Abstract
Description
本願は、2020年01月20日に提出された中国特許出願202020137854.5の権利を主張し、該出願の内容は引用により本願に組み込まれている。
レンズ、遮光板及び少なくとも1つの集光部を含み、前記遮光板は遮光板本体を含み、前記遮光板本体の前端の上縁にロービームカットオフライン構造が形成され、前記遮光板本体の前端面と後端面は透明であり、前記集光部は前記遮光板の後端に接続され、前記レンズは前記遮光板の前方に設けられ、少なくとも1つの前記集光部の外輪郭面が前記遮光板本体の下面に接合され、前記遮光板本体が前記集光部の出射光線を受光して、前端面から前記レンズに屈折され、次に、投射してロービームIIIゾーン光形を形成するようにするロービーム光学モジュールを提供する。
前記集光部は前記遮光板本体の後端面に対して後へ凸出した凸起構造である。

Claims (14)
- ロービーム光学モジュールであって、
レンズ(3)、遮光板及び少なくとも1つの集光部(2)を含み、前記遮光板は遮光板本体(1)を含み、前記遮光板本体(1)の前端の上縁にロービームカットオフライン構造(11)が形成され、前記遮光板本体(1)の前端面(12)と後端面(13)は透明であり、前記集光部(2)は前記遮光板の後端に接続され、前記レンズ(3)は前記遮光板の前方に設けられ、少なくとも1つの前記集光部(2)の外輪郭面が前記遮光板本体(1)の下面に接合され、前記遮光板本体(1)が前記集光部(2)の出射光線を受光して、前端面(12)から前記レンズ(3)に屈折され、次に、投射してロービームIIIゾーンパターンを形成するようにする、ことを特徴とするロービーム光学モジュール。 - 前記遮光板本体(1)の上面(14)には、増反射コーティング又は増反射膜が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記増反射コーティングはアルミめっき層である、ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記遮光板本体(1)の前端面(12)は後凹弧面である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 少なくとも1つの前記集光部(2)の下部には、前記遮光板本体(1)の下面に凸出したロービームIIIゾーン形成構造(4)が設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記遮光板本体(1)の厚さが0.5~2mmである、ことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記集光部(2)と前記遮光板は一体化部品に形成されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記集光部(2)、前記レンズ(3)及び前記遮光板は一体に設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記レンズ(3)の両側は、それぞれ接続板(31)を介して前記集光部(2)の両側に接続される、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記レンズ(3)は凸レンズ又はフレネルレンズである、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。
- 前記集光部(2)は集光カップであり、前記集光カップの外輪郭面が後端から前端に向かうにしたがって開口径が徐々に増大する曲面構造であり、又は
前記集光部(2)は前記遮光板本体(1)の後端面(13)に対して後へ凸出した凸起構造である、ことを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のロービーム光学モジュール。 - ロービーム照明モジュールであって、
請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のロービーム光学モジュール及び光源(5)を含み、各前記集光部(2)に対応して前記光源(5)が設けられる、ことを特徴とするロービーム照明モジュール。 - 請求項12に記載のロービーム照明モジュールを含む、ことを特徴とする車両用灯具。
- 請求項13に記載の車両用灯具を含む、ことを特徴とする車両。
