Description
エンジンルーム8内におけるエンジン7の前方下部に、排気ダクト18がエンジン7に沿ってファン軸方向(左右方向)に延びる状態で設けられている。
第1実施形態との相違点のみを説明する。
(1) スペース及び機器レイアウト上問題がなければ、排気ダクト18,27をエンジン7の後方に設けてもよい。

Claims (7)
- エンジンルームに収容されたエンジンの片側に、熱交換器と、エンジンルーム外部から冷却用の空気を導入して上記熱交換器に通す軸流式のファンとを設け、上記ファンの回転により、ファンの回転方向、遠心方向、軸方向の各成分が合成された冷却用の空気流をエンジンまわりに生成するように構成した建設機械の冷却装置において、空気導入口と空気排出口を備えた排気ダクトを、エンジンに沿ってファン軸方向に延びる状態で上記エンジンルーム内に設け、この排気ダクトにより、ファン下流側の空気流をファン軸方向の一定範囲に亘る領域で導入してエンジンルーム外に排出するように構成し、
上記排気ダクトを上記エンジンの前方または後方の下部に配置し、上記空気流をその旋回方向に合わせて上記ダクトの上から吸入して下から排出するように上記排気ダクトの上面に上記空気導入口、下面に上記空気排出口をそれぞれ設け、
上記空気導入口は、上向きに開口していることを特徴とする建設機械の冷却装置。 - 上記排気ダクトを上記エンジンのほぼ全長に亘る領域に亘って設けるとともに、この排気ダクトのほぼ全長部分に空気導入口及び空気排出口を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 機械のフレーム上に垂直な仕切り部材を上記エンジンとほぼ平行に設けて上記エンジンルームを区画形成し、前面が開放した枠状のダクト本体を上記仕切り部材の背面側に取付けることによって上記排気ダクトを構成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 上記ファンから最も遠い下流側で上記空気流を上記排気ダクトに導く導風板を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 上記エンジンのファンと反対側に油圧ポンプを設けるとともに、この油圧ポンプとエンジンとを仕切る防火カバーを設け、この防火カバーが上記導風板を兼ねるように、防火カバーに、上記空気流を導入する空気入口と、導入した空気流を上記排気ダクトに導く空気出口とを設けたことを特徴とする請求項4記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 上記排気ダクトを、上記空気導入口と空気排出口の間で少なくとも一つの曲げ部を備えた曲折状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 上記曲げ部を空気流の旋回方向に沿った曲げ形状としたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
