本発明は、パチンコ機の遊技板面に設備される打球の振分け装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
パチンコ機の遊技板面において、打ち出されたパチンコ球を自然の落下にまかせずにある種の目的の下に落下方向を変更させ、働きに差を付けて異なる結果を意識的に発生させ、これによって遊技性を高めることが行われる。その一つの手段として打球の振分け装置がある。
広い意味で遊技板面の障害釘は打球の振分け手段の一つであるが、ここで問題とする振分け装置は打球の落下等流れ落ちる方向を確実に振分けて、例えば一方に流れたものは優先的に入賞に繋がるように、そして他方に流れたものは入賞のチャンスを失う如く明確に結果に差がもたらされるような振分け装置を対象とするものである。

この振分け装置は最も単純な使い方として打球を入賞口に誘導するものと、遠ざけるものとして使用されるが、現在の連続大量入賞方式のパチンコ機にあっては入賞条件の段階的変更の一手段として利用されていることが多い。従来からこの種装置については多種提案されており、実用化されているものもあるが、例えば特開平７ー１８５０８２号、同７ー１９４７９０号、同７ー１７８２２０号公報に記載される発明は既提案の一例である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、従来提案に係るこれら振分け装置は振分けられた打球の流れと、その結果が単純であって遊技者に与える期待感が小さく遊技性に欠け、また振分けによって有利性を高めた打球に対して有利な条件が確保されず遊技者の期待感を満足させられないことがあり、更には振分けによって有利性が高められた打球の流れを遊技者が視覚的に確認し苦く満足が得られなかったり、確実性に加えて迅速性に欠ける等の幾つかの問題があった。

本発明はこの様な問題に鑑み研究開発されたもので、遊技板面の遊技部に打ち出された打球に対して振分けに導びく打球を確実に捕らえること、この確保された打球に対して確実に遊技者にとって有利な条件に導くものとそうでないものとに振分けて遊技上の価値にハッキリした差を付けられること、その一方価値が与えられなかった打球に対しては再度復活の機会を与えて全く無価値にすることなく遊技性を残すようにしたこと、を目的としたパチンコ機の振分け装置を提供しようとするものである。

また本発明は、遊技板面に特定の通路を形成し、通路に入るものとそうでないものとを分けると共に、通路に入ったものに対しては確実な振分けを行って価値に差を付ける一方、通路を通すことによって遊技者の視覚的確認を助け、また迅速な誘導を確保し遊技の進行を早められるようにしたパチンコ機の振分け装置を提供しようとするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上述の如く目的を達成するため本発明は、遊技板面に縦に打球の誘導路を形成し、この誘導路の上端に入口を、そして下端に出口を開設すると共に、この出口の下方に入賞口を臨ませ、前記入口を通して誘導路に飛入した球を出口から上記入賞口に誘導できるようにし、その一方この誘導路の途中に第２の出口を開設し、併せてこの出口に臨んで振分け扉を備えて外部からの指令によってこの振分け扉の開閉を制御するようにして、該扉の閉塞時には前記入口からの飛入球を前記第２出口を通して通路外に放出し、開放時には入口からの飛入球の全てを前記出口に通し前記入賞口に導くようにしたことにある。

本発明を更に詳述すれば、その特徴とするところは遊技板面に沿って縦に設けられる誘導路の上端に打球入口を、また下端に出口を各開設し、該出口の下方に入賞口を設け一方、誘導路の途中に第２出口を開設し、該出口に臨んで系外からの指令によって開閉動する振分け扉を設けてなるパチンコ機の打球振分け装置にあって、前記振分け扉の閉塞時には前記入口からの飛入球を第２出口を通して誘導路外に放出し遊技板面に植設する障害釘等を介して前記入賞口乃至その他の飛入口、スイッチへの飛入を可能にし、また開放時には前記誘導路を通して前記出口に誘導し、前記入賞口に落下誘導するようにしてなることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は上記記載の打球振分け装置にあって、前記誘導路に設けられる第２出口は誘導路の上半部区域内の入口に近い高い位置に開設されることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は、前記誘導路は遊技板の遊技部の中央上部に設置されるセンター役物と一体に形成されることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は、前記誘導路上端の入口は遊技板面に形成される遊技部の打球の初期落下部たる中央上部域に開口されることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

そして本発明は、前記記載の打球振分け装置にあって、前記センター役物は前面中央部に可変表示装置の表示装置を設け、該表示装置の側縁に沿って誘導路を一体に設けてなることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置であり、また前記誘導路はセンター役物の表示装置の側縁に沿って付設すると共に、上端の入口をセンター役物の中央上部に開口させ、下端の出口をセンター役物の中央下部に開口させることを特徴としたパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

また本発明は前記誘導路はセンター役物の表示装置の側縁の上部に第２出口を開設し、該第２出口に臨む振分け扉の閉塞時には上記第２出口を通して放出された飛入球を前記表示装置の側縁に沿って落下するようにしてなるパチンコ機の打球振分け装置を提供することにある。

本発明装置は、上述の構成において明らかなように遊技板面に打ち出された打球を入口を通すことによって誘導路に受け入れ、ここで遊技板面上の他の打球と振分け区別し、その一方、上記誘導路の途中に設ける振分け扉によって第２出口から誘導路外に放出されるものと、放出されることなく誘導路を通して出口に誘導され、この出口から入賞口へと積極的に誘導されるものとに振分けるものとなっている。

この振分けにおいて飛入球（打球）を誘導路に通すことによって他のものと明確に区別し、誘導路下端の出口に到るものは入賞口へと導き、明確な価値の差を付けられるようにしてある。そして、振分け扉により第２出口から放出されたものは遊技板面に戻り、再び障害釘等の間を通ってあるものは前記入賞口へ、他のものはそのまゝアウト口へと個々の流路を通して落下することになり、常に遊技に残るチャンスが与えられるようになっている。

この様に本発明装置は打球を確実に振分け、その結果に差を付けるものとなるが、誘導路途中に設ける振分け扉の開閉を一定の条件の下に制御し、更に出口下方の入賞口への打球の飛入を次に設定する条件の成立に関連付けて実施することにより単なる打球の振分け装置として利用されるのに止まらず、変化に富んだ遊技の設定が可能になっている。

例えば、遊技板面に設ける判定スイッチを打球が通過したとき、振分け扉を開放して誘導路の入口に飛入する飛入球の全てを下端の出口に誘導し、ここから入賞口へ導く一方、当該入賞口を始動口として大入賞状態を設定する特別図柄の可変表示装置の始動手段にすると、振分け扉の開閉は上記可変表示装置の作動に大きく影響することになり、入賞条件の確率に大きな変化をもたらし遊技に変化を与えることができる。

図１は本発明を実施する遊技板の正面図で、図２は要部の一部断面とした拡大正面図である。図中の符号１はパチンコ機の遊技板、２は遊技板面３に付設するレール４によって囲まれ形成された遊技部で、５は遊技部の中央上部に設置されたセンター役物である。

遊技部２は遊技板面３に向けて発射される打球をレール４を案内に受け入れ、入賞口６，７、或いは大入賞口と称している入賞口８のいずれかに受け入れてセーフ球とし、賞球放出の対象とするか、或いは最下部に形成するアウト口９に拾ってアウト球とするように遊技を構成設定するもので、この内部には前記センター役物５を始め上記の各入賞口６，７，８、そして、案内された打球を変則落下させる障害釘１０や表示乃至飾りのランプケース１１等が設備される。

センター役物５は特定図柄を表示する可変液晶表示装置を内蔵しており、その矩形をなす図柄表示装置１２を中央部に備え、この表示装置１２を囲むように上部から左右の側縁、そして下部に亘って、誘導路１３，１３を左右対象状に設けており、上部誘導路の前面中央部には普通図柄を表示する普通図柄表示装置１４を設けている。

上記誘導路１３は遊技板の前面に添わせるセンター役物５の取付板部１５の前面に一体に設けられ、このセンター役物５を遊技板に取付けたとき上半部１３ａがこの遊技板の前面に突き出る位置にあって、その上端がセンター役物５の中央上部にあり、ここで大きく開口して打球を受け入れる入口１６を形成するようにしてある。

誘導路１３は大きく開口した上記入口１６から樋状をなす上半部１３ａを介して左右に分かれ、特定図柄の表示装置１２の上方のコーナー部１７，１７を回って側縁に沿って縦向きとなり、その略中間において取付板部１５の背面側に回り込ませ通路の下半部１３ｂを形成している。この下半部は側縁の途中から下って、表示装置１２の下方のコーナー部１８，１８を回って寄合い表示装置１２の中央下部に至ってここで左右の下端を合流させ、下に向けて開口する出口１９を設け、その直下の入賞口６に臨むようにしてある。

図中、２０は誘導路１３の途中に開設した第２出口であり、２１はこの出口に臨んで誘導路１３内に備えた振分け扉である。
第２出口２０は上部コーナー部１７に臨む上半部１３ａに設けられ外に向って開口し、振分け扉２１はこの第２出口２０を内側から閉じるように誘導路１３の中に設けてある。

振分け扉２１を備える左右の誘導路１３は扉の回動を許すため途中において内部を拡張させてあり、翼片状をなす振分け扉は取付板部１５を貫いて後方から延びるそれぞれの支軸２２に軸着支持してこの拡張部に収まるようにしてある。

上記支軸２２は振分け扉２１を開閉動させるためのものでもあり、図４乃至図６に示したようにモーター２３の駆動によって回転し、扉２１を開閉するように構成されている。これを図面に従って詳述すると、図４，５に示されるように取付板部１５を貫いて後方に延び出す支軸２２はクランク２４を介して連杆２５の一端に連結し、連杆２５は他端を回転板２６に回動自由に軸着し、更にこの回転板はモーター２３の出力軸２７に軸着してある。

従って、モーター２３が駆動すると回転板２６が回転し、連杆２５を左右方向に往復動させ、これによってクランク２４を揺動させて支軸２２を正逆方向に回転させることができ、誘導路１３の内部で振分け扉２１を開，閉動させることができるようにしてある。

モーター２３は後述するように系外からの指令を受けて駆動するようにしてあり、振分け扉２１はこの実施例では常には図２の左方の扉２１のように水平状に倒れて誘導路１３を塞ぐとともに、第２出口２０を開放し、入口１６から飛入した打球Ａを全てこの第２出口を通して遊技板面に放出するように設定してある。

図中、２８はモーター２３による回転板２６の回転を検出するためのスイッチで、可動接片２９を回転板２６の周面に周接させて、この周面に形成する切欠き凹部３０に接片２９が落ちたときＯＦＦとなり、モーター２３の電源を切り停止するようにしてある。

図６（Ａ）に示すように上記スイッチ２８がＯＦＦの状態にあるとき振分け扉２１は水平な姿勢にあって誘導路１３を閉じるようにしてあり、外部からの指令を受けてモーター２３が回転したとき図６（Ｂ），（Ｃ）に示すように起立させて誘導路１３を開放し、第２出口２０を閉じるようにしてある。
この扉２１の起立は回転板２６が１回転して切欠き凹部３０が可動接片２９に臨んだとき終り、この間誘導路を開放し、第２出口を閉じることになる。そして再びモーター２３が駆動されるまで待機することになる。

尚、上記スイッチ２８はモーター２３の停止用スイッチとして利用する外、回転板２６の回転数、つまりは振分け扉２１の開閉回数をカウントするためのスイッチとして利用することも可能である。
即ち、本実施例では振分け扉２１の１回の開閉動をもってモーターの駆動を停止するものとしているが、複数回のカウントの後停止するように設定すると一つの指令によって振分け扉２１をその回数分開閉動を繰り返させることができ、これによって異なる遊技の設定をすることができるのである。

図中、３１は前記振分け判定図柄の表示装置１４を作動させる振分け判定スイッチであり、３２は入賞口６の前面に設ける普通図柄表示装置３３を作動させる判定スイッチである。
上記振分け判定スイッチ３１は前記第２出口２０の近くに設けてあり、打球Ａがこれを通過したとき信号を発し、振分け判定図柄の表示装置１４を作動させるものとしてある。

上記振分け判定図柄は周知の図柄或いは数字の連続，繰り返しからなるもので、予め設定する特定の図柄或いは数字において停止したとき信号を発してモーター２３を駆動させるようにしてある。

振分け扉２１はこの実施例では常には水平に倒れ誘導路１３を閉じた状態に保ち、入口１６から誘導路１３に飛入した打球、つまり飛入球Ａはこの扉２１を介して全て遊技板面に放出されるようにしてあり、上記モーター２３の駆動によって起こされたとき、第２出口２０を閉じると同時に誘導路１３を開放し、入口１６からの飛入球Ａを全て下端の出口１９に導き、入賞口６の直上に落とすことになる。

入賞口６は図示するようにここでは電動式のチューリップ型の入賞口となっており、更にここでは前記特別図柄の表示装置１２に表示される特別図柄を作動させる始動スイッチを内蔵する始動口となっている。

打球Ａが下方の判定スイッチ３２を通過すると、入賞口６の前面に設けた普通図柄表示装置３３が作動し、次に予め設定した図柄，数字において作動が停止すると入賞口６の翼片６ａが開放し、飛入条件が好転するようにしてある。
この翼片６ａの開放はタイマーを組込むことによって一定時間継続して開放状態を維持させるようにしても、また次の打球Ａが同じくスイッチ３２に通過したとき閉じるようにしてもよく、種々の遊技設定が可能である。

上記翼片６ａの開放は飛入条件の緩和であり、入賞口６に打球Ａが飛入したときスイッチにより検出し、信号を発して前記特別図柄を作動させることになる。ここにおいて予め設定する図柄の組合せ、数字の組合せが達成されたとき大入賞口８を開放し打球の入賞を大幅に緩和して多数の賞球の放出を許すことになる。尚、特別図柄の作動中に続けて入賞口６に飛入した打球は予め設定した個数カウントし、記憶して上記作動停止後再作動させて設定回数の範囲でこれを繰り返すようにしてある。

本発明装置は上述の様に構成されるもので、常態にあるとき振分け扉２１を閉塞状態に維持すると、打球Ａが入口１６を通して誘導路１３に飛入したとき、この球は扉２１によって落下を阻止され開放する第２出口２０から再び遊技板面に戻されることになる。
戻された球Ａは入口１６に飛入しない打球と等しく遊技板面を落下することになる。そして、第２出口２０の近傍に設けられるスイッチ３１を通過すると前述したように振分け判定図柄の表示装置１４を作動させて扉２１を開放するチャンスを作ることになる。

一方、スイッチ３１を通過し、或いは通過することなく落下した打球Ａは落下の間障害釘１０に誘導されて下方の判定スイッチ３２に近づき、これを通過するか、更には内側に位置する入賞口６に進んでこれに飛入するチャンスがある。
前述したようにスイッチ３２を通過すると、普通図柄の表示装置３３の作動を通してチューリップの翼片６ａを開放するチャンスを得、更には入賞口６に飛入することを通して特別図柄表示装置１２を作動させて大入賞口８を開放するチャンスを作ることになる。

その一方、上記打球Ａの落下を通して振分け扉２１が開放すると、入口１６から飛入した打球Ａは誘導路１３を通って直接下端の出口１９へと導かれ、これより直下の入賞口６へと落下することになる。
直上からの落下のため打球Ａの入賞口６への飛入は容易なものとなり高い入賞率が約束されることになる。そして、特別図柄表示装置１２に対する働き掛けが高くなり大入賞口８の開放を高め、また開放を連続させる場合にこれを迅速に進めることになる。

本発明の打球振分け装置を図面に示した実施例に基づき説明したが、言うまでもなく前記誘導路１３に設けられる振分け扉２１の開閉、入賞口６の翼片６ａの開閉、更には振分け判定図柄表示装置１４や普通図柄表示装置３３、特別図柄表示装置１２に表示される図柄や数字の特定，組合せ等は遊技方法の設定によって任意決めることができるものであって前記実施で説明したものに限定されるものではない。

従って、本発明においては振分け扉２１の開閉動を立ち上げる判定スイッチ３１や、入賞口６の翼片６ａの開放を立ち上げる判定スイッチ３２等も実施方法によっては、他の指令方式を採用することによって省略されることがある。

ところで、前述実施例では誘導路１３をセンター役物５に付設するに当たって、その中央部に配置される特別図柄表示装置１２を囲んで左右の誘導路をそれぞれコ字形に屈折する形で設けたが、通路の前面を開放して打球Ａの流れを視覚できるようにするとよい。勿論、誘導路１３は役物の形状に左右されるが、いずれにおいても縦方向に設けることによって入口１６からの打球を迅速に出口１９に誘導し、下方の入賞口６に導くことができることになる。

その一方、この誘導路１３はセンター役物と共に遊技板面の中央上部に設けることによってその入口１６を打球が打込まれる頂部に臨んで開口させられるものとなっていることから遊技者は振分け扉２１が開放し入口１６と出口１９が連通したとき狙いを付けて打ち込むことが可能であり、遊技性を高めることができ、また入賞口６に対する一定数の連続飛入が約束されている場合には狙い打ちによって迅速な遊技の進行を図ることができ、遊技性を高めることができる。

また、この誘導路１３に対する打球の打込みは入口１６を打球が飛び込む遊技部の中央上部に配置することに併せ、開口幅を広くすることによって確実なものとすることができる一方、第２出口２０が誘導路１３の高い位置、つまり実施例における上半部１３ａに開口し、これにより遊技部２の高い位置に設けられるものとなっていることから振分け扉２１が閉じている場合には誘導路に一旦飛入した打球が再び遊技板面に戻ったとき他の設備、即ち判定スイッチや入賞口に臨むチャンスが高くなっており、更には始動口たる入賞口６に飛入することもあることから遊技が単調になるのを回避し、これがため扉２１が開放したときの効果を一層引立てることになっている。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述の如く構成されるものであって誘導路に飛入した打球は振分け扉によってその流路を確実に区別されると共に、この振分け扉に臨む第２出口は誘導路の高い位置に設けられることから再び外に放出された打球はその後においても判定スイッチや入賞口に関係するチャンスがあり、遊技に参加して次の役目をなすことができ遊技性を失うことがない。

その一方、振分け扉の開放によって誘導路の全長に亘って打球の落下が可能となった場合、外に漏れることなく入口から出口に迅速に送られることから出口下方に備える入賞口に速やかに送り届け早い展開の遊技を可能にする。

一方、本発明における上記誘導路をセンター役物に一体に組付ける場合には誘導路を遊技板に付設するのが容易となり、またバラ付きなく正確に組付けられることになる。しかもこの場合には役物に設定する各種表示装置と組合うことになるため遊技板に対する全体の組付けが容易となり、各部の製造も容易となる。
