Description
前記検出手段は、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバに発生する圧力を検出する第1の圧力センサ、及び、前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される前記第1の油圧ポンプの吐出圧力を検出する第2の圧力センサを備える。
本発明に係る建設機械のエネルギー再生システムでは、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバの圧力値が前記第1の油圧ポンプの吐出圧力値よりも大きい場合に、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバから戻る作動油が前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される。
エンジン(図示せず)に接続される可変容量型の第1及び第2の油圧ポンプ11、12(以下、第1及び第2の油圧ポンプと称する)と、
第1の油圧ポンプ11にアームアウト供給流路13を介して低圧側チャンバ(小チャンバをいう)が接続されるアームシリンダ14と、
アームシリンダ14の高圧側チャンバ(大チャンバをいう)を油圧タンクTに接続するアームアウト戻り流路15と、
第2の油圧ポンプ12にブームダウン供給流路16を介して低圧側チャンバが接続されるブームシリンダ17と、
ブームシリンダ17の高圧側チャンバ(大チャンバをいう)を油圧タンクT に接続するブームダウン戻り流路18と、
ブームダウン戻り流路18とアームアウト供給流路13を並列接続して、ブームダウンとアームアウトの複合作動時にブームダウンによって油圧タンクTに帰還する作動油の一部をアームアウト供給流路13に供給して再生する合流及び再生流路19と、
ブームダウン戻り流路18とブームダウン供給流路16を並列接続して、ブームダウンによって油圧タンクTに帰還する作動油の一部をブームシリンダ17の低圧側チャンバに供給して再生する再生用流路20と、
ブームダウンとアームアウトの複合作動時にブームシリンダ17から帰還する作動油の再生可否を判断するためにアームシリンダ14及びブームシリンダ17の圧力をそれぞれ検出する検出手段と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 可変容量型の第1及び第2の油圧ポンプと、
前記第1の油圧ポンプにアームアウト供給流路を介して低圧側チャンバが接続されるアームシリンダと、
前記アームシリンダの高圧側チャンバを油圧タンクに接続するアームアウト戻り流路と、
前記第2の油圧ポンプにブームダウン供給流路を介して低圧側チャンバが接続されるブームシリンダと、
前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバを油圧タンクに接続するブームダウン戻り流路と、
前記ブームダウン戻り流路と前記アームアウト供給流路とを並列接続して、ブームダウンとアームアウトの複合作動時にブームダウンによって油圧タンクに帰還する作動油の一部を前記アームアウト供給流路に供給して再生する合流及び再生流路と、
ブームダウンとアームアウトの複合作動時に前記ブームシリンダから帰還する作動油の再生可否を判断するために前記アームシリンダ及び前記ブームシリンダの圧力をそれぞれ検出する検出手段と、
前記ブームダウン供給流路に設けられて、前記第2の油圧ポンプから前記ブームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される作動油を制御する第1の可変流量制御弁と、
前記ブームダウン戻り流路に設けられて、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバから戻る作動油を制御する第2の可変流量制御弁と、
を備え、
前記検出手段は、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバに発生する圧力を検出する第1の圧力センサ、及び、前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される前記第1の油圧ポンプの吐出圧力を検出する第2の圧力センサを備え、
前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバの圧力値が前記第1の油圧ポンプの吐出圧力値よりも大きい場合に、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバから戻る作動油が前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される、
ことを特徴とする建設機械のエネルギー再生システム。 - 前記アームアウト供給流路に設けられて、前記第1の油圧ポンプから前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される作動油を制御する第3の可変流量制御弁と、
前記アームアウト戻り流路に設けられて、前記アームシリンダの高圧側チャンバから油圧タンクに戻る作動油を制御する第4の可変流量制御弁と、をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械のエネルギー再生システム。 - 前記合流及び再生流路に設けられて、前記ブームシリンダの高圧側チャンバから前記アームシリンダの低圧側チャンバに供給される作動油を制御する第5の可変流量制御弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の建設機械のエネルギー再生システム。
