Claims (20)
- 内部に受容した溶融可能材料を溶融するように構成された溶融ゾーンと、
第1プランジャロッド及び第2プランジャロッドを含むデュアルプランジャロッドアセンブリと、を備える、射出成形システムであって、少なくとも前記第1プランジャロッドが、溶融した材料を前記溶融ゾーンから金型内に移動させるように構成され、前記デュアルプランジャロッドアセンブリ及び前記溶融ゾーンが一線上に提供され、前記第1及び前記第2プランジャロッドがそれぞれ、長手方向及び水平軸に沿って動くように構成され、これによって少なくとも前記第1プランジャロッドが、前記溶融した材料を前記溶融ゾーンから長手方向に移動させて、前記溶融した材料を前記金型内に水平方向に移動させ、前記射出成形システムが、バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む物品を成形するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記溶融ゾーンが、前記溶融可能材料を受容するための本体を有する容器を含み、前記本体が、少なくとも前記第1プランジャロッドを長手方向に内部を通じて受容して、前記溶融した材料を前記金型内に移動させるように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記溶融ゾーン内の前記溶融可能材料に隣接して提供され、前記第1及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記溶融した材料を前記金型に向かって長手方向に移動中、それらの間に前記溶融した材料を収容するように構成されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記金型に対して配置されるように構成され、かつ前記金型の一方の側で、溶融した材料に圧力を適用するように構成され、前記第1プランジャロッドが、溶融した材料を、前記長手方向に移動して前記金型の反対側で前記金型に押し込むように構成され、これによって、前記溶融した材料が前記金型のキャビティに押し込まれる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2プランジャロッドが、成形された物品を前記金型から取り出すように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのコントローラを更に備え、前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドそれぞれの、前記長手方向軸に沿った動きが、少なくとも1つの前記コントローラを介して独立に制御される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記溶融可能材料を溶融するように構成されている、前記溶融ゾーン内に配置された誘導源を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 内部を通じて前記溶融した材料を受容するように構成され、前記溶融ゾーンと前記金型との間の移送スリーブを更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記溶融ゾーン及び前記金型に対して真空圧を適用するように構成される少なくとも1つの真空源を更に備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 内部に受容した溶融可能材料を溶融させるように構成された溶融ゾーンと、
成形のために内部に溶融した材料を受容するように構成された金型と、
水平軸に沿って互いに対して動くように構成された第1プランジャロッド及び第2プランジャロッドと、を備える、射出成形システムであって、前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記溶融した材料を前記溶融ゾーンから前記金型内に水平方向に移動させるように構成され、前記射出成形システムが、バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む物品を成形するように構成されている、システム。 - 前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドは、溶融中に、前記溶融ゾーン内の前記溶融可能材料に隣接して提供されるように構成され、前記溶融した材料を前記金型に向かって移動中、それらの間に前記溶融した材料を収容するように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記溶融可能材料の溶融中に、互いにある距離を空けて配置され、前記距離が、前記溶融した材料の移動中に保持される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1プランジャロッドが、前記水平軸に沿って前記金型に向けて一方向に動くように構成され、前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記水平軸に沿って第2の反対方向に動くように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記金型に対して配置されるように構成され、かつ前記金型の一方の側で、溶融した材料に圧力を適用するように構成され、前記第1プランジャロッドが、溶融した材料を、前記金型の反対側で前記金型に移動させるように構成され、これによって、前記溶融した材料が前記金型のキャビティに押し込まれる、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2プランジャロッドが、成形された物品を前記金型から取り出すように構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも1つのコントローラを更に備え、前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドそれぞれの動きが、少なくとも1つの前記コントローラを介して独立に制御される、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 少なくとも前記溶融ゾーン及び前記金型に対して真空圧を適用するように構成されている、少なくとも1つの真空源を更に備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 射出成形システムを用いて溶融可能材料からバルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む物品を成形する方法であって、前記システムが、内部に受容した前記溶融可能材料を溶融させるように構成された溶融ゾーンと、水平軸に沿って移動可能な第1プランジャロッド及び第2プランジャロッドを含むプランジャロッドアセンブリと、を含み、前記アセンブリが、溶融した材料を前記溶融ゾーンから金型内に水平方向に移動させるように構成され、前記方法が、
前記溶融ゾーン内の溶融可能材料を溶融させる工程と、
前記溶融した材料を前記溶融ゾーンから前記金型内に水平方向に移動させる工程と、
を含み、前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、前記溶融した材料を水平軸に沿って前記金型に向かって水平に移動中、それらの間に前記溶融した材料を収容するように構成され、前記射出成形システムが、バルク凝固アモルファス合金を含む物品を成形するように構成されている、方法。 - 前記第1プランジャロッド及び前記第2プランジャロッドが、長手方向軸に沿って動き、前記溶融した材料の前記溶融ゾーンから前記金型内への移動が、長手方向である、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記溶融した材料を成形する工程と、成形後に、前記第2プランジャロッドを使用して、前記物品を前記金型から取り外す工程と、を更に含む、請求項18に記載の方法
