Description
本願は2011年6月21日に出願された、「PCプラットフォームおよび周辺機器のための無線充電のための装置、システムおよび方法」という名称の米国仮出願第61/499,600号の優先権を主張するものである。
本開示は、パーソナル・コンピュータ(PC)プラットフォームおよび周辺機器のための無線充電に関する。
特に消費者およびビジネス向け電子装置の分野において、ラップトップ・コンピュータ、携帯電話、音楽プレーヤー、携帯情報端末および定期的な充電を必要とする他の自己電力の再充電可能なポータブル/リモート装置の普及のため、広く利用可能な電力に対し、著しくかつ絶えず増しつつある必要性がある。多くの公共の場所で、有線接続のための電力コンセントの必要性のため、一般大衆に対して電力がすぐ利用可能にはなっていないことがある。

位置の柔軟性:装置がノートブック送信機の近傍内にくることを許容する;
充電力:スマートフォン、ピコプロジェクターその他のための便利な電力を提供する;
知的なソフトウェア:バッテリー充電の制御を許容し、リアルタイム・フィードバックを提供する。

無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って周辺機器に近接した充電源によって該周辺機器に無線で充電することを含む方法。

前記充電源がノートブック・コンピュータである、態様4記載の装置。

前記周辺機器がスマートフォンである、態様5記載の装置。

アクセスされたときに機械に動作を実行させるコンピュータ実行可能命令がエンコードされている不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記動作は:
無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って周辺機器に近接した充電源によって該周辺機器に無線で充電することを含む、
不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体。

前記充電源がノートブック・コンピュータである、態様7記載の不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体。
〔態様9〕
前記周辺機器がスマートフォンである、態様7記載の不揮発性コンピュータ可読媒体。
〔態様10〕
無線充電装置を制御して、前記無線充電装置の送信機の近傍内に置かれた少なくとも一つの電子装置に充電する方法であって、
前記無線充電装置と前記少なくとも一つの電子装置との間の関係を支配する選択可能なポリシーを含むユーザー・インターフェースを表示する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの選択されたもののユーザーからの指示を受領する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの前記選択されたものを使って前記少なくとも一つの電子装置の無線充電を制御する段階とを含む、
方法。
〔態様11〕
選択可能なポリシーが、無線伝送電力および前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、態様10記載の方法。
〔態様12〕
選択可能なポリシーが、充電可能な装置を探す頻度および充電限界からなる群から選択される構成設定を含む、態様11記載の方法。
〔態様13〕
無線充電装置充電状態、電子装置充電状態、電子装置充電レベルおよび電子装置識別情報のうちの少なくとも一つを測る段階をさらに含む、
態様11記載の方法。
〔態様14〕
命令を記憶しているコンピュータ使用可能なデータ担体を有する、プロセッサによってコンパイルされたときに無線充電装置を制御する命令を有する非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記命令は、コンピュータ内の前記プロセッサによって実行されたときに前記コンピュータに、前記無線充電装置の送信機の近傍内に置かれた少なくとも一つの電子装置に充電させるものであって、該充電は:
前記無線充電装置と前記少なくとも一つの電子装置との間の関係を支配する選択可能なポリシーを含むユーザー・インターフェースを表示する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの選択されたもののユーザーからの指示を受領する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの前記選択されたものを使って前記少なくとも一つの電子装置の無線充電を制御する段階とを実行することによって行われる、
非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
〔態様15〕
選択可能なポリシーが、無線伝送電力および前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、態様14記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
〔態様16〕
選択可能なポリシーが、充電可能な装置を探す頻度および充電限界からなる群から選択される構成設定を含む、態様15記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
〔態様17〕
前記命令がさらに、前記コンピュータに、無線充電装置充電状態、電子装置充電状態、電子装置充電レベルおよび電子装置識別情報のうちの少なくとも一つを測ることによって充電を制御させる命令を含む、態様16記載の非一時的なコンピュータ可読媒体。
Claims (12)
- 無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って周辺機器に近接した充電源によって該周辺機器に無線で充電することを含む方法であって、
前記充電が、前記充電源の充電状態を測ることによって制御され、
前記充電がさらにポリシーを使って制御され、前記ポリシーが、(i)ユーザーが無線伝送電力を選択してそれに基づいて前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルが自動的に調整されること、および(ii)ユーザーが前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルを指定してそれに基づいて前記充電が制御されること、のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルは、(i)前記充電源の光ディスク・ドライブに送達される電力、(ii)前記充電源の画面表示輝度、(iii)前記充電源のCPUパフォーマンスのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、
方法。 - 前記充電源がノートブック・コンピュータである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記周辺機器がスマートフォンである、請求項1記載の方法。
- 充電源を有する装置であって、前記充電源は、前記充電源が周辺機器に近接しているときに無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って前記周辺機器を充電するよう適応されており、
前記充電が、前記充電源の充電状態を測ることによって制御され、
前記充電がさらにポリシーを使って制御され、前記ポリシーが、(i)ユーザーが無線伝送電力を選択してそれに基づいて前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルが自動的に調整されること、および(ii)ユーザーが前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルを指定してそれに基づいて前記充電が制御されること、のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルは、(i)前記充電源の光ディスク・ドライブに送達される電力、(ii)前記充電源の画面表示輝度、(iii)前記充電源のCPUパフォーマンスのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、
装置。 - 前記充電源がノートブック・コンピュータである、請求項4記載の装置。
- 前記周辺機器がスマートフォンである、請求項5記載の装置。
- コンピュータに、無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って周辺機器に近接した充電源によって該周辺機器に無線で充電することを含む動作を実行させるためのプログラムであって、
前記充電は、前記充電源の充電状態を測ることによって制御され、
前記充電がさらにポリシーを使って制御され、前記ポリシーが、(i)ユーザーが無線伝送電力を選択してそれに基づいて前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルが自動的に調整されること、および(ii)ユーザーが前記充電源の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルを指定してそれに基づいて前記充電が制御されること、のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、
前記少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルは、(i)前記充電源の光ディスク・ドライブに送達される電力、(ii)前記充電源の画面表示輝度、(iii)前記充電源のCPUパフォーマンスのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、
プログラム。 - 前記充電源がノートブック・コンピュータである、請求項7記載のプログラム。
- 前記周辺機器がスマートフォンである、請求項7記載のプログラム。
- 無線充電装置を制御して、前記無線充電装置の送信機の近傍内に置かれた少なくとも一つの電子装置に無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って無線で充電する方法であって、
前記無線充電装置と前記少なくとも一つの電子装置との間の関係を支配する選択可能なポリシーを含むユーザー・インターフェースを表示する段階であって、前記選択可能なポリシーが、(i)ユーザーが無線伝送電力を選択してそれに基づいて前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルが自動的に調整されること、および(ii)ユーザーが前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルを指定してそれに基づいて前記無線充電装置による無線充電が制御されること、のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、前記少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルは、(i)前記無線充電装置の光ディスク・ドライブに送達される電力、(ii)前記無線充電装置の画面表示輝度、(iii)前記無線充電装置のCPUパフォーマンスのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの選択されたもののユーザーからの指示を受領する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの前記選択されたものを使って前記少なくとも一つの電子装置の無線充電を制御する段階とを含み、
前記充電が、前記無線充電装置の充電状態を測ることによって制御される、
方法。 - 無線充電装置を制御して、前記無線充電装置の送信機の近傍内に置かれた少なくとも一つの電子装置に無線共鳴エネルギー・リンクを使って無線で充電させるためのプログラムであって、該充電は:
前記無線充電装置と前記少なくとも一つの電子装置との間の関係を支配する選択可能なポリシーを含むユーザー・インターフェースを表示する段階であって、前記選択可能なポリシーが、(i)ユーザーが無線伝送電力を選択してそれに基づいて前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンスが自動的に調整されること、および(ii)ユーザーが前記無線充電装置の少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルを指定してそれに基づいて前記無線充電装置による無線充電が制御されること、のうちの少なくとも一つを含み、前記少なくとも一つのコンポーネントについてのパフォーマンス・レベルは、(i)前記無線充電装置の光ディスク・ドライブに送達される電力、(ii)前記無線充電装置の画面表示輝度、(iii)前記無線充電装置のCPUパフォーマンスのうちの少なくとも一つを含む、段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの選択されたもののユーザーからの指示を受領する段階と;
前記選択可能なポリシーのうちの前記選択されたものを使って前記少なくとも一つの電子装置の無線充電を制御する段階とを実行することによって行われ、
前記プログラムがさらに、前記無線充電装置の充電状態を測ることによって充電を制御させるよう前記無線充電装置を制御する、
