Claims (7)
- クッション要素(4)の生産方法であって、
三次元分離ゾーンを形成するのに適したコンポーネント(18)がダイ(9)内に設置され、
その後少なくとも1つの第1の発泡性化合物が前記ダイ(9)内の第1の空間領域内に導入され、
前記化合物の発泡中に、前記コンポーネント(18)が成形されて第1の発泡クッション領域(5)と前記ダイ(9)内の第2の空間領域の間に三次元分離要素(8)を形成させ、ここで、前記化合物の発泡中に前記第2の空間領域は中空空間として残存し、
前記コンポーネント(18)が二次元的に前記ダイ(9)内に設置された後に、前記発泡性化合物が導入され、
前記発泡性化合物が導入される前に前記コンポーネント(18)が挟持されて、前記ダイ(9)内に滑り込むことができるようになっており、
成形して前記三次元分離要素(8)を形成させる間に、前記コンポーネント(18)は前記ダイ(9)内のアバットメント(13)に対し押圧されることを特徴とする方法。 - クッション要素(4)の生産方法であって、
三次元分離ゾーンを形成するのに適したコンポーネント(18)がダイ(9)内に設置され、
その後第1の発泡性化合物が前記ダイ(9)内の第1の空間領域内に導入され、第2の発泡性化合物が前記ダイ(9)内の第2の空間領域内に導入され、
前記第1および第2の発泡性化合物の発泡中に、前記コンポーネント(18)が成形されて、前記クッション要素(4)の第1の発泡クッション領域(5)と第2の発泡クッション領域(6)の間に三次元分離要素(8)を形成し、
前記コンポーネント(18)が二次元的に前記ダイ(9)内に設置された後に、前記発泡性化合物が導入され、
前記発泡性化合物が導入される前に前記コンポーネント(18)が挟持されて、前記ダイ(9)内に滑り込むことができるようになっており、
成形して前記三次元分離要素(8)を形成させる間に、前記コンポーネント(18)は前記ダイ(9)内のアバットメント(13)に対し押圧されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記クッション要素が車両座席用のクッション要素である、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記アバットメント(13)が、製造中に前記クッション要素(4)から除去されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ダイ(9)は、上面ダイ(11)、底面ダイ(10)および三次元的に成形された前記コンポーネント(18)を担持するためのアバットメント(13)を有し、
前記ダイ(9)が、三次元成形して前記三次元分離要素(8)を形成することが可能なシート様構造の形をしたコンポーネント(18)を収容するための手段を有し、
前記コンポーネント(18)を収容するための手段がスリップフレーム(15)を含み、
前記アバットメント(13)が、前記ダイ(9)の前記上面および/または底面ダイ(11、10)に固定した形で連結されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するためのダイ。 - 前記スリップフレーム(15)が前記上面ダイ(11)と底面ダイ(10)の間で形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のダイ。
- 前記アバットメント(13)が、前記ダイ(9)のキャビティ(12)内に突出し、前記コンポーネント(18)を担持するために具備された自由端部を有する多数のピン(14)で構成されることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のダイ。
