Claims (8)
- ガラスフィルム及び支持ガラスの相互に接触する側の表面の表面粗さRaが夫々2.0nm以下、前記ガラスフィルムの厚みが5〜200μmであり、前記ガラスフィルムと前記支持ガラスとを積層してガラスフィルム積層体を作製するガラスフィルム積層体作製工程と、
前記ガラスフィルム積層体の前記ガラスフィルム上に電子デバイス製造関連処理を行い、前記ガラスフィルム積層体の前記ガラスフィルムを電子デバイス用ガラス基板とする電子デバイス製造関連処理工程と、
前記電子デバイス製造関連処理後に前記支持ガラスと前記電子デバイス用ガラス基板とを剥離する剥離工程を有することを特徴とする電子デバイス用ガラス基板の製造方法。 - 前記剥離工程は、前記ガラスフィルム積層体を水中に浸漬することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電子デバイス用ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 前記剥離工程は、超音波を当てることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電子デバイス用ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 前記支持ガラスの厚みは、400μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電子デバイス用ガラス基板の製造方法。
- 前記ガラスフィルム、及び前記支持ガラスは、オーバーフローダウンドロー法によって成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電子デバイス用ガラス基板の製造方法。
- ガラスフィルム及び支持ガラスの相互に接触する側の表面の表面粗さRaが夫々2.0nm以下、前記ガラスフィルムの厚みが5〜200μmであり、前記ガラスフィルムと前記支持ガラスとを積層してガラスフィルム積層体を作製するガラスフィルム積層体作製工程と、
前記ガラスフィルム積層体の前記ガラスフィルム上に電子デバイス製造関連処理を行い、前記ガラスフィルム積層体の前記ガラスフィルムを電子デバイス用カバーガラスとする電子デバイス製造関連処理工程と、
前記電子デバイス製造関連処理後に前記支持ガラスと前記電子デバイス用カバーガラスとを剥離する剥離工程を有することを特徴とする電子デバイス用カバーガラスの製造方法。 - 前記剥離工程は、前記ガラスフィルム積層体を水中に浸漬することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電子デバイス用カバーガラスの製造方法。
- 前記剥離工程は、超音波を当てることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電子デバイス用カバーガラスの製造方法。
