Abstract
Description

Claims (15)
- 第1の主面と、第2の主面と、前記第1の主面及び前記第2の主面に接合した側面と、を有する本体部を含む成形研磨粒子であって、前記本体部が、前記本体部の前記側面から内部に延びている少なくとも1つの部分的切断部を含む、成形研磨粒子。
- 前記部分的切断部が、多角形、正多角形ではない多角形、楕円形、不規則形、十字形、星形、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される二次元形状を含み、前記部分的切断部が、三角形、四角形、台形、五角形、六角形、七角形、八角形、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される二次元形状を含む、請求項1に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記本体部が、長さ(Lpc)及び幅(Wpc)を有する少なくとも1つの部分的切断部を含み、前記部分的切断部の前記長さ(Lpc)が前記部分的切断部の前記幅(Wpc)と異なるか、または前記長さが前記幅よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記部分的切断部が、前記本体部の全高さにわたり延びているが、前記本体部の全幅及び/または全長のうちの小部分のみに延びている、請求項1に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記部分的切断部が、前記側面に対し実質的に垂直に延びている長軸線を画定している長さ(Lpc)を含む、請求項1に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 第1の主面と、第2の主面と、前記第1の主面及び前記第2の主面に接合した側面と、を有する本体部を含む成形研磨粒子であって、前記側面と前記第1の主面との接合部によって画定されている少なくとも1つの縁部が、湾曲輪郭を有する凹部を含む、成形研磨粒子。
- 前記凹部が、第1の隅部及び第2の隅部において一緒に接合する、湾曲輪郭を有する2つの縁部を含む、請求項6に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記凹部が、長軸線を画定している長さを含み、前記凹部の前記長軸線は、前記少なくとも1つの縁部と実質的に平行である、請求項7に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記凹部が、前記少なくとも1つの縁部において凹輪郭を画定している、請求項7に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 第1の主面と、第2の主面と、前記第1の主面及び前記第2の主面に接合した側面と、を有する本体部を含む成形研磨粒子であって、前記本体部が、第1の外隅部、第2の外隅部、及び第3の外隅部を含み、前記第1の外隅部、前記第2の外隅部、及び前記第3の外隅部のうちの少なくとも1つが不連続段状凹部を含む、成形研磨粒子。
- 少なくとも1つの前記不連続段状凹部が、第1の深さ(D1)を有する第1の凹部と、前記第1の凹部を囲んでいて第2の深さ(D2)を有する第2の凹部と、を含み、D1及びD2は互いと比べて異なる、請求項10に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記第1の凹部が、二次元湾曲輪郭を含む、請求項11に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記第1の凹部が、前記第2の凹部に完全に包囲されている、項目11に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記本体部が、砥石物品、研磨布紙物品、及びそれらの組合せからなる群から選択される固定研磨材の一部分として基材に連結している、請求項1、6、及び10のいずれか1項に記載の成形研磨粒子。
- 前記本体部の少なくとも1つの側面が、部分的に凹んだ形状を有する、請求項1、6、及び10のいずれか1項に記載の成形研磨粒子。
