【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ機に適用される遊技装置に関し、詳しくは、パチンコ機における遊技盤に装着される入賞装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
いわゆるパチンコ機の遊技盤には、近年のパチンコ遊技の多様化および複雑化に伴って、大型の図柄表示装置とともに種々の形状の入賞装置が多数装着されてきており、所定のパチンコ遊技を行うための機能（役割）の異なる種々の入賞口が形成されている。例えば、いわゆる第１種パチンコ遊技を行うためのパチンコ機の遊技盤上には、当該遊技盤上に射出されたパチンコ球（以下「遊技球」という。）が入賞することによって特別図柄表示装置を作動させる機能を有する第１種始動口といわれる入賞口を形成する入賞装置や当該特別図柄表示装置において特定の図柄が表示された場合に開放される大入賞口（変動入賞口）を形成する入賞装置等が装着されている。

その一方、上述のとおり、パチンコ機の遊技盤に大型の図柄表示装置や種々の入賞装置が多数装着されるようになった結果、これら装置自体が障害物となって当該遊技盤上における遊技球の通行し得る領域（即ち遊技球が遊技盤の上から下に落下運動し得る範囲）は逆に狭められている。そして、従前のいわゆる遊技釘や風車のみによっては遊技盤上の随所に満遍なく遊技球を向かわせることが困難となり、遊技盤上には上記図柄表示装置や入賞装置の配置に応じて遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域とそうでない領域とが生じている。従って、例えば第１種パチンコ遊技における上記第１種始動口や大入賞口のように、遊技者の関心を喪失させないためにある程度の入賞数・入賞頻度を確保する必要のある入賞口は、本来、遊技盤上における多くの遊技球が通行し得る領域に配置することが望ましい。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、パチンコ機に装備される遊技盤全体のデザインあるいは遊技盤に装着される他の図柄表示装置や入賞装置とのバランスに関する制約から、上記入賞口（例えば、上記第１種始動口）を入賞頻度の観点から最適と考えられる位置に配置することが困難な場合もある。すなわち、このような場合には、遊技盤における遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に上記入賞口を配置せざるを得なかった。しかしながら、このような位置に上記入賞口を配置することは、遊技盤上に射出された遊技球の当該入賞口への入賞頻度を低下させる危険が高く、多くの遊技球が当該入賞口へ入賞することを期待している遊技者の感興を削ぐ恐れがあるため、本来、好ましいことではなかった。

本発明はこのような点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、遊技盤上で入賞口を構成するパチンコ機用入賞装置であって、遊技盤における遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に当該入賞口が配置されるように遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口に関して所望する入賞数または入賞頻度を確保し得る手段を備えたパチンコ機用入賞装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するため、本発明においては、パチンコ機の遊技盤の遊技領域の中央下部に設置され、同じく遊技領域に設置された中央表示装置の特別図柄表示部で所定の特定図柄が表示されたことに基づく特別遊技条件の成立を契機として、所定の条件に従って大入賞口を開閉し遊技球の入賞を可能とするとともに入賞球を検出し得る入賞装置であって、
前記遊技盤の遊技領域に取着され、中央部に正面視左右横長方形の開口広さの前記大入賞口を形成するとともに、該大入賞口の下方中央部に遊技球１個分を通入出し得る開口広さの中央下入賞口を形成したベース板と、
前記ベース板の大入賞口に対して前後の向きに開閉可能に支持されるとともにベース板の裏側に設置された第１のソレノイドに連繋され、前記中央表示装置の特別図柄表示部で所定の特定図柄が表示されたことに基づく前記第１のソレノイドの駆動により、大入賞口を閉鎖する起立状態から大入賞口を開放して遊技球を受入れ得る前倒状態に変化する横長扉状のプレート部材と、
前記ベース板の中央下入賞口に対して前後の向きに開閉可能に支持されるとともに前記ベース板の裏側に設置された第２のソレノイドに連繋され、前記中央表示装置の普通図柄表示部で所定の普通図柄が表示されたことに基づく前記第２のソレノイドの駆動により、中央下入賞口を閉鎖する起立状態から中央下入賞口を開放して遊技球を受入れ得る前倒状態に変化するように設定された扉部材と、
前記ベース板の前面で前記大入賞口の開口左側縁に対して遊技球１個分の通過間隔を離して配置された左装飾カバー部材と、
前記ベース板の前面で前記大入賞口の開口右側縁及び開口下縁に対して遊技球１個分の通過間隔を離して左右逆略Ｌ字形に配置されて落下する遊技球を受けて左横向きに流通案内する右装飾カバー部材と、
前記ベース板の前面でかつ前記大入賞口の開口下縁より下方で前記中央下入賞口の前開口面の左側縁と右側縁とに、遊技球１個分の通過間隔で離隔して対向状に配置された左右横長形の左側誘導片及び上下縦長形の右側誘導片と、を備え、
前記左装飾カバー部材の右側面と前記左側誘導片の左端部との間に遊技球を下方に通過させて前記遊技領域へ落下させ得る間隔を有する左側の通し孔を開口形成し、前記左側誘導片の左右に亘る上面を遊技球の球径より長い幅で右下がりの傾斜面に形成して前記左側の通し孔と前記中央下入賞口の前側左縁とに臨ませ、
前記右装飾カバー部材の左右逆略Ｌ字形の左端部と前記右側誘導片の右端部との間に、遊技球を通過させて前記遊技領域へ落下させ得る遊技球１個分の通過間隔を有する右側の通し孔を開口形成し、前記右側誘導片の左右に亘る上面を球径より短い幅にして前記左側誘導片の上面より急傾斜に形成して前記右側の通し孔と前記中央下入賞口の前側右縁との間に臨ませるようにしたパチンコ機の入賞装置を提供する。なお、本明細書において「遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲」とは、上記中央下入賞口の側方において、遊技球が上記誘導片に当たって当該誘導片に沿って当該入賞口に誘導され得る範囲（広さ）をいう。

本発明の入賞装置では、上記左右非対称の誘導片によって上記入賞口の右側と左側とで、遊技球を捕捉する範囲を異ならせることができる。すなわち、本発明の入賞装置では、上記入賞口の左方向からの遊技球の入賞頻度と右方向からの遊技球の入賞頻度とを上記誘導片を設けたことによって異ならせることができる。このため、本発明の入賞装置においては、上記入賞口の左側においては遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲が広くなる一方、右側においては遊技球を捕捉し得る範囲を相対的に狭くなるように上記誘導片を左右非対称に形成しておくことによって、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある方向からの入賞頻度を意図的に高めることができる。従って、本発明の入賞装置によれば、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に入賞口が配置されるようにしてパチンコ機の遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口へ遊技球が数多く入賞することを期待する遊技者の感興を保つことができる。

また、本発明の入賞装置は、上記入賞口の左側と右側とで、当該入賞口から上記誘導片の先端までの長さが異なることを特徴とする。

本発明の入賞装置では、入賞口の両側における遊技球の通行頻度に合わせて上記誘導片の長さを入賞口の左側と右側とで異ならせることによって、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある方向（典型的にはパチンコ機正面からみて入賞口の左方向）からの遊技球を積極的に捕捉し入賞口へ誘導することができる。また、遊技球が高頻度に通行する領域がない方向（典型的にはパチンコ機正面からみて入賞口の右方向）には、長大な誘導片を配置する場所を確保する必要がない。従って、本発明の入賞装置によれば、遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域から多少外れた位置に入賞口が配置されるようにしてパチンコ機の遊技盤に装着された場合であっても、当該入賞口の左側あるいは右側のいずれか一方であって遊技球が高頻度に通行し得る領域のある側方には長い誘導片を設けることによって遊技球の当該入賞口への入賞頻度を意図的に高めることができるとともに、入賞口の他の側方には、入賞頻度の増大に寄与しない構造物やそれを配置する場所を省き、他の構造物や装置類を配置し得るスペースを確保することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の入賞装置の好適な一実施形態について図面に基づいて説明する。なお、図１は本実施形態に係る本発明の入賞装置１０（以下「本入賞装置１０」と略称する。）を装着したパチンコ機１の外観を示した正面図である。

図１に示すように、このパチンコ機１は、従来の一般的なパチンコ機と同様、長方形枠状に成形された木枠２の前面に額縁状に成形された前枠３が装着されている。この前枠３の上部には、後述する遊技盤８を透視し得るガラス板を嵌め込み装着した金枠４が開閉可能に軸着されている。一方、前枠３の下部には、上記金枠４に隣接して前板５が開閉可能に軸着されている。この前板５の表面にはパチンコ球の受け皿である上皿５ａが取り付けられている。この前板５の下方には、パチンコ球の受け皿の一つである下皿６やパチンコ球を遊技盤上に発射するための発射装置（図示せず）に連通するハンドル７等が装着されている。なお、上述の各構造物は、一般的なパチンコ機に装備されているものと同様のものであり、本発明を何ら特徴付けるものではないので、これらに関する詳細な説明は省略する。而して、この金枠４の裏面側には、本パチンコ機１においてパチンコ遊技（第１種パチンコ遊技）を実施するために必要な本入賞装置１０を含む種々の遊技用構造物・装置類を備えた遊技盤８が脱着可能に装着されている。以下、本実施形態にかかる遊技盤８の構成について簡潔に説明する。

図２は、本パチンコ機１に装着された遊技盤８の表面側の要部を示す正面図である。この図に示すように、本実施形態に係る遊技盤８は、従来のものと同様、平板状のパネル部材８ａと当該パネル部材８ａ上に装着された後述する種々の遊技用構造物・装置類とから構成されている。このパネル部材８ａの表面には、パチンコ機１の発射装置（図示せず）から発射されたパチンコ球を遊技盤８上部に誘導するための誘導レール９が円形渦巻き状に装着されている。そして、この誘導レール９によって包囲された内側の領域が本遊技盤８における遊技領域である。この遊技領域の中央部には、日本古来の社の形状に装飾された大型の中央表示装置１２が組み込まれている。この中央表示装置１２の中央部分には、後述する特別図柄を表示するための液晶ディスプレイ１２ａが備えられている。さらに、液晶ディスプレイ１２ａの上方には、７セグメントＬＥＤ（図示せず）を備えた普通図柄表示部１２ｂが設けられている。而して、この中央表示装置１２の下方には、後述する大入賞口３５や第１種始動口に相当する中央下入賞口３８ａ等の入賞口を複数構成している本入賞装置１０が装着されている。なお、本入賞装置１０の詳細については後述する。

図２に示すように、中央表示装置１２の周囲には、本入賞装置１０の他、本遊技盤８におけるパチンコ遊技内容を決定する種々の遊技用構造物が配置されている。すなわち、遊技盤８上に射出された遊技球の落下速度や方向を調節するための多数の遊技釘１１や風車１４，１５とともに、液晶ディスプレイ１２ａの両側には遊技球の通過によって上記中央表示装置１２の普通図柄表示部１２ｂにおいて普通図柄変動（例えば７セグメントＬＥＤによる数字の変動）を開始させるゲート１６が設けられており、また、上記中央表示装置１２において特別図柄変動を開始するための始動口（ここでは第１種始動口）に相当する入賞口を構成する中央入賞装置１７ならびに遊技者の目を楽しませつつ本遊技盤８の美観を向上させるための装飾灯１８，１９が遊技領域の内外に複数配備されている。この他、遊技盤８の遊技領域下端部中央には、いずれの入賞口にも入賞しなかった遊技球を回収するためのアウト口２０が設けられている。以上、本遊技盤８表面の構成を説明したが、上述のように各種遊技装置類を配置した結果として、さらには遊技者の指向として、本遊技盤８における遊技領域においては、遊技球はパチンコ機１正面からみて上記中央表示装置１２の左側の領域を数多く高頻度に通行することとなり、他方、中央表示装置１２の向かって右側領域を通行する遊技球の頻度は相対的に低い。

また、図示しないが、遊技盤８の裏面側には、上記各種入賞口に対応するように複数の筒状の裏誘導路（入賞球通路）が装備されており、上記各種入賞口から遊技盤８の裏面側に誘導された入賞球をパチンコ機１本体に設けられた図示しない球送り機構に送出している。

ところで、本実施形態にかかる遊技盤８は、いわゆる第１種パチンコ遊技を実施するために構築されたものであり、上述の各種遊技装置（本入賞装置１０を含む）の動作は、パチンコ機１本体に設けられた制御装置（図示せず）によって遊技内容に応じて制御されている。以下、本遊技盤８を装備したパチンコ機１における第１種パチンコ遊技内容の概略を記す。本遊技盤８に射出された遊技球が第１種始動口を構成する上述の中央入賞装置１７若しくは本入賞装置１０の中央下入賞口３８ａに入賞した場合、上記中央表示装置１２の液晶ディスプレイ１２ａに表示される特別図柄が変動する。このとき、液晶ディスプレイ１２ａに所定の特定図柄（当たり図柄）が表示された場合には、本入賞装置１０における大入賞口３５が、所定の時間（典型的には３０秒間若しくは１０個の遊技球が入賞するまでの間）開放する（図２参照）。そして、当該大入賞口３５より入賞した遊技球が上記裏誘導路の一部（好ましくは、ベース板３０裏面側に設けられた後述の球通路の域内）に設けられた特別入賞区域（以下「Ｖゾーン」という。）を通過した場合には、大入賞口３５の開放が反復される。但し、一度に反復できる回数には上限が設けてある（典型的には最大１６回の反復継続）。なお、本入賞装置１０における中央下入賞口３８ａは、通常は後述する扉部材４０によって閉鎖されており、上記中央表示装置１２の普通図柄表示部１２ｂにおいて所定の図柄が表示された場合に限って開放するように制御されている。すなわち、遊技球が上記普通図柄作動用のゲート１６を通った場合に上記中央表示装置１２の普通図柄表示部１２ｂにおいて図柄（ここでは７セグメントＬＥＤによる数字の変動）が変動し、所定の図柄（例えば３または７）が表示された場合には本入賞装置１０の中央下入賞口３８ａが第１種始動口として所定時間（例えば１秒間）開放する。

次に、遊技盤８の下部に装着された本入賞装置１０について説明する。図３は、本入賞装置１０の外観を示す斜視図である。図１および図２に示すように、本入賞装置１０は、遊技盤８の下部において当該遊技盤８の横方向ほぼ一杯を占有するようにして装着される比較的大型の入賞装置である。而して、図３に示すように、本入賞装置１０は、後述する種々の構造物を装備した台座に相当する平板状に成形された合成樹脂若しくは金属製のベース板３０を備えている。このベース板３０の周縁部にはビス取付け用の穴５０が適当数設けてあり、本入賞装置１０を取り付けるために遊技盤８に予め設けられている開口部（図示せず）を覆うようにして当該遊技盤８表面にビス着されている（図１参照）。

このベース板３０の裏面側には、上記中央入賞装置１７より入賞した入賞球を通すための球通路５６や本入賞装置１０に設けられた後述する各種入賞口から入賞した入賞球を送り出すための種々の球通路が上述の裏誘導路の一構成部分として各種の入賞検出スイッチ（近接スイッチ等）を備えつつ形成されている。すなわち、本実施形態においては、上記球通路５６に入賞検出スイッチ（図示せず）を設けた結果、上記中央入賞装置１７に直接入賞検出スイッチを設ける必要がなく、当該入賞装置１７自体のサイズあるいは当該入賞装置１７が構成する入賞口周縁部の形状を小型化することができる。また、ベース板３０の裏面側には、後述するプレート部材３２を開閉させるための第１のソレノイド６３や扉部材４０を開閉させるための第２のソレノイド６０、さらには図示しない種々の配線基板等の電子部品がパチンコ機１本体側と電気的に接続された状態で装着されている。このことによって、本入賞装置１０においては、本入賞装置１０を取り外すだけで上記入賞検出スイッチや各種の電子部品の交換・修理が容易に行える。

以下、本発明を特徴付ける本入賞装置１０の表面構成について詳述する。このベース板３０の表面中央には、周囲が長方形枠状の大入賞口３５が形成されており、その開口部には当該大入賞口３５を塞ぎ得る長方形平板状のプレート部材３２が開閉可能に軸着されている。なお、このプレート部材３２の開閉動作は本入賞装置１０裏面側に装着されているソレノイド６３によって制御されており、当該ソレノイド６３の駆動に応じてプレート部材３２の上部が手前に開く（迫り出す）ことによって、大入賞口３５が開放されることとなる。

すなわち、図８に示すように、このプレート部材３２の下端部は、ベース板３０に開閉可能に軸着されているとともに、当該プレート部材３２裏面側のパチンコ機１正面からみて右側の軸着部分には連結片３２ａが突設されている。一方、当該連結片３２ａに近接する位置には、上記ソレノイド６３が装着されている。このソレノイド６３に装備されたプランジャ６３ａには上記連結片３２ａと係合し得る連結部６３ｂが形成されている。而して、図８に示すように、上記連結片３２ａと連結部６３ｂとを係合することによって、ソレノイド６３の駆動（即ちプランジャ６３ａの往復運動）に応じて上記プレート部材３２の開閉を行うことができる。すなわち、プランジャ６３ａおよび連結部６３ｂの上方への移動に連動して上記連結片３２ａが上方に移動することによって、上記軸着部位を回転軸として上記プレート部材３２本体は下方向に回動し大入賞口３５が開放される（図８）。なお、大入賞口３５の開放時には、上記プレート部材３２が遊技球の球受け部材となり、開放と同時に遊技盤８上に迫り出した当該プレート部材３２の裏面に当たった遊技球をそのまま大入賞口３５内に誘導する。なお、図８に示す状態からプランジャ６３ａの下方への移動に連動して上記連結片３２ａが下方に移動した際には、上記軸着部位を回転軸として上記プレート部材３２本体は上方向に回動し大入賞口３５は閉じられる。

次に、大入賞口３５の内部について簡単に説明する。図８に示すように、大入賞口３５の内部には、入賞球誘導路５３を挟んで異なる二つの放出通路５８，５９が設けられている。すなわち、本実施形態においては、パチンコ機１正面からみて左側の放出通路５８が遊技盤８裏面側に設定された上記Ｖゾーンに連なっており、他方、右側の放出通路５９は遊技盤８裏面側の裏誘導路のいわゆる一般入賞区域（所定数の賞球を払い戻すことが決定されるパチンコ球通過区域）に連通している。ここで、上記入賞球誘導路５３は、上記一般入賞区域に連通する放出通路５９に向かって傾斜しており、当該入賞球誘導路５３上に誘導された入賞球は全て当該放出通路５９に向かうこととなる。なお、本実施形態において、上記Ｖゾーンに連なる放出通路５８を大入賞口３５の左端部に設けたのは以下の理由による。すなわち、Ｖゾーンは大入賞口３５の開放の継続に係るものであるため、当該Ｖゾーンに遊技球が入賞することは本パチンコ遊技において遊技者の歓心を高めるものとして重要である。その一方で、上述のように、本遊技盤８の遊技領域においては、遊技球はパチンコ機１正面からみて上記中央表示装置１２の左側の領域を数多く高頻度に通行する。従って、Ｖゾーンへの入賞頻度を高めて大入賞口３５の開放を継続させるチャンスを増大させることを意図し、遊技球の通行が極力多い左側に上記Ｖゾーンに連なる放出通路５８を設けた。

一方、Ｖゾーンに連なる上記左側の放出通路５８の正面に相当するプレート部材３２の裏面には、１個の入賞球Ｂを停留させ得る一対のホールド片５５ａ，５５ｂからなる停留部５５が形成されている。而して、図３に示すように、プレート部材３２が開放された際には、上記一対のホールド片５５ａ，５５ｂに挟持されるようにして上記停留部５５に１個の入賞球Ｂが停留され得る。これにより、１個の入賞球Ｂが当該停留部５５に停留された後に当該停留部５５付近に入賞した入賞球は、当該停留球Ｂに阻まれるため、上記Ｖゾーンに向かう左側の放出通路５８に送出されることがない。而して、所定時間経過後にプレート部材３２が閉鎖される際には、当該プレート部材３２の回動とともに一対のホールド片５５ａ，５５ｂの開放された上部が上記左側の放出通路５８に向かって傾いてゆき、ついには当該部分から停留球Ｂが転がり落ちて当該放出通路５８に放出される。

以上のとおり、本入賞装置１０に形成された大入賞口３５においては、上記停留部５５を設けた結果、大入賞口３５の一度の開放につき１個の入賞球ＢのみをＶゾーンに導くことができる。而して、プレート部材３２開放時には、上記停留部５５に入賞球Ｂが停留しているのを外部から観察することができるため、遊技者のパチンコ遊技に対する歓心を高めることができる。

一方、大入賞口３５を挟むようにしてその左側および右側には、各々、レンズカット加工が施された半透明合成樹脂製の左装飾カバー部材３１および右装飾カバー部材４８が装着されている。而して、これら装飾カバー部材３１，４８の内側には図示しないランプおよびランプ基板が配置されている。また、図３に示すように、上記左装飾カバー部材３１および右装飾カバー部材４８の上面部には、各々、内部に入賞検知スイッチを備えた一般入賞口５７，５２が形成されており、上記ベース板３０を貫通して設けられた球通路（図示せず）を介して遊技盤８裏面側に設けられた上記裏誘導路に連通している。なお、図３に示すように、上記右装飾カバー部材４８の内側下寄りは、本入賞装置１０の内側に張り出すようにして湾曲形成されるとともに当該湾曲部分の上面部は平坦に成形されており、当該部分に当たった遊技球をそのまま本入賞装置１０の中央方向に誘導し得る球誘導路４４を形成している。而して、図３に示すように、左右二つの上記装飾カバー部材３１，４８の表面下部には、樹脂製のプレートからなる連絡部材４６が架設されている。

一方、大入賞口３５の下方中央には、上記第１種始動口に相当する中央下入賞口３８ａが形成されている。而して、この中央下入賞口３８ａは、上述の大入賞口３５と同様、その開口部には当該中央下入賞口３８ａを塞ぎ得るプレート状の扉部材４０が開閉可能に軸着されている。而して、この扉部材４０の開閉動作は本入賞装置１０裏面側に装着されている上記ソレノイド６０（図５および図６参照）によって制御されており、当該ソレノイド６０の駆動に応じて扉部材４０の上部が手前に開く（迫り出す）ことによって、中央下入賞口３８ａが開放されることとなる。
