Claims (5)
- 回転軸と、この回転軸に相対回転可能に装着されている回転ギヤとを備え、
前記回転軸が大径部と小径部とを有し、
前記回転ギヤの軸方向一端面が、前記回転軸における大径部と小径部との間の軸方向を向く段差面に隣接するように配置されている車両用トランスミッションであって、
前記回転軸の外周面における前記段差面に連なる根元部に、径方向内側へ凹入する逃げ部が形成され、
前記回転ギヤの内周面における前記段差面側の一端の角部に、面取り部が形成され、
前記段差面から前記逃げ部の終端までの軸方向距離aよりも、前記回転ギヤの一端から前記面取り部の終端までの軸方向距離bを大きくした車両用トランスミッション。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用トランスミッションにおいて、前記面取り部の軸線に対する傾斜角度が6.8〜11.0°である車両用トランスミッション。
- 請求項1または2に記載の車両用トランスミッションにおいて、前記回転ギヤの他端面に、回転軸に対して軸方向移動可能に噛合したシフト用のドグが係合する凹部が形成されているドグ式の車両用トランスミッション。
- 請求項1,2または3に記載の車両用トランスミッションにおいて、さらに、前記回転軸に一体形成された固定ギヤを含み、
前記固定ギヤにおける前記回転ギヤに対向する端面が前記段差面を形成している車両用トランスミッション。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の車両用トランスミッションにおいて、前記回転軸は、前記大径部と前記小径部とが一体に形成されている車両用トランスミッション。
