Claims (4)
- 作動要求信号に応じてブレーキ機構を作動させる電動アクチュエータと、
車両に設けられた電源によって前記電動アクチュエータの動作を制御して前記ブレーキ機構の保持および解除を制御するアクチュエータ制御手段と、
を備え、
前記アクチュエータ制御手段は、前記ブレーキ機構の保持または解除の制御途中で電力供給が一時的に断たれることでシステムダウンが生じて前記電動アクチュエータが停止した後、システム復帰して、前記保持または解除の制御を未完了のまま中断していたことが検出されたときに、新たな作動要求信号が発生するまで前記電動アクチュエータが停止した状態を維持し、新たな作動要求信号が発生している場合には、前記新たな作動要求信号に応じて制御を再開することを特徴とする電動ブレーキ装置。 - 前記アクチュエータ制御手段は、新たな作動要求信号が未完了となった制御の作動要求信号と同じである場合、および、新たな作動要求信号が未完了となった制御の作動要求信号と相違する場合に、その新たな作動要求信号に応じた制御を再開することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ制御手段は、新たな作動要求信号が未完了となった制御の作動要求信号と同じである場合は、その新たな作動要求信号に応じた制御を再開し、新たな作動要求信号が未完了となった制御の作動要求信号と相違する場合は、その新たな作動要求信号に応じた制御を再開することを禁止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
- 前記アクチュエータ制御手段は、前記車両が走行中のときは、前記保持または解除の制御を未完了のまま中断していたことが検出されても、新たな作動要求信号が前記ブレーキ機構の保持の作動要求信号の場合は、前記未完了の制御を途中から再開することを禁止することを特徴とする請求項1,2または3に記載の電動ブレーキ装置。
