Abstract
Description
i)1つまたはそれ以上の閉じたチャンバを有する、鋼または他の任意の適切な材料のクロスメンバを設計することが可能であること。
ii)重量が削減できること。
iii)垂直オフセット衝突が起きたとき、少なくとも1つの閉じたチャンバを有するクロスメンバが適切な解決策であること。
iv)垂直オフセット衝突の場合に、Z方向の、即ち地面に向かう/地面から離れる方向の力が低減されること。
v)垂直オフセット衝突の場合にZ方向の変位が低減され、したがってオーバーライド/アンダーライドのリスクが低減されること。
vi)共通のロール成形されたプロファイルと比べて、クラッシュボックスとクロスメンバとの間のインターフェースが良好であること。
vii)クラッシュボックスとクロスメンバとの間にプレート/ブラケットを備えるロール成形された代替物と比べた場合に、インターフェースの部品の数が低減されること。
viii)全ての市場に対して主クロスメンバを使用し、局所的な要件に対して適用された、各市場に向けた独自のクロスメンバ部材/カバーを設計することが可能であること。
ix)主クロスメンバを、ロール成形または熱間成形/冷間成形できること。
Claims (9)
- バンパービーム(B)であって、
主クロスメンバ(1)と
前記主クロスメンバ(1)に固定的に取り付けられたクロスメンバ部材(2)と
を含み、ここで、
前記クロスメンバ部材(2)が、それ自体でまたは主クロスメンバ(1)の1つもしくはそれ以上の部分と共に、前記主クロスメンバ(1)の上側(11)または下側(12)に配置された、該バンパービームの断面で閉じたチャンバ(C)を形成し、前記閉じたチャンバ(C)は、前記主クロスメンバ(1)の断面方向で見て、前記主クロスメンバ(1)の前記上側(11)または前記下側(12)の一部分のみに当接しその上に延び、かつ前記主クロスメンバ(1)のほぼ全長にわたってその長手方向で延びること、および前記主クロスメンバ(1)は前記クロスメンバ部材(2)と共に、閉じた主チャンバ(M)を形成することを特徴とする前記バンパービーム。 - 前記閉じたチャンバ(C)は、前記主クロスメンバ(1)の前面(10)の近傍に配置され、後方に方向付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記クロスメンバ部材(2)は一個片で形成され、主クロスメンバ(1)の前面(10)を、水平方向および垂直方向の両方で全体的に覆うことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記クロスメンバ部材(2)は主クロスメンバ(1)に向かって方向付けられた少なくとも1つの長手方向凹部(20)を備え、前記主クロスメンバ(1)は、少なくとも1つの対応する長手方向の開いたチャネルまたは空隙(13)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記クロスメンバ部材(2)は、前記クロスメンバ部材(2)を主クロスメンバ(1)の上側(11)または下側(12)に取り付けるための一対の舌部(14、15)を含み、前記一対の舌部(14、15)は、前記クロスメンバ部材(2)の垂直面に向かって延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記閉じたチャンバ(C)は少なくとも1つの長手方向水平凹部(26)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記閉じたチャンバ(C)が前記主クロスメンバ(1)の下側(12)に配置された場合、前記少なくとも1つのクロスメンバ部材(2)の上側部分は、前記主クロスメンバ(1)の上側(11)の上方に延びる垂直方向に突出した舌部(21)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記閉じたチャンバ(C)は、断面で見て矩形の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
- 前記主クロスメンバ(1)は、ロール成形、冷間成形、または熱間成形され、前記少なくとも1つのクロスメンバ部材(2)はロール成形される、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のバンパービーム(B)。
