Claims (6)
- エンジンによって駆動される作業機油圧ポンプ及び可変容量型の油圧ポンプを備え、前記作業機用油圧ポンプから供給する圧油によって油圧作業機を駆動するとともに、前記可変容量型の油圧ポンプから吐出した圧油によって可変容量型の油圧モータを駆動してこの油圧モータの駆動を外部出力する建設機械の油圧駆動装置において、
前記油圧モータに対して出力トルクの上限値を設定するトルク上限値設定手段と、
前記油圧モータに対して回転数の上限値を設定する回転数上限値設定手段と、
前記トルク上限値設定手段によって出力トルクの上限値が設定され、かつ前記回転数上限値設定手段によって回転数の上限値が設定された場合に、出力トルクの上限値に応じて前記油圧モータの最大容量制限値を設定し、かつ回転数の上限値に応じて前記油圧モータの最小容量制限値を設定し、さらに出力トルクの上限値及び回転数の上限値に応じて前記油圧ポンプの最大容量制限値を設定する制御手段とを備え、
前記制御手段は、
(a)前記回転数上限値設定手段によって設定された前記油圧モータに対する回転数の上限値が、前記油圧モータの最大容量制限値によって規定される回転数の上限値を超えるものである場合、前記回転数上限値設定手段によって設定された前記油圧モータに対する回転数の上限値に対応した前記油圧モータの容量制限値を最小容量制限値として設定し、
(b)前記回転数上限値設定手段によって設定された前記油圧モータに対する回転数の上限値が、前記油圧モータの最大容量制限値によって規定される回転数の上限値を超えないものである場合、前記油圧モータの最大容量制限値を前記油圧モータの最小容量制限値として設定し、
前記(b)の場合、前記回転数上限値設定手段によって設定された前記油圧モータに対する回転数の上限値に対応した前記油圧ポンプの容量制限値を前記油圧ポンプの最大容量制限値として設定し、
さらに、取得したエンジンの回転数情報と、予め設定したエンジン回転数−指令圧力データとに基づいて油圧ポンプの仮ポンプ指令圧力設定値を演算し、前記油圧ポンプがこの演算結果と前記設定した最大容量制限値とのいずれか小さい値に応じた容量となるようにポンプ指令圧力設定値を出力することを特徴とする油圧駆動装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記(a)の場合、前記回転数上限値設定手段によって設定された前記油圧モータに対する回転数の上限値に対応した前記油圧ポンプの容量制限値を前記油圧ポンプの最大容量制限値として設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。
- 前記制御手段から与えられた容量指令信号に応じて傾転角を変化させることにより前記油圧モータの容量を設定変更するモータ容量設定ユニットと、前記制御手段から与えられた容量指令信号に応じて傾転角を変化させることにより前記油圧ポンプの容量を設定変更するポンプ容量設定ユニットとをさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、前記油圧モータ及び前記油圧ポンプの容量が個々に設定した最大容量制限値以下となる容量指令信号をモータ容量設定ユニット及びポンプ容量設定ユニットに与えるものであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記油圧ポンプと前記油圧モータとの間に圧油を流通させる油圧供給管路の圧力を検出する圧力検出センサをさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、この圧力検出センサの検出結果から特定される油圧モータの回転数が前記上限値以下の値となるように前記油圧ポンプの最大容量制限値を補正することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 前記油圧モータの回転数を検出する回転数検出センサをさらに備え、
前記制御手段は、この回転数検出センサの検出結果が前記上限値以下となるように前記油圧ポンプの最大容量制限値を補正することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の油圧駆動装置。 - 単一の操作により前記油圧モータに対する出力トルクの上限値と回転数の上限値とを同時に設定する上限値設定手段をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧駆動装置。
