走行用のモータと、前記モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、アクセル操作量に応じて前記モータのトルク指令を設定する主制御手段と、前記主制御手段と通信可能に接続され、前記主制御手段から前記トルク指令を受信すると共に該受信したトルク指令で前記モータが駆動されるように該モータを制御するモータ制御手段と、を備える自動車であって、
前記モータ制御手段は、前記主制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときには、前記モータが所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御する、
ことを特徴とする。
Claims (3)
- 走行用のモータと、
前記モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、
アクセル操作量に応じて前記モータのトルク指令を設定する主制御手段と、
前記主制御手段と通信可能に接続され、前記主制御手段から前記トルク指令を受信すると共に該受信したトルク指令で前記モータが駆動されるように該モータを制御するモータ制御手段と、
を備える自動車であって、
エンジンと、動力を入出力すると共に前記バッテリと電力をやりとりする発電機と、前記発電機の回転軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が共線図において前記回転軸,前記出力軸,前記駆動軸の順に並ぶように接続されたプラネタリギヤと、を更に備え、
前記モータは、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力し、
前記主制御手段は、アクセル操作量に応じて前記エンジンの目標運転ポイントを設定すると共に前記モータのトルク指令を設定し、前記エンジンが前記目標運転ポイントで運転されるように前記エンジンを制御し、
更に、前記主制御手段は、前記モータ制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときには、前記エンジンが所定回転数で回転するように前記エンジンを制御し、
前記モータ制御手段は、前記主制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときにおいて、アクセル操作量が閾値未満のときには、前記モータが所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上で且つ前記バッテリの蓄電割合が第2閾値以上のときには、前記モータが前記所定トルク指令以上の第2所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御すると共に前記発電機が前記エンジンの回転数を押さえ込む方向の第3所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記発電機を制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上で且つ前記バッテリの蓄電割合が前記第2閾値未満のときには、前記モータが前記所定トルク指令以上で且つ前記第2所定トルク指令未満の第4所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御すると共に前記発電機が前記第3所定トルク指令よりも前記エンジンの回転数を押さえ込む方向に大きい第5所定トルク指令で駆動されるように制御する、
ことを特徴とする自動車。 - 走行用のモータと、
前記モータと電力をやりとりするバッテリと、
アクセル操作量に応じて前記モータのトルク指令を設定する主制御手段と、
前記主制御手段と通信可能に接続され、前記主制御手段から前記トルク指令を受信すると共に該受信したトルク指令で前記モータが駆動されるように該モータを制御するモータ制御手段と、
を備える自動車であって、
エンジンと、動力を入出力すると共に前記バッテリと電力をやりとりする発電機と、前記発電機の回転軸と前記エンジンの出力軸と車軸に連結された駆動軸とに3つの回転要素が共線図において前記回転軸,前記出力軸,前記駆動軸の順に並ぶように接続されたプラネタリギヤと、を更に備え、
前記モータは、前記駆動軸に動力を入出力し、
前記主制御手段は、アクセル操作量に応じて前記エンジンの目標運転ポイントを設定すると共に前記モータのトルク指令を設定し、前記エンジンが前記目標運転ポイントで運転されるように前記エンジンを制御し、
更に、前記主制御手段は、前記モータ制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときにおいて、アクセル操作量が閾値未満のときには、前記エンジンが所定回転数で回転するように制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上のときには、前記エンジンが前記所定回転数とは異なる第2所定回転数で回転するように前記エンジンを制御し、
前記モータ制御手段は、前記主制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときには、前記モータの回転数および前記発電機の回転数を用いて前記エンジンの推定回転数を演算し、該推定回転数を用いてアクセル操作量が前記閾値以上か未満かを判定し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値未満のときには、前記モータが所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上のときには、前記モータが前記所定トルク指令以上の第2所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記モータを制御すると共に前記発電機が前記エンジンの回転数を押さえ込む方向の第3所定トルク指令で駆動されるように前記発電機を制御する、
ことを特徴とする自動車。 - 請求項1記載の自動車であって、
前記主制御手段は、前記モータ制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときにおいて、アクセル操作量が前記閾値未満のときには、前記エンジンが前記所定回転数で回転するように制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上で且つ前記バッテリの蓄電割合が前記第2閾値以上のときには、前記エンジンが前記所定回転数とは異なる第2所定回転数で回転するように前記エンジンを制御し、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上で且つ前記バッテリの蓄電割合が前記第2閾値未満のときには、前記エンジンが前記所定回転数および前記第2所定回転数とは異なる第3所定回転数で回転するように前記エンジンを制御し、
前記モータ制御手段は、前記主制御手段との間で通信異常が生じたときには、前記モータの回転数および前記発電機の回転数を用いて前記エンジンの推定回転数を演算し、該推定回転数を用いて、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上か未満かと、アクセル操作量が前記閾値以上のときに前記バッテリの蓄電割合が前記第2閾値以上か未満かと、を判定する、
ことを特徴とする自動車。
