Description
外側に延在して内部と外部とを連通する透孔を画定している第1壁部分を有しており且つ第1係止手段を具備している中空成形体、
前記第1壁部分の外周面に当接する当接部分を有しており、前記第1係止手段と係止して前記中空成形体と機械的に係止された状態とさせる第2係止手段を具備している部品取り付け部材、
前記透孔を貫通して位置される部品を前記部品取り付け部材へ固着させる固着手段、
前記第1壁部分の内周面と前記部品との間に介装される封止手段、
を有していることを特徴とする封止構造が提供される。

Claims (11)
- プラスチック中空成形体の壁に形成した透孔の封止構造において、
外側に延在して内部と外部とを連通する透孔を画定している第1壁部分を有しており且つ第1係止手段を具備している中空成形体、
前記第1壁部分の外周面との界面において熱溶着により一体化されており、前記第1係止手段と係止して前記中空成形体と機械的に係止された状態とさせる第2係止手段を具備している部品取り付け部材、
前記透孔を貫通して位置される部品を前記部品取り付け部材へ固着させる固着手段、
前記第1壁部分の内周面と前記部品との間に介装される封止手段、
を有しており、前記中空成形体は中空空間を画定する周壁を有しており、前記第1壁部分は前記周壁から外側へ突起状に延在して前記内周面と前記外周面とを画定しており、前記内周面により前記透孔を画定していることを特徴とする封止構造。 - 請求項1において、前記中空成形体が第1樹脂からブロー成形されたものであることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項2において、前記中空成形体が自動車用エンジンの吸気ダクトの少なくも一部を構成することが可能であることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項1において、前記第1係止手段が前記周壁内に形成されている楔状のアンダーカット構造であり、且つ前記第2係止手段が前記楔状のアンダーカット構造内に納まる前記部品取り付け部材の逆楔状の周辺端部であることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項4において、前記部品取り付け部材は、前記中空成形体をブロー成形により成形する時にインサートとして前記中空成形体にインサート成形されたものであり、インサート成形時に前記第1係止手段と第2係止手段とが係止状態に形成されたものであることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項1乃至5の内のいずれか1項において、前記部品取り付け部材は第2樹脂から射出成形により形成されており、前記第2樹脂は前記第1樹脂よりも高い剛性を有していることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項6において、前記第2樹脂はガラス繊維等の剛性を増加させる物質を包含していることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項1乃至7の内のいずれか1項において、前記固着手段が、前記部品取り付け部材内に埋設されている少なくとも1個のボルトと、前記部品に形成されているボルト挿通孔を介して挿通され前記ボルトに締着可能なナットとを有していることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項1乃至8の内のいずれか1項において、前記封止手段が弾性部材から構成されていることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項9において、前記弾性部材がOリングであることを特徴とする封止構造。
- 請求項1乃至10の内のいずれか1項において、前記部品が前記中空成形体の内部空間内の環境を検知するセンサを包含していることを特徴とする封止構造。
