前記カップが、
前記エレメントによって濾過される前の燃料を導入する燃料入口(51)と、
前記エレメントによって濾過された後の燃料を排出する燃料出口(52)と、
前記導出通路を含む空気排出通路の出口部分(53)とを備える請求項1から請求項5のいずれかに記載の燃料フィルタ。 - 前記カップが、燃料のための固定的な配管(14、15、25)を接続するための複数の接続部(51、52、53)のすべてを備え、
前記キャップが、前記配管を分離することなく前記カップから分離可能である請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の燃料フィルタ。 - 前記ケースが、外側筒部としての側壁(34)、前記外側筒部の内側に配置される内側筒部としての側壁(38)、前記外側筒部と前記内側筒部とを連結する連結機構(41)、および前記外側筒部と前記内側筒部との間をシールするシール機構(44)を備えており、
前記捕捉通路(72)が、前記外側筒部と前記内側筒部との間であって、かつ、前記連結機構と前記シール機構との間に形成されており、
前記貫通穴が、前記内側筒部を貫通して形成されており、
前記導出通路が、前記外側筒部を貫通して形成されている請求項1に記載の燃料フィルタ。 - 前記貫通穴が、成形型(81、281)によって成形された面によって区画形成されている請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の燃料フィルタ。
