Claims (4)
- プレート式熱交換器であって、凸部及び溝のプレス成形模様が施された複数の熱交換器プレートからなる1つの積層を有し、前記積層の中の前記複数の熱交換器プレートは、1つの熱交換器プレートの複数の凸部と隣接する1つの熱交換器プレートの複数の溝、及び1つの熱交換器プレートの複数の溝と隣接する1つの熱交換器プレートの複数の凸部、との間の複数の接点が設けられることにより、互いからの距離を維持するように調整され、これにより、前記積層の中の隣接するすべての熱交換器プレートの間にプレート間流路が形成され、前記プレート間流路への選択的流通を備えるために4つの開口部が配置されており、前記開口部は、2つずつ組んで同一の前記プレート間流路と流通するように配置され、前記開口部の組の内の1組は残りの組よりも少なくとも2つ多いプレート間流路と流通し、前記開口部の間の前記選択的流通は、それぞれの熱交換器プレートの前記開口部を取り囲む面を様々な高さに設置して隣接する熱交換器プレートの前記面が互いに接触したり、互いに接触しなかったりすることによって、少なくとも部分的には達成される、プレート式熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器プレートは、熱交換器を形成するために互いにロウ付される、請求項1に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器プレートそれぞれが、前記熱交換器プレートの周囲に延びるスカートを備え、前記隣接する熱交換器プレートのスカートは、前記熱交換器プレートが前記熱交換器を形成するために前記積層の中に配置されたときに互いに接触する、請求項1または2に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
- 隣接する熱交換器プレートの上にある前記開口部を取り囲む前記面の間にシーリングリングを設けることによって、前記開口部の幾つかと前記プレート間流路との間の選択的流通が達成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のプレート式熱交換器。
