・少なくとも1種の1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)、1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)以外の少なくとも1種の脂環式ジオール単位(B)、および少なくとも1種のテレフタル酸単位(C)を含むモノマーを反応器に導入する工程であって、モル比((A)+(B))/(C)は1.05〜1.5であり、前記モノマーは非環式脂肪族ジオールを含有しないか、または導入された全モノマーに対して5%未満のモル量の非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含む、工程と;
・反応器に触媒系を導入する工程と;
・前記モノマーを重合してポリエステルを形成する工程であって、
・オリゴマー化の第1段階であって、その間に反応媒体が265〜280℃、有利には270〜280℃の温度、例えば275℃で不活性雰囲気下において撹拌される、オリゴマー化の第1段階;
・オリゴマーの縮合の第2段階であって、その間に形成されたオリゴマーが、ポリエステルを形成するように278〜300℃、有利には280〜290℃の範囲の温度、例えば285℃で減圧下において撹拌される、オリゴマーの縮合の第2段階
からなる工程と;
・半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルを回収する工程と
を含む合成方法によって製造できる。
2011/282020A1号明細書の段落番号[0034]に記載のものなどの亜リン酸塩によって還元できる。
性熱可塑性ポリエステルの反応押出工程からなってもよい。
・ポリマーを押出機に導入して、前記ポリマーを溶融する工程;
・その後、溶融ポリマーに鎖延長剤を導入する工程;
・次に、押出機でポリマーを鎖延長剤と反応させる工程;
・次に、押出工程で得られた半結晶性ポリエステルを回収する工程
によって実施されてもよい。
溶液中の還元粘度は、溶液中の還元粘度は、導入されたポリマーの濃度が5g/Lで、ポリマーを撹拌しながら130℃で溶解した後、フェノールとオルト−ジクロロベンゼンの等質量混合物中、25℃でウベローデ毛細管粘度計を使用して評価した。
ポリエステルの熱的特性は、を、示差走査型熱量測定(DSC)で測定した。試料を最初に開放るつぼ中、窒素雰囲気下で10℃から320℃まで加熱し(10℃/分)、10℃まで冷却し(10℃/分)、最初の工程と同じ条件下で320℃まで再加熱する。ガラス転移温度は、第2の加熱の中点でとられた。任意の融点は、第1の加熱の吸熱ピーク(開始)で決定される。
1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール(純度99%、シスおよびトランス異性体の混合物)
イソソルビド(純度>99.5%)、Roquette Freres社製、Polysorb(登録商標)P
テレフタル酸(純度99+%)、Acros社製
Irganox(登録商標)1010、BASF AG社製
ジブチルスズオキシド(純度98%)、Sigma−Aldrich社製
A:重合
2種の熱可塑性ポリエステルP1およびP2を調製した。
重合工程Aで得られたポリエステルP1およびP2の顆粒を窒素下において140℃で乾燥させて、300ppm未満、特に105ppm未満の顆粒の残留水分含量に到達させる。
ポリエステルP1およびP2を用いて得られた繊維は、異なる特徴を有する。
Claims (11)
- ・少なくとも1種の1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A);
・前記1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)以外の少なくとも1種の脂環式ジオール単位(B);
・少なくとも1種のテレフタル酸単位(C)
を含む半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルであって、
(A)/[(A)+(B)]モル比は、0.05超、0.30未満であり;
前記ポリエステルが、非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含有しないか、前記ポリエステルの全モノマー単位に対して5%未満のモル量の非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含み、前記ポリエステルの溶液(25℃;フェノール(50%m):オルト−ジクロロベンゼン(50%m);ポリエステル5g/L)中の還元粘度は、50mL/gより大きい、繊維の製造のための半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルの使用。 - ・少なくとも1種の1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A);
・前記1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)以外の少なくとも1種の脂環式ジオール単位(B);
・少なくとも1種のテレフタル酸単位(C)
を含む半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルを含む繊維であって、
(A)/[(A)+(B)]モル比は、0.05超、0.30未満であり;
前記ポリエステルは、脂肪族非環式ジオール単位を含有しないか、前記ポリエステルの全モノマー単位に対して5%未満のモル量の非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含み、前記ポリエステルの溶液(25℃;フェノール(50%m):オルト−ジクロロベンゼン(50%m);ポリエステル5g/L)中の還元粘度は、50mL/gより大きい、半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルを含む繊維。 - 以下の工程:
・少なくとも1種の1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)、前記1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)以外の少なくとも1種の脂環式ジオール単位(B)、少なくとも1種のテレフタル酸単位(C)を含む半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルであって、(A)/[(A)+(B)]モル比は、0.05超、0.30未満であり、前記ポリエステルは、非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含有しないか、前記ポリエステルの全モノマー単位に対して5%未満のモル量の非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含み、前記ポリエステルの溶液(25℃;フェノール(50%m):オルト−ジクロロベンゼン(50%m);ポリエステル5g/L)中の還元粘度は、50mL/gより大きい、半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルを準備する工程、
・前記工程で得られた前記半結晶性熱可塑性ポリエステルから前記繊維を調製する工程を含む、繊維の製造方法。 - 前記調製する工程が、溶融紡糸法または湿式もしくは乾式溶液法によって行われることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- 前記脂環式ジオール(B)が、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、1,2−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、1,3−シクロヘキサンジメタノールまたは前記ジオールの混合物から選択されるジオールであり、非常に好ましくは1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノールであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用、請求項2に記載の繊維または請求項3もしくは4に記載の製造方法。
- 前記1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール(A)はイソソルビドであることを特
徴とする、請求項1もしくは5に記載の使用、請求項2もしくは5に記載の繊維または請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。 - 前記ポリエステルは非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含有しないか、前記ポリエステルの全モノマー単位に対して1%未満のモル量の非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含み、好ましくは、前記ポリエステルは非環式脂肪族ジオール単位を含有しないことを特徴とする、請求項1、5もしくは6に記載の使用、請求項2、5もしくは6に記載の繊維または請求項3〜6のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- (1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)+前記1,4:3,6−ジアンヒドロヘキシトール単位(A)以外の脂環式ジオール単位(B))/(テレフタル酸単位(C))モル比は1.05〜1.5であることを特徴とする、請求項1もしくは5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の使用、請求項2もしくは5〜7のいずれか一項に記載の繊維または請求項3〜7のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 前記繊維は、1種以上の追加のポリマーおよび/または1種以上の添加剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1もしくは5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の使用、請求項2もしくは5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の繊維または請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載の製造方法。
- 布地の製造のための、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の繊維の使用。
- 不織物の製造のための、請求項5〜9のいずれか一項に記載の繊維の使用。
