Description
中間層材料のプライによって互いに結合した、窓パネル材料の2個のペインと、
これら窓パネル材料のペイン間に配置した電気的デバイスと、
を有する、自動車の窓として使用するラミネート窓パネルであって、赤外線放射の反射手段を、前記窓パネル材料のペイン間に設け、前記電気的デバイスに入射する赤外線放射の量を減少させるよう構成した、ラミネート窓パネルを提供する。
図1は、天窓(ルーフ・ウインドウ)10の形式とした、ラミネート窓パネルを示し、ラミネート構造内に取り付けたエレクトロルミネッセント(EL:電子蛍光発光)ランプ11の形式とした電気的デバイスを有する。電子蛍光発光ランプ11は、天窓10の一方の端縁に近接配置して示したが、窓内の任意の位置、例えば中央にも配置できる。さらに、2個またはそれ以上のELランプ11を設けることができる。天窓10の周辺には、掩蔽バンド12を設け、天窓を車両(図示せず)に固着するのに用いる封止剤(図示せず)を粉飾かつ保護し、また、電力をELランプ11に供給する電気接続部(母線などの)を隠す。掩蔽バンド12は、窓パネル上にスクリーン印刷し、つぎに焼成した不透明インクから形成する。しかし、他の既知の手段を用いて形成し、また適用することもできるが、なくてもよい。
組成1
基礎ガラス(重量%):72.1%SiO2,1.1%Al2O3,13.5%Na2O,0.6%K2O,8.5%CaO,3.9%MgO,0.2%SO3,および、着色剤部(重量%):1.45%全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)、0.30%酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)、230ppmCo3O4,210ppmNiO,19ppmSe。このガラスは、現在、英国のピルキントン・グループ社から商標名GALAXEETMとして入手可能である。
組成2
上述した組成1と同一組成の基礎ガラス、および着色剤部(重量%):1.57%全鉄(Fe2O3として算出して)、0.31%酸化第一鉄(FeOとして算出して)、115ppmCo3O4,0ppmNiO,5pmSe。このガラスは、英国のピルキントン・グループ社から商標名SUNDYMTMとして入手可能である。
図3に示した窓パネルは、ガラスの外側ペイン31、ガラスの内側ペイン32、赤外線反射フィルム33、第1、第2、第3のPVBプライ34,35,36を有する点で、図2に示した窓パネルと同様である。第3PVBプライ36には、カットアウト37を設け、このカットアウト37にELランプ11を収納する。図2に示した窓パネルの説明は、図3に示す窓パネルにもほぼ当てはまり、ただし、図3の窓パネルにおいては、赤外線反射フィルム33を、天窓10の表面(すなわち、外側ペイン31の内側面)に設け、以下の層、すなわちTiO2,In2O3,Si3N4,NiCr,AlN,ZnO,SnO2,ZnxSnOyの層のうち1個またはそれ以上を有するものとした点で異なる。
Claims (10)
- 中間層材料の少なくとも3個とした第1、第2、および第3のプライによって互いに結合した、窓パネル材料の2個のペインと、
これら窓パネル材料のペイン間に配置した懸濁粒子デバイスと、
前記窓パネル材料のペイン間に設け、前記懸濁粒子デバイスに入射する赤外線放射の量を減少させるよう構成した赤外線放射の反射手段と、
を有する、自動車の窓として使用するラミネート窓パネルにおいて、
前記赤外線放射の反射手段を、中間層材料のプライの表面に設けた赤外線反射フィルムとし、
前記懸濁粒子デバイスを、中間層材料の第1および第2プライ間に配置した中間層材料の第3プライにおけるカットアウト領域に前記懸濁粒子デバイスの縁が中間層材料の第3プライに隣接して配置し、
さらに、前記中間層材料の第1のプライが、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリ塩化ビニル、またはエチレンとメタクリル酸の共重合体であり、前記中間層材料の第2のプライが、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリウレタン、ポリカーボネート、ポリビニルブチラール、ポリ塩化ビニル、またはエチレンとメタクリル酸の共重合体であり、かつ、前記中間層材料の第3のプライが、ポリビニルブチラールであることを特徴とするラミネート窓パネル。 - 請求項1に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、中間層材料の1個のプライを本体着色した、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項2に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記中間層材料の第3プライを本体着色した、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記赤外線反射フィルムを、1個またはそれ以上の金属層と、1個またはそれ以上の誘電体層とを有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記赤外線反射フィルムを、複数の非金属層を有するものとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、自動車の窓として使用するとき、窓パネル材料の外側ペインと、窓パネル材料の内側ペインとを有し、前記赤外線放射の反射手段を、前記窓パネル材料の外側ペインと前記懸濁粒子デバイスとの間に設けた、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記窓パネル材料のペインのうち少なくとも1個を、ガラスのペインとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項7に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記ガラスのペインを、本体着色した、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜8のうち一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルにおいて、前記窓パネル材料のペインのうち少なくとも1個を、プラスチック材料のペインとした、ラミネート窓パネル。
- 請求項1〜9のうち一項に記載のラミネート窓パネルを自動車の天窓として使用するラミネート窓パネルの使用方法。
