Abstract
Description
本出願は2017年9月5日付韓国特許出願第10−2017−0113133号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
W0(g)は、樹脂の初期重量(g)であり、
W1(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っていない空の不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した空の不織布製の封筒の重量であり、
W2(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っている不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水して吸収させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した樹脂を含む不織布製の封筒の重量である。
コア−シェル構造を有し、コアはiso−ブタンであり、シェルはアクリレートおよびアクリロニトリルの共重合体から形成されるカプセル化された発泡剤を準備した。全体カプセル化された発泡剤の重量に対してiso−ブタンは25重量%で含まれた。

ガラス反応器にアクリル酸100gを注入し、32重量%苛性ソーダ溶液123.5gを徐々に滴加して混合した。前記苛性ソーダ溶液の滴加時には中和熱によって混合溶液の温度が上昇して混合溶液が冷却されるのを待った。前記混合溶液の温度が約45℃に冷却されれば、混合溶液に過硫酸ナトリウム0.2g、Irgacure TPO(ジフェニル(2,4,6−トリメチルベンゾイル)ホスフィンオキシド)0.008g、製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤0.3g、トリエチレングリコールジアクリレート0.18g、コカミドモノエタノールアミン(Cocamide monoethanolamine)0.1gおよび水47gを添加して単量体混合物を製造した。
製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤の代わりに製造例2で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤を投入しないことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤の代わりにNaHCO3を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤の代わりにNaHCO3がポリエチレングリコールでカプセル化された発泡剤を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
製造例1で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤の代わりに製造例3で準備したカプセル化された発泡剤を使用したことを除いて、実施例1と同様な方法で高吸水性樹脂を製造した。
下記のような方法で実施例および比較例によって製造した高吸水性樹脂の特性を評価して下記表1に示した。
高吸水性樹脂の初期吸収能は、おむつが乳児の小便を吸収する環境と類似した環境で測定された。
W0(g)は、樹脂の初期重量(g)であり、
W1(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っていない空の不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した空の不織布製の封筒の重量であり、
W2(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っている不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水して吸収させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した樹脂を含む不織布製の封筒の重量である。
高吸水性樹脂の生理食塩水に対する遠心分離保水能(CRC)は、EDANA法NWSP 241.0.R2の方法によって測定された。
W0(g)は、樹脂の初期重量(g)であり、
W3(g)は、常温で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っていない空の不織布製の封筒を30分間浸水させた後、遠心分離機を使用して250Gで3分間脱水した後に測定した空の不織布製の封筒の重量であり、
W4(g)は、常温で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っている不織布製の封筒を30分間浸水して吸収させた後、遠心分離機を使用して250Gで3分間脱水した後に測定した樹脂を含む不織布製の封筒の重量である。
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも一部が中和された酸性基を有する水溶性エチレン系不飽和単量体がカプセル化された発泡剤存在下に架橋重合された架橋重合体を含むベース樹脂粉末;および前記架橋重合体が追加架橋されて、前記ベース樹脂粉末上に形成されている表面架橋層を含み、
下記式1で計算される初期吸収能が30g/g以上である高吸水性樹脂:
W0(g)は、樹脂の初期重量(g)であり、
W1(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っていない空の不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した空の不織布製の封筒の重量であり、
W2(g)は、36℃で生理食塩水に樹脂が入っている不織布製の封筒を1分間浸水して吸収させた後、重力によって1分間脱水した後に測定した樹脂を含む不織布製の封筒の重量である。 - 生理食塩水に対する遠心分離保水能(CRC)が30〜45g/gである、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記式1で計算される初期吸収能が40〜60g/gであり、生理食塩水に対する遠心分離保水能(CRC)が35〜40g/gである、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記カプセル化された発泡剤は炭化水素を含むコアと前記コアを囲んで熱可塑性樹脂から形成されるシェルを含む構造を有し、空気中での最大膨張大きさは20〜190μmである、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記カプセル化された発泡剤は、平均直径が5〜50μmである、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記カプセル化された発泡剤は、空気中膨張比率が3〜15倍である、請求項1に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記炭化水素は、n−プロパン、n−ブタン、iso−ブタン、シクロブタン、n−ペンタン、iso−ペンタン、シクロペンタン、n−ヘキサン、iso−ヘキサン、シクロヘキサン、n−ヘプタン、iso−ヘプタン、シクロヘプタン、n−オクタン、iso−オクタンおよびシクロオクタンからなる群より選択された1種以上である、請求項4に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂は、(メタ)アクリレート、(メタ)アクリロニトリル、芳香族ビニル、酢酸ビニル、ハロゲン化ビニル、およびハロゲン化ビニリデンからなる群より選択された1種以上のモノマーから形成されるポリマーである、請求項4に記載の高吸水性樹脂。
- 請求項1の高吸水性樹脂を含む衛生材。
- おむつまたは生理帯である、請求項9に記載の衛生材。
