本发明涉及一种PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:注塑成型;表面处理;丝网印刷;一次烘烤;组装;热压;二次烘烤。该生产工艺制得的隔热天窗可减重40%~50%,可达到玻璃无法做到的造型,紫外线阻隔:100%,红外阻隔:90%,透光率:70‑85%以上。

一种PC隔热天窗及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热天窗,尤其涉及一种PC隔热天窗及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前市场上大多数车厂选取的隔热天窗还是双层3mm的玻璃中间夹0.76mm的PVB胶制成熟称夹层玻璃,因材质为整体玻璃,负重较重,对汽车及新能源汽车的燃油经济性有很大的影响且无阻隔紫红外线之功能,车主都是采用的是后贴膜方式且贴膜是不具有调光功能。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有隔热天窗负重较重,无阻隔紫红外线功能的问题,提供了一种PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,该生产工艺制得的隔热天窗可减重40%~50%,可达到玻璃无法做到的造型 ,紫外线阻隔:100%, 红外阻隔:90%,透光率: 70-85%以上。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,包括以下步骤
注塑成型:以PC和ABS为原料通过注塑机成型为平面PC板材,注塑熔化温度为220~260℃之间,注塑压力为60~130MPa;
表面处理:对PC板材中待印刷区域做等离子处理;
丝网印刷:对PC板材中待印刷区域进行丝网印刷;
一次烘烤:将印刷好的PC板材放入烤炉里进行烘烤;
组装:两片PC板材之间的夹层中设置液晶膜,PC板材与液晶膜之间采用胶粘;
热压:将组合后的产品进行热压,热压温度为180~200℃;
二次烘烤:对热压后的产品进行高温烘烤。
进一步的,所述注塑成型过程中模具温度为70~90℃。
进一步的,所述丝网印刷的颜料包括油墨、稀释剂、固化剂,所述油墨:稀释剂:固化剂混合比例为 10:1:1。
进一步的,丝网印刷网板选择200目。
进一步的,所述一次烘烤烘烤温度为75~80℃,烘烤时间为15~25min。
进一步的,组装时所使用的液晶膜为黑色液晶膜、灰色液晶膜或白色液晶膜中的一种。
进一步的,所述二次烘烤烘烤温度为180~190℃;烘烤时间27~33min。
进一步的,对二次烘烤后的产品采用五轴切割为所需尺寸,五轴切割吸力为2MPa-6MPa。
本发明还提供了一种上述方法制得的PC隔热天窗。
本发明所产生的有益效果包括:本发明中的PC天窗:1、有车外阻隔可见光线被柔車內被柔和的可见光线。2、红外线阻隔高达90%可起到夏季保凉,3,紫外线阻隔高达100%,起到冬季保暖;3、相对于传统天窗可减重40%~50%,有实验证明每提高10%的空气动力效率,可提高1%--2%的燃油经济性;4、PC隔热天窗的安全性能远高于一般玻璃天窗。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明做进一步详细的解释说明,但应当理解为本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例1
本实施例中pc隔热天窗生产工艺如下
(1)注塑成型:PC+ABS原料,注塑熔化温度设定为260℃之间,模具温度设定为85℃,注塑压力100MPa,通过注塑机成型成平面PC板材。
(2)切割:将PC板材放到三轴切割机上,材料长为2330mm,宽为1160mm,厚为4.0,然后依照产品外形尺寸长为1130mm,宽为568mm,进行初步的外形切割。
(3)表面处理:将产品放置在工作台面上, 依照产品尺寸(1130mm*568 mm)设定放置在治具板中间并固定位置,按下绿色开关,进行所有需印刷的区域上做等离子处理。
(4)丝网印刷:使用油墨、稀释剂、固化剂、每次调料比例油墨:稀释剂:固化剂为10:1:1,网板选择200目,准备好后对PC板材进行印刷。
(5)烘烤:印刷好产品直接放入烤炉里进行烘烤,烘烤温度78℃;烘烤时间15min。
(6)组装:将一片液晶膜放在两片切割好的PC板当中,使用EVA胶水进行贴合。本实施例采用白色液晶膜,其透光率为80%。通电持续时长达到十万小时以上。
(7)热压:热压温度设定为200℃,将贴合好的产品进行热压。
(8)烘烤:热压好产品直接进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度190℃;烘烤时间33min。
(9)五轴切割:吸力参数设定为6MPa,将热压制品放上五轴切割机上进行最终外型切割。
得到产品A
实施例2
本实施例中pc隔热天窗生产工艺如下
(1)注塑成型:PC+ABS原料,注塑熔化温度设定为230℃之间,模具温度设定为70℃,注塑压力80MPa,通过注塑机成型成平面PC板材。
(2)切割:将PC板材放到三轴切割机上,材料长为2330mm,宽为1160mm,厚为4.0,然后依照产品外形尺寸长为1130mm,宽为568mm,进行初步的外形切割。
(3)表面处理:将产品放置在工作台面上, 依照产品尺寸(1130mm*568 mm)设定放置在治具板中间并固定位置,按下开关,进行所有需印刷的区域上做等离子处理。
(4)丝网印刷:使用油墨、稀释剂、固化剂、每次调料比例油墨:稀释剂:固化剂为10:1:1,网板选择200目,准备好后对PC板材进行印刷。
(5)烘烤:印刷好产品直接放入烤炉里进行烘烤,烘烤温度78℃;烘烤时间15min。
(6)组装:将一片液晶膜放在两片切割好的PC板当中,使用EVA胶水进行贴合。本实施例采用黑色液晶膜,其透光率为35%。通电持续时长达到十万小时以上。
(7)热压:热压温度设定为190℃,将贴合好的产品进行热压。
(8)烘烤:热压好产品直接进行高温烘烤,烘烤温度180℃;烘烤时间27min。
(9)五轴切割:吸力参数设定为2MPa,将热压制品放上五轴切割机上进行最终外型切割。得到产品B。
生产出的隔热天窗化学参数如下表:

以下是对隔热天窗安装作进一步说明
1、材料及工具
(1)、聚氨酯粘接胶 (TEROSON PU8590)
(2)、活化清洗剂
(3)、底涂 (TERSOTAT 8511)
(4)、辅料 (棉布、纸胶带、毛刷、玻璃吸盘 )
(5)、工具 (手动胶枪、美工刀)
2、粘接过程:需要粘接的部位:空轨前窗&侧窗&顶窗
(1)、预装 将对应的玻璃扣合在窗框上,检查玻璃与窗框的贴合程度,必要要校正窗框,合格后取下玻璃。
(2)、清洁粘接面
a.用纸胶带粘贴金属窗框和玻璃周边,遮蔽非粘接部位,暴露粘接部位。
b.用棉布蘸取少许活化清洗剂,沿玻璃和窗框粘接面,顺一个方向擦拭一遍。
注意:不能来回擦拭,如擦拭后棉布变色,可换一块棉布重复该程序,如果油墨脱落,则建议更换此玻璃,否则可能出现不可预知的后果。
c.活化清洗剂擦拭后,室温晾置5-10分钟,方可进行下一步操作。在此期间务必保持清洁卫生,特别是不能有灰尘落在施胶部位。
(3)、涂底胶
在已准备的施胶部位,需要均匀涂上底胶,宽度为粘接面宽度的1.5倍。车框及玻璃皆需要涂覆。
(4)、施胶
a.环境温度应在5°C-40°C之间,超出此范围建议不要进行施工。
b.将胶嘴开口切成三角形,推荐开口尺寸底 x 高:b x h=12x 15mm
c.用手动或自动挤胶枪连续均匀地涂注在待粘接面上。单面涂注即可。建议布胶高宽约10mm*10mm
注意:接头部位应搭接在前段上面,切勿平接或对接以免漏水
5、 装配及固定
a.将预先准备好的厚度垫块嵌入胶条内侧3-4块,以保证粘接后胶的厚度平整度。
b.先行确认安装位置及方向正确(左右及前后方向),使用玻璃吸盘移动(确保完整吸附)。
本发明中的PC隔热天窗,采用金属溅度与纳米技术,高精度纳米涂布,再者PC和玻璃两种材质(2.5:1.2可有效减重30--50%),有实验证明每提高10%的空气动力效率,可提高1%--2%的燃油经济性。且更为重要的是PC隔热天窗的安全性能远高于一般玻璃天窗。

Claims (10)

1.一种PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤
注塑成型:以PC和ABS为原料通过注塑机成型为平面PC板材,注塑熔化温度为220~260℃之间,注塑压力为60~130MPa;
表面处理:对PC板材中待印刷区域做等离子处理;
丝网印刷:对PC板材中待印刷区域进行丝网印刷;
一次烘烤:将印刷好的PC板材放入烤炉里进行烘烤;
组装:两片PC板材之间的夹层中设置液晶膜,PC板材与液晶膜之间采用胶粘;
热压:将组合后的产品进行热压,热压温度为180~200℃;
二次烘烤:对热压后的产品进行高温烘烤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述注塑成型过程中模具温度为70~90℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述丝网印刷的颜料包括油墨、稀释剂、固化剂,所述油墨:稀释剂:固化剂混合比例为 10:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:丝网印刷网板选择200目。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述一次烘烤烘烤温度为75~80℃,烘烤时间为15~25min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:组装时所使用的液晶膜为黑色液晶膜、灰色液晶膜或白色液晶膜中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述二次烘烤烘烤温度为180~190℃;烘烤时间27~33min。
8.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:对二次烘烤后的产品采用五轴切割为所需尺寸,五轴切割吸力为2MPa-6MPa。
9.根据权利要求1所述的PC隔热天窗的生产工艺,其特征在于:PC和ABS混合比为2.5:1.2。
