【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機に適用される遊技装置に関し、詳しくは、パチンコ機における遊技盤に装着される入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
いわゆるパチンコ機の遊技盤には、近年のパチンコ遊技の多様化および複雑化に伴って、大型の図柄表示装置とともに種々の形状の入賞装置が多数装着されてきており、所定のパチンコ遊技を行うための機能(役割)の異なる種々の入賞口が形成されている。例えば、いわゆる第1種パチンコ遊技を行うためのパチンコ機の遊技盤上には、当該遊技盤上に射出されたパチンコ球(以下「遊技球」という。)が入賞することによって特別図柄表示装置を作動させる機能を有する第1種始動口といわれる入賞口を形成する入賞装置や当該特別図柄表示装置において特定の図柄が表示された場合に開放される大入賞口(変動入賞口)を形成する入賞装置等が装着されている。

その一方、上述のとおり、パチンコ機の遊技盤に大型の図柄表示装置や種々の入賞装置が多数装着されるようになった結果、これら装置自体が障害物となって当該遊技盤上における遊技球の通行し得る領域(即ち遊技球が遊技盤の上から下に落下運動し得る範囲)は逆に狭められている。そして、従前のいわゆる遊技釘や風車のみによっては遊技盤上の随所に満遍なく遊技球を向かわせることが困難となり、遊技盤上には上記図柄表示装置や入賞装置の配置に応じて遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域とそうでない領域とが生じている。従って、例えば第1種パチンコ遊技における上記第1種始動口や大入賞口のように、遊技者の関心を喪失させないためにある程度の入賞数・入賞頻度を確保する必要のある入賞口は、本来、遊技盤上における多くの遊技球が通行し得る領域に配置することが望ましい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パチンコ機に装備される遊技盤全体のデザインあるいは遊技盤に装着される他の図柄表示装置や入賞装置とのバランスに関する制約から、上記入賞口(例えば、上記第1種始動口)を入賞頻度の観点から最適と考えられる位置に配置することが困難な場合もある。すなわち、このような場合には、遊技盤における遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に上記入賞口を配置せざるを得なかった。しかしながら、このような位置に上記入賞口を配置することは、遊技盤上に射出された遊技球の当該入賞口への入賞頻度を低下させる危険が高く、多くの遊技球が当該入賞口へ入賞することを期待している遊技者の感興を削ぐ恐れがあるため、本来、好ましいことではなかった。

本発明はこのような点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、遊技盤上で入賞口を構成するパチンコ機用入賞装置であって、遊技盤における遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に当該入賞口が配置されるように遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口に関して所望する入賞数または入賞頻度を確保し得る手段を備えたパチンコ機用入賞装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明においては、パチンコ機の遊技盤の遊技領域の中央下部に設置され、同じく遊技領域に設置された中央表示装置の特別図柄表示部で所定の特定図柄が表示されたことに基づく特別遊技条件の成立を契機として、所定の条件に従って大入賞口を開閉し遊技球の入賞を可能とするとともに入賞球を検出し得る入賞装置であって、
前記遊技盤の遊技領域に取着され、中央部に正面視左右横長方形の開口広さの前記大入賞口を形成するとともに、該大入賞口の下方中央部に遊技球1個分を通入出し得る開口広さの中央下入賞口を形成したベース板と、
前記ベース板の大入賞口に対して前後の向きに開閉可能に支持されるとともにベース板の裏側に設置された第1のソレノイドに連繋され、前記中央表示装置の特別図柄表示部で所定の特定図柄が表示されたことに基づく前記第1のソレノイドの駆動により、大入賞口を閉鎖する起立状態から大入賞口を開放して遊技球を受入れ得る前倒状態に変化する横長扉状のプレート部材と、
前記ベース板の中央下入賞口に対して前後の向きに開閉可能に支持されるとともに前記ベース板の裏側に設置された第2のソレノイドに連繋され、前記中央表示装置の普通図柄表示部で所定の普通図柄が表示されたことに基づく前記第2のソレノイドの駆動により、中央下入賞口を閉鎖する起立状態から中央下入賞口を開放して遊技球を受入れ得る前倒状態に変化するように設定された扉部材と、
前記ベース板の前面で前記大入賞口の開口左側縁に対して遊技球1個分の通過間隔を離して配置された左装飾カバー部材と、
前記ベース板の前面で前記大入賞口の開口右側縁及び開口下縁に対して遊技球1個分の通過間隔を離して左右逆略L字形に配置されて落下する遊技球を受けて左横向きに流通案内する右装飾カバー部材と、
前記ベース板の前面でかつ前記大入賞口開口下縁より下方で前記中央下入賞口の前開口面の左側縁と右側縁とに、遊技球1個分の通過間隔で離隔して対向状に配置された左右横長形の左側誘導片及び上下縦長形の右側誘導片と、を備え、
前記左装飾カバー部材の右側面と前記左側誘導片の左端部との間に遊技球を下方に通過させて前記遊技領域へ落下させ得る間隔を有する左側の通し孔を開口形成し、前記左側誘導片の左右に亘る上面を遊技球の球径より長い幅で右下がりの傾斜面に形成して前記左側の通し孔と前記中央下入賞口の前側左縁とに臨ませ、
前記右装飾カバー部材の左右逆略L字形の左端部と前記右側誘導片の右端部との間に遊技球を通過させて前記遊技領域へ落下させ得る遊技球1個分の通過間隔を有する右側の通し孔を開口形成し、前記右側誘導片の左右に亘る上面を球径より短い幅にして前記左側誘導片の上面より急傾斜に形成して前記右側の通し孔と前記中央下入賞口の前側右縁との間に臨ませるようにしたパチンコ機の入賞装置を提供する。なお、本明細書において「遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲」とは、上記中央下入賞口の側方において、遊技球が上記誘導片に当たって当該誘導片に沿って当該入賞口に誘導され得る範囲(広さ)をいう。

本発明の入賞装置では、上記左右非対称の誘導片によって上記入賞口の右側と左側とで、遊技球を捕捉する範囲を異ならせることができる。すなわち、本発明の入賞装置では、上記入賞口の左方向からの遊技球の入賞頻度と右方向からの遊技球の入賞頻度とを上記誘導片を設けたことによって異ならせることができる。このため、本発明の入賞装置においては、上記入賞口の左側においては遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲が広くなる一方、右側においては遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲を相対的に狭くなるように上記誘導片を左右非対称に形成しておくことによって、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある方向からの入賞頻度を意図的に高めることができる。従って、本発明の入賞装置によれば、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に入賞口が配置されるようにしてパチンコ機の遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口へ遊技球が数多く入賞することを期待する遊技者の感興を保つことができる。

また、本発明の入賞装置は、上記入賞口の左側と右側とで、当該入賞口から上記誘導片の先端までの長さが異なることを特徴とする。

本発明の入賞装置では、入賞口の両側における遊技球の通行頻度に合わせて上記誘導片の長さを入賞口の左側と右側とで異ならせることによって、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある方向(典型的にはパチンコ機正面からみて入賞口の左方向)からの遊技球を積極的に捕捉し入賞口へ誘導することができる。また、遊技球が高頻度に通行する領域がない方向(典型的にはパチンコ機正面からみて入賞口の右方向)には、長大な誘導片を配置する場所を確保する必要がない。従って、本発明の入賞装置によれば、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に入賞口が配置されるようにしてパチンコ機の遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口の左側あるいは右側のいずれか一方であって遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある側方には長い誘導片を設けることによって遊技球の当該入賞口への入賞頻度を意図的に高めることができるとともに、入賞口の他の側方には、入賞頻度の増大に寄与しない構造物やそれを配置する場所を省き、他の構造物や装置類を配置し得るスペースを確保することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の入賞装置の好適な一実施形態について図面に基づいて説明する。なお、図1は本実施形態に係る本発明の入賞装置10(以下「本入賞装置10」と略称する。)を装着したパチンコ機1の外観を示した正面図である。

図1に示すように、このパチンコ機1は、従来の一般的なパチンコ機と同様、長方形枠状に成形された木枠2の前面に額縁状に成形された前枠3が装着されている。この前枠3の上部には、後述する遊技盤8を透視し得るガラス板を嵌め込み装着した金枠4が開閉可能に軸着されている。一方、前枠3の下部には、上記金枠4に隣接して前板5が開閉可能に軸着されている。この前板5の表面にはパチンコ球の受け皿である上皿5aが取り付けられている。この前板5の下方には、パチンコ球の受け皿の一つである下皿6やパチンコ球を遊技盤上に発射するための発射装置(図示せず)に連通するハンドル7等が装着されている。なお、上述の各構造物は、一般的なパチンコ機に装備されているものと同様のものであり、本発明を何ら特徴付けるものではないので、これらに関する詳細な説明は省略する。而して、この金枠4の裏面側には、本パチンコ機1においてパチンコ遊技(第1種パチンコ遊技)を実施するために必要な本入賞装置10を含む種々の遊技用構造物・装置類を備えた遊技盤8が脱着可能に装着されている。以下、本実施形態にかかる遊技盤8の構成について簡潔に説明する。

図2は、本パチンコ機1に装着された遊技盤8の表面側の要部を示す正面図である。この図に示すように、本実施形態に係る遊技盤8は、従来のものと同様、平板状のパネル部材8aと当該パネル部材8a上に装着された後述する種々の遊技用構造物・装置類とから構成されている。このパネル部材8aの表面には、パチンコ機1の発射装置(図示せず)から発射されたパチンコ球を遊技盤8上部に誘導するための誘導レール9が円形渦巻き状に装着されている。そして、この誘導レール9によって包囲された内側の領域が本遊技盤8における遊技領域である。この遊技領域の中央部には、日本古来の社の形状に装飾された大型の中央表示装置12が組み込まれている。この中央表示装置12の中央部分には、後述する特別図柄を表示するための液晶ディスプレイ12aが備えられている。さらに、液晶ディスプレイ12aの上方には、7セグメントLED(図示せず)を備えた普通図柄表示部12bが設けられている。而して、この中央表示装置12の下方には、後述する大入賞口35や第1種始動口に相当する中央下入賞口38a等の入賞口を複数構成している本入賞装置10が装着されている。なお、本入賞装置10の詳細については後述する。

図2に示すように、中央表示装置12の周囲には、本入賞装置10の他、本遊技盤8におけるパチンコ遊技内容を決定する種々の遊技用構造物が配置されている。すなわち、遊技盤8上に射出された遊技球の落下速度や方向を調節するための多数の遊技釘11や風車14,15とともに、液晶ディスプレイ12aの両側には遊技球の通過によって上記中央表示装置12の普通図柄表示部12bにおいて普通図柄変動(例えば7セグメントLEDによる数字の変動)を開始させるゲート16が設けられており、また、上記中央表示装置12において特別図柄変動を開始するための始動口(ここでは第1種始動口)に相当する入賞口を構成する中央入賞装置17ならびに遊技者の目を楽しませつつ本遊技盤8の美観を向上させるための装飾灯18,19が遊技領域の内外に複数配備されている。この他、遊技盤8の遊技領域下端部中央には、いずれの入賞口にも入賞しなかった遊技球を回収するためのアウト口20が設けられている。以上、本遊技盤8表面の構成を説明したが、上述のように各種遊技装置類を配置した結果として、さらには遊技者の指向として、本遊技盤8における遊技領域においては、遊技球はパチンコ機1正面からみて上記中央表示装置12の左側の領域を数多く高頻度に通行することとなり、他方、中央表示装置12の向かって右側領域を通行する遊技球の頻度は相対的に低い。

また、図示しないが、遊技盤8の裏面側には、上記各種入賞口に対応するように複数の筒状の裏誘導路(入賞球通路)が装備されており、上記各種入賞口から遊技盤8の裏面側に誘導された入賞球をパチンコ機1本体に設けられた図示しない球送り機構に送出している。

ところで、本実施形態にかかる遊技盤8は、いわゆる第1種パチンコ遊技を実施するために構築されたものであり、上述の各種遊技装置(本入賞装置10を含む)の動作は、パチンコ機1本体に設けられた制御装置(図示せず)によって遊技内容に応じて制御されている。以下、本遊技盤8を装備したパチンコ機1における第1種パチンコ遊技内容の概略を記す。本遊技盤8に射出された遊技球が第1種始動口を構成する上述の中央入賞装置17若しくは本入賞装置10の中央下入賞口38aに入賞した場合、上記中央表示装置12の液晶ディスプレイ12aに表示される特別図柄が変動する。このとき、液晶ディスプレイ12aに所定の特定図柄(当たり図柄)が表示された場合には、本入賞装置10における大入賞口35が、所定の時間(典型的には30秒間若しくは10個の遊技球が入賞するまでの間)開放する(図2参照)。そして、当該大入賞口35より入賞した遊技球が上記裏誘導路の一部(好ましくは、ベース板30裏面側に設けられた後述の球通路の域内)に設けられた特別入賞区域(以下「Vゾーン」という。)を通過した場合には、大入賞口35の開放が反復される。但し、一度に反復できる回数には上限が設けてある(典型的には最大16回の反復継続)。なお、本入賞装置10における中央下入賞口38aは、通常は後述する扉部材40によって閉鎖されており、上記中央表示装置12の普通図柄表示部12bにおいて所定の図柄が表示された場合に限って開放するように制御されている。すなわち、遊技球が上記普通図柄作動用のゲート16を通った場合に上記中央表示装置12の普通図柄表示部12bにおいて図柄(ここでは7セグメントLEDによる数字の変動)が変動し、所定の図柄(例えば3または7)が表示された場合には本入賞装置10の中央下入賞口38aが第1種始動口として所定時間(例えば1秒間)開放する。

次に、遊技盤8の下部に装着された本入賞装置10について説明する。図3は、本入賞装置10の外観を示す斜視図である。図1および図2に示すように、本入賞装置10は、遊技盤8の下部において当該遊技盤8の横方向ほぼ一杯を占有するようにして装着される比較的大型の入賞装置である。而して、図3に示すように、本入賞装置10は、後述する種々の構造物を装備した台座に相当する平板状に成形された合成樹脂若しくは金属製のベース板30を備えている。このベース板30の周縁部にはビス取付け用の穴50が適当数設けてあり、本入賞装置10を取り付けるために遊技盤8に予め設けられている開口部(図示せず)を覆うようにして当該遊技盤8表面にビス着されている(図1参照)。

このベース板30の裏面側には、上記中央入賞装置17より入賞した入賞球を通すための球通路56や本入賞装置10に設けられた後述する各種入賞口から入賞した入賞球を送り出すための種々の球通路が上述の裏誘導路の一構成部分として各種の入賞検出スイッチ(近接スイッチ等)を備えつつ形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態においては、上記球通路56に入賞検出スイッチ(図示せず)を設けた結果、上記中央入賞装置17に直接入賞検出スイッチを設ける必要がなく、当該入賞装置17自体のサイズあるいは当該入賞装置17が構成する入賞口周縁部の形状を小型化することができる。また、ベース板30の裏面側には、後述するプレート部材32を開閉させるための第1のソレノイド63や扉部材40を開閉させるための第2のソレノイド60、さらには図示しない種々の配線基板等の電子部品がパチンコ機1本体側と電気的に接続された状態で装着されている。このことによって、本入賞装置10においては、本入賞装置10を取り外すだけで上記入賞検出スイッチや各種の電子部品の交換・修理が容易に行える。

以下、本発明を特徴付ける本入賞装置10の表面構成について詳述する。このベース板30の表面中央には、周囲が長方形枠状の大入賞口35が形成されており、その開口部には当該大入賞口35を塞ぎ得る長方形平板状のプレート部材32が開閉可能に軸着されている。なお、このプレート部材32の開閉動作は本入賞装置10裏面側に装着されているソレノイド63によって制御されており、当該ソレノイド63の駆動に応じてプレート部材32の上部が手前に開く(迫り出す)ことによって、大入賞口35が開放されることとなる。

すなわち、図8に示すように、このプレート部材32の下端部は、ベース板30に開閉可能に軸着されているとともに、当該プレート部材32裏面側のパチンコ機1正面からみて右側の軸着部分には連結片32aが突設されている。一方、当該連結片32aに近接する位置には、上記ソレノイド63が装着されている。このソレノイド63に装備されたプランジャ63aには上記連結片32aと係合し得る連結部63bが形成されている。而して、図8に示すように、上記連結片32aと連結部63bとを係合することによって、ソレノイド63の駆動(即ちプランジャ63aの往復運動)に応じて上記プレート部材32の開閉を行うことができる。すなわち、プランジャ63aおよび連結部63bの上方への移動に連動して上記連結片32aが上方に移動することによって、上記軸着部位を回転軸として上記プレート部材32本体は下方向に回動し大入賞口35が開放される(図8)。なお、大入賞口35の開放時には、上記プレート部材32が遊技球の球受け部材となり、開放と同時に遊技盤8上に迫り出した当該プレート部材32の裏面に当たった遊技球をそのまま大入賞口35内に誘導する。なお、図8に示す状態からプランジャ63aの下方への移動に連動して上記連結片32aが下方に移動した際には、上記軸着部位を回転軸として上記プレート部材32本体は上方向に回動し大入賞口35は閉じられる。

次に、大入賞口35の内部について簡単に説明する。図8に示すように、大入賞口35の内部には、入賞球誘導路53を挟んで異なる二つの放出通路58,59が設けられている。すなわち、本実施形態においては、パチンコ機1正面からみて左側の放出通路58が遊技盤8裏面側に設定された上記Vゾーンに連なっており、他方、右側の放出通路59は遊技盤8裏面側の裏誘導路のいわゆる一般入賞区域(所定数の賞球を払い戻すことが決定されるパチンコ球通過区域)に連通している。ここで、上記入賞球誘導路53は、上記一般入賞区域に連通する放出通路59に向かって傾斜しており、当該入賞球誘導路53上に誘導された入賞球は全て当該放出通路59に向かうこととなる。なお、本実施形態において、上記Vゾーンに連なる放出通路58を大入賞口35の左端部に設けたのは以下の理由による。すなわち、Vゾーンは大入賞口35の開放の継続に係るものであるため、当該Vゾーンに遊技球が入賞することは本パチンコ遊技において遊技者の歓心を高めるものとして重要である。その一方で、上述のように、本遊技盤8の遊技領域においては、遊技球はパチンコ機1正面からみて上記中央表示装置12の左側の領域を数多く高頻度に通行する。従って、Vゾーンへの入賞頻度を高めて大入賞口35の開放を継続させるチャンスを増大させることを意図し、遊技球の通行が極力多い左側に上記Vゾーンに連なる放出通路58を設けた。

一方、Vゾーンに連なる上記左側の放出通路58の正面に相当するプレート部材32の裏面には、1個の入賞球Bを停留させ得る一対のホールド片55a,55bからなる停留部55が形成されている。而して、図3に示すように、プレート部材32が開放された際には、上記一対のホールド片55a,55bに挟持されるようにして上記停留部55に1個の入賞球Bが停留され得る。これにより、1個の入賞球Bが当該停留部55に停留された後に当該停留部55付近に入賞した入賞球は、当該停留球Bに阻まれるため、上記Vゾーンに向かう左側の放出通路58に送出されることがない。而して、所定時間経過後にプレート部材32が閉鎖される際には、当該プレート部材32の回動とともに一対のホールド片55a,55bの開放された上部が上記左側の放出通路58に向かって傾いてゆき、ついには当該部分から停留球Bが転がり落ちて当該放出通路58に放出される。

以上のとおり、本入賞装置10に形成された大入賞口35においては、上記停留部55を設けた結果、大入賞口35の一度の開放につき1個の入賞球BのみをVゾーンに導くことができる。而して、プレート部材32開放時には、上記停留部55に入賞球Bが停留しているのを外部から観察することができるため、遊技者のパチンコ遊技に対する歓心を高めることができる。

一方、大入賞口35を挟むようにしてその左側および右側には、各々、レンズカット加工が施された半透明合成樹脂製の左装飾カバー部材31および右装飾カバー部材48が装着されている。而して、これら装飾カバー部材31,48の内側には図示しないランプおよびランプ基板が配置されている。また、図3に示すように、上記左装飾カバー部材31および右装飾カバー部材48の上面部には、各々、内部に入賞検知スイッチを備えた一般入賞口57,52が形成されており、上記ベース板30を貫通して設けられた球通路(図示せず)を介して遊技盤8裏面側に設けられた上記裏誘導路に連通している。なお、図3に示すように、上記右装飾カバー部材48の内側下寄りは、本入賞装置10の内側に張り出すようにして湾曲形成されるとともに当該湾曲部分の上面部は平坦に成形されており、当該部分に当たった遊技球をそのまま本入賞装置10の中央方向に誘導し得る球誘導路44を形成している。而して、図3に示すように、左右二つの上記装飾カバー部材31,48の表面下部には、樹脂製のプレートからなる連絡部材46が架設されている。

一方、大入賞口35の下方中央には、上記第1種始動口に相当する中央下入賞口38aが形成されている。而して、この中央下入賞口38aは、上述の大入賞口35と同様、その開口部には当該中央下入賞口38aを塞ぎ得るプレート状の扉部材40が開閉可能に軸着されている。而して、この扉部材40の開閉動作は本入賞装置10裏面側に装着されている上記ソレノイド60(図5および図6参照)によって制御されており、当該ソレノイド60の駆動に応じて扉部材40の上部が手前に開く(迫り出す)ことによって、中央下入賞口38aが開放されることとなる。
