Abstract
Description
本発明は、太陽光入射側の第1のガラス板と太陽光透過側の第2のガラス板との間に、前記第1のガラス板側から太陽電池素子と調光素子とが順次存在し、かつ、前記太陽電池素子と前記調光素子との間に熱反射素子が介在されていることを特徴とするガラスパネルにある。
本発明の一態様は、太陽光入射側の第1のガラス板と太陽光透過側の第2のガラス板との間に、前記第1のガラス板側から太陽電池シートと調光シートとが順次積層されており、前記太陽電池シートと前記調光シートとの間に熱反射シートが介在されていることを特徴とするガラスパネルにある。
図2、図3に示すようにガラスパネル10は、主として太陽光入射側の外板ガラス(第1のガラス板)12、光透過性の太陽電池シート14、熱反射シート16、調光シート18、及び太陽光透過側の内板ガラス(第2のガラス板)20から構成される。
ガラスパネル10の外板ガラス12及び内板ガラス20としては、通常のフロートガラスであっても、風冷強化又は化学強化が施された強化ガラスであってもよい。一例として外板ガラス12の厚さは1.8〜3.9mmであり、内板ガラス20の厚さは0.5〜2.5mmである。
ガラスパネル10の接着層となる中間膜22としては、可撓性であり、耐貫通性に優れた合わせガラスに使われるポリビニルブチラール系の中間膜(以下、PVB系中間膜という。)、又はエチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂の中間膜(以下、EVA系中間膜という。)が好ましく使用できる。
太陽電池シート14に備えられる太陽電池セルとしては、ガリウム・ヒ素、シリコン単結晶、シリコン多結晶、アモルファスシリコン、CIS、CIGSを例示できるが、光透過性の観点から、アモルファスシリコンのような透明性の高い半導体薄膜が好適である。
熱反射シート16としては、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)等の透明シートの表面に、赤外線を反射する透明の熱反射層(例えば、銀等の金属層)が形成されたシートを例示できるが、これに限定されるものではない。
調光シート18としては多種多用のものが使用可能である。調光シート18の一つである懸濁粒子デバイス(SPD)は、透明導電層をコーティングした2枚のポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムの間に、配向粒子を分散させた数マイクロメータの液滴を配置し、電気信号の発信/停止によって粒子を配向させ、濃青色と透明との間で光の透過率を制御するものである。
中間膜22としてPVB系中間膜を使用したガラスパネル10の製造方法は、各部材12〜20と複数枚の中間膜22、22…とを積層した積層体を、真空バッグ内に封入し、130℃前後で予備加熱する。この後、予備加熱された前記積層体を、周知のオートクレーブを用いて100〜150℃に加熱しながら加圧する。これによって、PVB系中間膜を使用したガラスパネル10が製造される。
第1の実施の形態のガラスパネル10は、太陽電池シート14と調光シート18との間に熱反射シート16が介在されている。このため、外板ガラス12、及び太陽電池シート14を介して入射した太陽光の赤外光は、熱反射シート16によって太陽電池シート14に向けて反射される。これにより、第1の実施の形態のガラスパネル10によれば、太陽光の熱から調光シート18を保護して調光シート18の昇温(たとえば、10〜20℃)を抑制できる。
Claims (9)
- 太陽光入射側の第1のガラス板と太陽光透過側の第2のガラス板との間に、前記第1のガラス板側から太陽電池素子と調光素子とが順次存在し、かつ、前記太陽電池素子と前記調光素子との間に熱反射素子が介在されていることを特徴とするガラスパネル。
- 太陽光入射側の第1のガラス板と太陽光透過側の第2のガラス板との間に、前記第1のガラス板側から太陽電池シートと調光シートとが順次積層されており、かつ、前記太陽電池シートと前記調光シートとの間に熱反射シートが介在されていることを請求項1に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記第1のガラス板と前記太陽電池シートとの間、前記太陽電池シートと前記熱反射シートとの間、前記熱反射シートと前記調光シートとの間、及び前記調光シートと前記第2のガラス板との間には、接着層となる1枚以上の中間膜がそれぞれ介在されている請求項2に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記第1のガラス板の主面は三次元曲面であり、
前記第1のガラス板と前記太陽電池シートとの間、前記太陽電池シートと前記熱反射シートとの間には、複数枚の前記中間膜が介在されている請求項3に記載のガラスパネル。 - 太陽電池素子が備えられた太陽光入射側の第1のガラス板と太陽光透過側の第2のガラス板との間に調光シートが介在されており、かつ、前記第1のガラス板の前記太陽電池素子と前記調光シートとの間に熱反射シートが介在されている請求項1に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記第1のガラス板の前記太陽電池素子と前記熱反射シートとの間、前記熱反射シートと前記調光シートとの間、及び前記調光シートと前記第2のガラス板との間には、接着層となる1枚以上の中間膜がそれぞれ介在されている請求項5に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記第1のガラス板の主面は三次元曲面であり、
前記第1のガラス板の前記太陽電池素子と前記熱反射シートとの間には、複数枚の前記中間膜が介在されている請求項6に記載のガラスパネル。 - 前記中間膜は、エチレン酢酸ビニル共重合体樹脂である請求項3、4、6又は7に記載のガラスパネル。
- 前記ガラスパネルは、自動車用ルーフガラスパネルであり、前記第1のガラス板が自動車の車外側に配置され、前記第2のガラス板が前記自動車の車内側に配置される請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のガラスパネル。
