Claims (2)
- デファレンシャルケース内に収容される一対のサイドギヤおよび一対のピニオンギヤを備えたデファレンシャル装置であって、
上記各ピニオンギヤは、上記デファレンシャルケースに軸方向端部が固定されたピニオンシャフトに対しその軸回りに摺動自在に支持され、
上記ピニオンシャフトの軸方向両端部には、それぞれ内部を貫通する潤滑油路が設けられ、この各潤滑油路は、一端が、上記ピニオンシャフトの軸端角部のうち、上記デファレンシャルケースの回転方向の上流側となる軸端角部に開口されるとともに、他端が、上記ピニオンギヤとの摺動面に開口しており、且つ、上記デファレンシャルケースの上記ピニオンシャフトよりも回転方向上流側部位、およびそのデファレンシャルケースの回転方向上流側に対応するピニオンシャフトの軸端角部には、上記潤滑油路の一端をデファレンシャルケースの回転方向上流側向きに露呈させるように切り欠いた切欠部がそれぞれ設けられており、
上記デファレンシャルケースの下部は、該デファレンシャルケースが収容されるケーシングの底部に貯留された潤滑油に浸漬していて、上記デファレンシャルケースの回転時に上記ケーシング底部の潤滑油が上記潤滑油路の一端から導入されて他端より上記ピニオンシャフトのピニオンギヤとの摺動面に供給されることを特徴とするデファレンシャル装置。 - デファレンシャルケース内に収容される一対のサイドギヤおよび一対のピニオンギヤを備えたデファレンシャル装置であって、
上記各ピニオンギヤは、上記デファレンシャルケースに軸方向端部が固定されたピニオンシャフトに対しその軸回りに摺動自在に支持され、
上記ピニオンシャフトの軸方向両端部には、それぞれ内部を貫通する潤滑油路が設けられ、この各潤滑油路は、一端が、上記ピニオンシャフトの軸端角部のうち、上記デファレンシャルケースの回転方向の上流側となる角部に開口されるとともに、他端が、上記ピニオンギヤとの摺動面に開口しており、且つ、上記デファレンシャルケースの上記ピニオンシャフトよりも回転方向上流側部位、およびそのデファレンシャルケースの回転方向上流側に対応するピニオンシャフトの軸端角部には、上記潤滑油路の一端をデファレンシャルケースの回転方向上流側向きに露呈させるように切り欠いた切欠部がそれぞれ設けられており、
上記デファレンシャルケースが収容されるケーシングの底部には、上記デファレンシャルケースの回転時に上記潤滑油路の一端に向けて潤滑油を噴射する潤滑油噴射手段が設けられていて、上記潤滑油噴射手段により噴射された潤滑油が上記潤滑油路の一端から導入されて他端より上記ピニオンシャフトのピニオンギヤとの摺動面に供給されることを特徴とするデファレンシャル装置。
