Claims (6)
- 車体に搭載されたエンジンの排気管に接続され排気ガスに含まれる有害物質を酸化処理するための酸化触媒が内蔵された上流筒体と、該上流筒体よりも下流側に配置され排気ガスを排出する下流筒体と、前記上流筒体と下流筒体との間に設けられ排気ガスに含まれる粒子状物質を捕集するためのフィルタが内蔵されたフィルタ筒体と、前記上流筒体に取付けられ排気ガスの温度を検出するセンサ部と該センサ部から延びたハーネスの先端部に設けられたコネクタ部とからなる温度検出器と、前記上流筒体内の圧力が導かれる上流側導管と、前記下流筒体内の圧力が導かれる下流側導管と、前記上流側導管と下流側導管とに接続され前記フィルタの前,後の圧力を検出する圧力検出器とを備えてなる排気ガス浄化装置において、
前記上流筒体には、前記酸化触媒の位置よりも上流側に位置して、前記温度検出器のコネクタ部と前記圧力検出器とを1箇所に集中して支持するための支持部材を設ける構成としたことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化装置。 - 前記温度検出器は、前記酸化触媒に向け流通する排気ガスの温度を検出する第1の温度検出器と、前記酸化触媒を通過して前記フィルタに向け流通する排気ガスの温度を検出する第2の温度検出器とからなり、前記支持部材は、第1の温度検出器のコネクタ部と第2の温度検出器のコネクタ部とを支持する構成としてなる請求項1に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記下流側導管は、前記下流筒体からフィルタ筒体の外周側を通って前記上流筒体まで延在させる構成としてなる請求項1または2に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記下流側導管は、前記フィルタ筒体のメンテナンス作業を行うために前記フィルタ筒体を前記上流筒体と下流筒体とから取外して他の場所に移動し、または他の場所から戻すときの移動経路から外れた位置に配設する構成としてなる請求項3に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記上流筒体は、1個の筒状部材と、該筒状部材の上流側に設けられ前記排気管が接続される流入管と、該流入管よりも下流側に位置して前記筒状部材内に設けられた前記酸化触媒とにより構成し、前記支持部材は、前記酸化触媒よりも上流側に位置して前記筒状部材の外周側に配置する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
- 前記上流筒体は、軸方向に接続された2個の筒状部材と、2個の筒状部材のうち上流側に位置する第1の筒状部材に設けられ前記排気管が接続される流入管と、下流側に位置する第2の筒状部材内に設けられた前記酸化触媒とにより構成し、前記支持部材は、前記第1の筒状部材の外周側に配置する構成としてなる請求項1,2,3または4に記載の排気ガス浄化装置。
