Description
図2に示すように、ローラ102とローラ102と一体に設けられたブレード112とによって、シリンダ室22Aが、吸入室212A(低圧室)と吐出室212B(高圧室)とに仕切られている。吸入室212Aには、吸入管3が連通し、吐出室212Bには、吐出口が連通する。ブレード112の両面には、2つの半円柱状のブッシュ112Aが密着している。ブッシュ112Aは、シリンダ22に保持されている。これにより、シリンダ室22Aがシールされる。なお、ブレード112とブッシュ112Aとの間、および、ブッシュ112Aとシリンダ22との間では、潤滑油5による潤滑が行なわれている。

- 外殻体(10)と
前記外殻体(10)内に設けられ、開口端を有するシリンダ(22)と、
前記シリンダ(22)の前記開口端に取り付けられ、前記シリンダ(22)とともにシリンダ室(22A)を形成し、前記シリンダ室(22A)から前記冷媒ガスを吐出させる吐出口(40A)を有する端板部材(40)と、
前記端板部材(40)に対して前記シリンダ(22)の反対側に取り付けられ、前記吐出口(40A)を介して前記シリンダ室(22A)と連通するマフラ室(70A)を前記端板部材(40)とともに形成するマフラカバー(70)と、
前記シリンダ室(22A)内に突出するように前記シリンダ(22)に支持されるブレード(112)と、
前記シリンダ室(22A)内に設けられ、前記ブレード(112)とともに前記シリンダ室(22A)を前記冷媒ガスの吸入室(212A)と前記冷媒ガスの吐出室(212B)とに区画するとともに前記シリンダ室(22A)の中心軸(1A0)のまわりを公転運動するローラ(102)とを備え、
前記マフラ室(70A)内に設けられた障壁部(71)により、前記マフラ室(70A)における他の部分と仕切られた淀み空間(71A)が前記端板部材(40)上に形成され、
前記淀み空間(71A)は、前記シリンダ室(22A)内に最も突出した状態の前記ブレード(112)の中心と前記シリンダ室(22A)の中心軸(1A0)とを通る平面(S2)よりも、前記吸入室(212A)側に位置し、前記マフラ室(70A)から前記冷媒ガスを排出する穴(40B,71C)は、前記平面(S2)よりも前記吐出室(212B)側に位置し、
前記障壁部(71)は、仕切り部材(71)を前記端板部材(40)上に被せることにより形成され、
前記マフラ室(70A)は、前記中心軸(1A0)の周りを全周にわたって取り囲むように形成されている、ロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記仕切り部材(71)は、膨らみを有する板状部材を含み、
前記板状部材の膨らみは、プレス加工により形成される、請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記仕切り部材(71)は、鋳造または焼結により一体成形される、請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記淀み空間(71A)は、前記マフラ室(70A)の高さ方向の一部に形成される、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のロータリ圧縮機。
