Abstract
Description
図1は、一実施形態に係る粘着クリーナーにおける粘着テープロールを示す斜視図であり、図2はそのII−II線断面図である。この粘着テープロール10は、テープ状(長尺帯状)の基材20の第一面20Aに粘着面35が形成された粘着テープ12を、その粘着面35が外側(ロールの外周側)を向くようにして、巻芯14の周囲にロール状に巻回してなる。巻芯14としては、コスト、廃棄処分の容易性、クッション性等の観点から、紙製(典型的にはボール紙製)のものを好ましく用いることができる。あるいは、他の材質(例えば合成樹脂)からなる巻芯であってもよい。また、巻芯14を使わずに粘着テープ12のみをロール状に巻回してなる、いわゆるコアレスタイプの粘着テープロールであってもよい。すなわち、本発明において、巻芯14はあくまでも任意的な構成要素である。
なお、粘着クリーナーを構成する治具の形態は、図3に示すものに限定されず、目的および用途に応じて種々の治具を適用することができる。また、この明細書により提供される粘着クリーナーは、図3に示すように治具と粘着テープロールとを含む形態に限定されず、粘着テープロールをそのまま粘着クリーナーとして用いるものであってもよい。すなわち、ここに開示される粘着テープロールは粘着クリーナーとしても把握され得る。また、この明細書により提供される粘着クリーナーの概念には、必要に応じて適当な治具に交換可能または使い切りの形態で取り付けて粘着クリーナーを構成する粘着テープロール(詰め替え用粘着クリーナー)が含まれる。
ここに開示される粘着テープロールは、典型的には、0℃における巻戻し力F0が30℃における巻戻し力F30の10倍以下となるように構成されている。すなわち、F0/F30により算出される巻戻し力比(以下、単に巻戻し力比ともいう。)が10以下である。巻戻し力比が所定以下に制限されていることは、巻戻し力の温度依存性が抑制されていることを意味する。このことによって、低温でも粘着面を更新する際の作業性がよく、かつ室温でも巻きほどけが抑制された粘着テープロールを好適に実現することができる。

測定対象の粘着テープロールを引張試験機にセットし、測定温度X℃において、粘着テープの巻回外周端を引張試験機のチャックに装着して1000mm/分の速度(巻戻し速度)で引っ張ることにより、上記粘着テープロールを接線方向に巻き戻す。このとき観測される引張強度を必要に応じて粘着面の幅あたりの値に換算することにより、X℃における巻戻し力FXを求めることができる。例えば、上記引張強度を粘着面の幅150mmあたりの値に換算することにより、N/150mmの単位で表わされる巻戻し力FXを求めることができる。測定対象における粘着面の幅が150mmである場合は、換算なしの測定値をN/150mmの単位で表わされる巻戻し力FXとすることができる。後述の実施例についても同様の方法が採用される。測定温度を0℃および30℃とすることにより、巻戻し力F0およびF30をそれぞれ測定することができる。巻戻し力の測定は、測定対象の粘着テープロールを測定温度に1時間以上保持して同温度に馴染ませた後に行うことが望ましい。
粘着テープロールの基材としては、各種の樹脂フィルム、紙、布、ゴムシート、発泡体シート、金属箔、これらの複合体等を用いることができる。樹脂フィルムの材料としては、ポリオレフィン(ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリプロピレン(PP)、エチレン−プロピレン共重合体等)、ポリエステル(ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)等)、塩化ビニル樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂、ポリイミド樹脂、ポリアミド樹脂、フッ素樹脂、熱可塑性エラストマー(TPE)(例えば、オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー)、アクリル樹脂等が例示される。アクリル樹脂としては、アクリロイル基を有するモノマーを多く(典型的には、重量基準で、メタクリロイル基を有するモノマーよりも多く)用いて合成されたもの、メタクリロイル基を有するモノマーを多く(典型的には、重量基準でアクリロイル基を有するモノマーよりも多く)用いて合成されたもののいずれも使用可能である。なお、ここでいうアクリル樹脂の概念には、一般にアクリルゴムと称されるものが包含され得る。紙の例としては、和紙、クラフト紙、グラシン紙、上質紙、合成紙、トップコート紙等が挙げられる。布の例としては、各種繊維状物質の単独または混紡等による織布や不織布等が挙げられる。上記繊維状物質としては、綿、スフ、マニラ麻、パルプ、レーヨン、アセテート繊維、ポリエステル繊維、ポリビニルアルコール繊維、ポリアミド繊維、ポリオレフィン繊維等が例示される。ゴムシートの例としては、天然ゴムシート、ブチルゴムシート等が挙げられる。発泡体シートの例としては、発泡ポリオレフィンシート(PE製発泡体シート、PP製発泡体シート等)、発泡ポリウレタンシート、発泡ポリクロロプレンゴムシート等の樹脂発泡体シートが挙げられる。金属箔の例としては、アルミニウム箔、銅箔等が挙げられる。なお、この明細書において「樹脂フィルム」とは、典型的には非多孔質のフィルムであって、発泡体シートとは異なり、いわゆる不織布や織布とも区別される概念である。基材の構成材料には、必要に応じて、充填剤(無機充填剤、有機充填剤など)、老化防止剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、帯電防止剤、滑剤、可塑剤、着色剤(顔料、染料など)等の各種添加剤が配合されていてもよい。
第一層を構成する粘着剤としては、例えばアクリル系粘着剤、ゴム系粘着剤、ポリエステル系粘着剤、ウレタン系粘着剤、ポリエーテル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤等を用いることができる。ここで、ゴム系粘着剤とは、ベースポリマーとしてゴム系ポリマーを含む粘着剤をいう。他の粘着剤についても同様である。
なお、本明細書においてベースポリマーとは、ポリマー成分のなかの主成分(最も配合割合の高い成分)を指す。ここに開示される粘着剤に含まれるポリマー成分において、ベースポリマーの配合割合は、固形分基準で、典型的には凡そ50重量%以上であり、通常は凡そ70重量%以上が適当であり、凡そ90重量%以上であってもよい。上記ベースポリマーの配合割合は、上限が100重量%であり、例えば凡そ99重量%以下であってもよい。粘着性能やコストの観点から、ゴム系粘着剤またはアクリル系粘着剤を好ましく採用し得る。
この実施形態において、第二層を構成する粘弾性材料としては、アクリル系粘弾性材料を用いることができる。ここでアクリル系粘弾性材料とは、アクリルポリマーをベースポリマーとする粘弾性材料、すなわち該粘弾性材料に含まれるポリマー成分のうち最も配合割合の高い成分がアクリル系ポリマーである粘弾性材料をいう。ここに開示される粘弾性材料に含まれるポリマー成分において、ベースポリマーの配合割合は、固形分基準で、典型的には凡そ50重量%以上であり、通常は凡そ70重量%以上が適当であり、凡そ90重量%以上であってもよい。ベースポリマーの配合割合は、上限が100重量%であり、例えば凡そ99重量%以下であってもよい。
好ましい一態様に係るアクリル系ポリマーは、アルキル基を有するアルキル(メタ)アクリレートを主モノマーとして含むモノマー原料から合成されたアクリル系ランダム共重合体を含む。アルキル(メタ)アクリレートとしては、例えば、下記一般式(1)で表される化合物を好ましく使用することができる。

ここで、上記式(1)中のR1は水素原子またはメチル基である。また、R2は炭素原子数1〜20の鎖状アルキル基(以下、このような炭素原子数の範囲を「C1−20」と表すことがある。)である。アクリル系粘弾性材料の貯蔵弾性率等の観点から、R2がC1−12(例えばC2−10、典型的にはC4−8)の鎖状アルキル基であるアルキル(メタ)アクリレートが好ましい。これらのアルキル(メタ)アクリレートは、1種を単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。好ましいアルキル(メタ)アクリレートとして、n−ブチル(メタ)アクリレートおよび2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、イソオクチル(メタ)アクリレート、イソノニル(メタ)アクリレート、ラウリル(メタ)アクリレート等が挙げられる。なかでも、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)および2−エチルヘキシルアクリレート(2EHA)の一方または両方を用いることが好ましい。
好ましい他の一態様に係るアクリル系ポリマーは、アクリル系ブロック共重合体である。上記アクリル系ブロック共重合体は、典型的には、少なくとも1つのハードセグメントA(以下「Aブロック」ともいう。)と少なくとも1つのソフトセグメントB(以下「Bブロック」ともいう。)と1分子中に有する。上記ハードセグメントAとは、アクリル系ブロック共重合体の構造のうち、該アクリル系共重合体におけるソフトセグメントBとの関係で、相対的に硬いブロックを指す。また、上記ソフトセグメントBとは、上記アクリル系ブロック共重合体の構造のうち、上記ハードセグメントAとの関係で、相対的に柔らかいブロックを指す。
Acブロックを構成するモノマー単位がBAと2EHAの両方を含む態様において、BAと2EHAとの重量比は特に限定されない。上記モノマー単位におけるBA/2EHAの重量比は、例えば10/90〜90/10、好ましくは80/20〜20/80、より好ましくは30/70〜70/30であり、60/40〜40/60であってもよい。

ここに開示される技術において、第二層を構成する粘弾性材料は、粘度調整(例えば溶融粘度の低下)、粘着テープロールにおける粘着特性の制御(例えば粘着力の低減)、使用感(例えば、清掃対象面上を転動させる際の手応え)の改善等の目的で、任意成分としてオリゴマーを含有してもよい。かかるオリゴマーのMwは、特に限定されないが、典型的には凡そ30000以下である。一態様において、オリゴマーのMwは、凡そ20000以下であってよく、凡そ10000以下(例えば凡そ5000以下)であってもよい。また、オリゴマーのMwは、凡そ300以上であってよく、凡そ500以上(例えば凡そ800以上)であってもよい。
ここに開示される技術において、第二層を構成する粘弾性材料は、フィラーを含んでいてもよい。第二層にフィラーを含有させることにより、巻戻し力の温度依存性の低減、粘着力の抑制、投錨性の向上、粘着テープの手切れ性の向上等の効果が実現され得る。
第二層を構成する粘弾性材料には、必要に応じて粘着付与剤を含ませることができる。粘着付与剤は、粘着力の調節の他、粘弾性材料の熱可塑性の向上(例えば溶融粘度の低下)等に役立ち得る。粘着付与剤としては、粘着剤(例えばアクリル系粘着剤)の分野において公知の粘着付与樹脂等を用いることができる。例えば、炭化水素系粘着付与樹脂、テルペン系粘着付与樹脂、ロジン系粘着付与樹脂、フェノール系粘着付与樹脂、エポキシ系粘着付与樹脂、ポリアミド系粘着付与樹脂、エラストマー系粘着付与樹脂、ケトン系粘着付与樹脂等が挙げられる。これらは1種を単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。なお、第一層を構成する粘着剤も同様に粘着付与剤を含む組成であり得る。
第二層を構成する粘弾性材料には、必要に応じて可塑剤を含有させることができる。可塑剤は、溶融粘度の低下、粘着力の抑制、低温特性の向上等に役立ち得る。可塑剤の例としては、フタル酸ジオクチル、フタル酸ジイソノニル、フタル酸ジイソデシル、フタル酸ジブチル等のフタル酸エステル;アジピン酸ジオクチル、アジピン酸ジイソノニル等のアジピン酸エステル;トリメリット酸トリオクチル等のトリメリット酸エステル;セバシン酸エステル;エポキシ化大豆油、エポキシ化亜麻仁油等のエポキシ化植物油;エポキシ化脂肪酸オクチルエステル等のエポキシ化脂肪酸アルキルエステル;ソルビタンモノラウレート、ソルビタンモノステアレート、ソルビタンモノオレエート、ソルビタントリオレエート、それらのエチレンオキサイド付加物等の環状脂肪酸エステルおよびその誘導体;等が挙げられる。また、プロセスオイル等の軟化剤も可塑剤に包含される。これらは1種を単独でまたは2種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。なお、第一層を構成する粘着剤も同様に可塑剤を含む組成であり得る。
第二層を構成する粘弾性材料は、必要に応じて架橋されていてもよい。架橋には、ステアリン酸亜鉛、ステアリン酸バリウム等の有機金属塩、エポキシ系架橋剤、イソシアネート系架橋剤、オキサゾリン系架橋剤、アジリジン系架橋剤、金属キレート系架橋剤、メラミン系架橋剤等の、公知の架橋剤を使用することができる。架橋剤は、1種を単独でまたは2種類以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。架橋剤の使用量は特に限定されない。一態様において、ベースポリマー100重量部に対する架橋剤の使用量は、凡そ0.01重量部以上(典型的には凡そ0.02重量部以上、例えば凡そ0.05重量部以上)以下とすることができ、また、凡そ10重量部以下(例えば凡そ5重量部以下)とすることができる。上記粘弾性材料は、また、特段の架橋手段を適用することなく、非架橋の第二層を構成していてもよい。このことは簡便性等の観点から好ましい。
その他、ここに開示される技術における第二層には、老化防止剤、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、光安定剤、帯電防止剤、染料等、アクリル系粘弾性材料(例えばアクリル系粘着剤)の分野において公知の各種添加成分を必要に応じて配合することができる。これら必須成分ではない添加成分の種類や配合量は、この種の材料における通常の種類および配合量と同様とすればよい。
第二層を構成する粘弾性材料の破断時伸びは、好ましくは凡そ2000%以下、より好ましくは凡そ1000%以下(例えば凡そ500%以下)であり得る。破断時伸びが小さくなると、粘着テープの手切れ性が向上する傾向にある。また、第二層の柔軟性や耐久性の観点から、上記破断時伸びは、通常、凡そ30%以上が適当であり、凡そ50%以上(例えば凡そ100%以上)であることが好ましい。
上記粘弾性材料の破断時伸びは、JIS K 7311:1995に記載の「伸び」の測定方法に準拠して測定される。より具体的には、3号形ダンベル状の試験片(厚さ1mm、幅5mm、標線間隔10mm)を用いて、引張速度300mm/分の条件で上記破断時伸びを測定することができる。引張試験機としては、島津製作所社製の製品名「Autograph AG−10G型引張試験機」を使用することができる。試験に際しては、粘着面にパウダーをまぶして、粘着剤のべたつきによる影響を除去しておくことが好ましい。後述の実施例についても同様の方法が採用される。破断時伸びは、例えば、第二層を構成する粘弾性材料の組成(該粘弾性材料に含まれる成分の種類の選択や量の設定等)により調整することができる。
第二層を構成する粘弾性材料の破断強度は、特に限定されないが、通常は凡そ50N/10mm以下であることが適当であり、凡そ20N/10mm以下(例えば凡そ10N/10mm以下)であってもよい。破断強度が小さくなると、粘着テープの手切れ性は向上する傾向にある。また、第二層の耐久性等の観点から、上記破断強度は、通常、凡そ1N/10mm以上であることが適当であり、凡そ2N/10mm(例えば凡そ3N/10mm)であってもよい。
上記粘弾性材料の破断強度は、JIS K 7311:1995に記載の「引張強さ」の測定方法に準拠して測定され、測定対象である粘弾性材料の幅10mm当たりの値[N/10mm]として求められる。より具体的には、3号形ダンベル状の試験片(厚さ1mm、幅5mm、標線間隔10mm)を用いて、引張速度300mm/分の条件で上記破断強度を測定することができる。引張試験機その他については、基本的に上述の破断時伸びの場合と同様である。後述の実施例についても同様の方法が採用される。上記破断強度は、例えば、第二層を構成する粘弾性材料の組成(該粘弾性材料に含まれる成分の種類の選択や量の設定等)により調整することができる。
ここに開示される技術は、粘着テープの幅方向に沿う断面における第二層の断面積A[mm2]と、上記第二層におけるエラストマー成分の重量分率R[%]との積(すなわちA×Rの値。以下「AR値」ともいう。)が凡そ2.5以下である態様で好ましく実施され得る。このように構成することにより、粘着テープの手切れ性が向上し得る。例えば、粘着テープを切り取る際における第二層の糸引きを抑制し得る。上記糸引きは、典型的には、粘着テープの切取り予定箇所を跨いで延びる第二層を有する構成において、該粘着テープを切り取る際に、基材を分断しても上記第二層は分断されず、分断された基材の一方と他方との間で第二層が引き伸ばされることで発生する。かかる糸引きが顕著であると、切取り作業性が低下し、見栄えもよくないという不都合がある。また、新しい粘着面(切取り後の粘着テープロール表面に露出する粘着面)を構成する第二層が引き伸ばされることにより該粘着面の表面形状が乱れることもあり得る。AR値を制限することにより、上記第二層の糸引きが改善され得る。
ここに開示される粘着テープロールは、回転抵抗値が凡そ3N/150mm以上(例えば凡そ4N/150mm以上)であることが好ましく、また、上記回転抵抗値が凡そ12N/150mm以下(例えば凡そ15N/150mm以下)であることが好ましい。この程度の回転抵抗値を示す粘着テープロールは、良好な使用感が得られやすいので好ましい。例えば、清掃対象面上を転がす際に適度な手応えを与えることで、使用者が清掃効果を実感しやすくなる。また、回転抵抗値が高すぎないことにより、使用者の負担が軽減され、レール引きの発生も起こりにくくなる。回転抵抗値は、後述する実施例に記載の方法により測定することができる。より多様な清掃対象面(例えば、カーペット、ワックス加工されたフローリング面、ワックス加工なしのフローリング面等)に対して上記回転抵抗値を満たす粘着テープロールが好ましい。
図5は、本発明の他の実施形態において粘着テープロールを構成する粘着テープを模式的に示す断面図である。この粘着テープ112は、基材120と、その第一面120A上に直接設けられた第一層131と、第一層131とは重複せずに第一面120A上に直接設けられた第二層132とを有する。第一層131は、上述した第一実施形態の第一層と同様の粘着剤(例えばゴム系粘着剤)により構成され得る。第二層132は、第一実施形態の第二層と同様の粘弾性材料(典型的にはアクリル系粘弾性材料、例えばアクリル系粘着剤)により構成され得る。
また、上記隙間Gを有することにより、粘着面135の表面積が大きくなり、異物を捕捉する性能や捕捉した異物を保持する性能が向上し得る。隙間Gの幅は、例えば0.01mm以上とすることができ、0.05mm以上としてもよく、0.1mm以上としてもよい。また、隙間Gの幅は、例えば5mm以下とすることができ、1mm以下としてもよく、0.5mm以下としてもよい。
ここに開示される技術のいくつかの態様において、粘着テープロールを構成する粘着テープには、該粘着テープの粘着性が抑制されたレール引き防止部が設けられていてもよい。上記レール引き防止部は、粘着テープの巻回外周端からその内周側近傍の領域に配置することが効果的である。一態様において、粘着テープの巻回外周端からその内周側1/4周(好ましくは1/6周、より好ましくは1/8周)の範囲内にレール引き防止部を配置することができる。粘着テープロールのレール引き現象は、粘着テープの巻回外周端を起点として発生する。そこで、この巻回外周端付近において粘着テープの粘着性を抑制することにより、清掃対象面に対する粘着力と粘着テープ背面に対する粘着力(巻戻し力に関連し得る。)との関係を局所的に調節し、レール引きの発生を効果的に防止することができる。粘着テープロールを構成する粘着テープに切断予定箇所(例えば、図1に示す切れ目24)が設定されている場合、レール引き防止部は、各切断予定箇所(すなわち、該切断予定箇所で粘着テープを切断することによって巻回外周端となり得る箇所)からその内周側1/4周の範囲内にも配置され得る。ここに開示される技術によると、このように各切断予定箇所の内周側にレール引き防止部が設けられた構成においても、粘着テープロールの巻きほどけを効果的に防止することができる。
ここに開示される技術は、粘着テープロールにおいて発泡体シートを含む基材を用いる形態でも好適に実施され得る。基材またはその構成要素として発泡体シートを用いることにより、粘着テープおよび該粘着テープを巻回してなる粘着テープロールに良好なクッション性を付与することができる。発泡体シートを構成する材料の具体例としては、PE製発泡体、PP製発泡体等のポリオレフィン系樹脂発泡体;PET製発泡体、ポリエチレンナフタレート製発泡体、ポリブチレンテレフタレート製発泡体等のポリエステル系樹脂製発泡体;ポリ塩化ビニル製発泡体等のポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂製発泡体;酢酸ビニル系樹脂製発泡体;ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂製発泡体;ポリアミド(ナイロン)樹脂製発泡体、全芳香族ポリアミド(アラミド)樹脂製発泡体等のアミド系樹脂製発泡体;ポリイミド系樹脂製発泡体;ポリエーテルエーテルケトン(PEEK)製発泡体;ポリスチレン製発泡体等のスチレン系樹脂製発泡体;ポリウレタン樹脂製発泡体等のウレタン系樹脂製発泡体;等が挙げられる。また発泡体として、ポリクロロプレンゴム製発泡体等のゴム系樹脂製発泡体を用いてもよい。発泡体としては、独立気泡型の発泡体が好ましい。

上記粘着テープは、上記基材の第一面に、粘着剤により構成された第一層と、粘弾性材料により構成された第二層とを備え、
上記第二領域は、上記粘着テープの長手方向に延びる線状に形成されており、
上記粘着テープの幅方向に沿う断面における上記第二層の断面積A[μm2]と、上記第二層におけるエラストマー成分の重量分率R[%]との積(AR値)が2.5以下である、粘着クリーナー。
(例1)
以下のようにして、ゴム系粘着剤により構成された第一層とアクリル系粘弾性材料により構成された第二層とを基材の第一面に有する粘着テープロールを作製した。
上記構成の粘着テープを、粘着面が外側となるように巻き取って、本例に係る粘着テープロールを得た。
例1において、第二層形成用のアクリル系粘弾性材料に代えて、ベースポリマーとしてのCEBC100部と、粘着付与樹脂50部と、プロセスオイル100部と、青色顔料2.4部とからなるCEBC系粘弾性材料(粘着剤)を使用した。CEBCとしては、JSR株式会社の製品名「ダイナロン6200P」を使用した。粘着付与樹脂としては、ヤスハラケミカル株式会社の製品名「クリアロンP−105」を使用した。プロセスオイルとしては、出光興産株式会社の製品名「ダイアナプロセスオイルPW−90」を使用した。その他の点については例1と同様にして、本例に係る粘着テープロールを得た。上記CEBC系粘弾性材料におけるエラストマー成分の重量分率R[%]は99%である。
(巻戻し力測定)
各例に係る粘着テープロールについて、0℃、20℃および30℃における巻戻し力をそれぞれ測定した。測定は各測定温度につき5回行った(すなわちn=5)。また、0℃における巻戻し力F0および30℃における巻戻し力F30から巻戻し力比(F0/F30)を算出した。結果を表1に示す。
各例に係る粘着テープロールを0℃の環境下に1時間以上保存した後、試験者が粘着テープの先端(巻回外周端)を手で掴んで約1000mm/分の速度で接線方向に引き出した。各例につき5回の試験(上記引き出し操作)を行い、このときの作業性から、以下の2段階で巻戻し作業性を評価した。評価結果を表1に示す。
E:粘着テープの破れや裂けは発生しなかった(巻戻し作業性に優れる)
P:粘着テープの破れまたは裂けが少なくとも1回発生した(巻戻し作業性に乏しい)
各例に係る粘着テープロールを、巻回軸が鉛直方向となるように水平な試験台の上に立てて載置し、23℃、50%RHの条件で2時間保管した。その後、上記試験台上に立てて載置された粘着テープロールの上端側において、粘着テープの巻回外周端側がその内周の粘着テープロールから剥がれて(開いて)いるか否かを目視で観察し、以下の2段階で巻きほどけ防止性を評価した。評価結果を表1に示す。
E:粘着テープの剥がれが認められないか、粘着テープが剥がれた部分の長さが巻回外周端から1cm以内であった(巻きほどけ防止性に優れる)
P:粘着テープの巻回外周端から5cm以上の長さに亘って粘着テープの剥がれが発生した(巻きほどけ防止性に乏しい)
カーペット(サンホリデー社のアクリル系カーペット、製品名HD1、パイル長さ6mm(ループ形状))、ワックス加工されたフローリング材(ダイケン社、ミラージFシリーズ)、ワックス加工されていないフローリング材(ダイケン社、LVAT−MW)の3種類の清掃対象面について、各例に係る粘着テープロールの回転抵抗値を測定した。
具体的には、図3,4に示す概略形状を有する治具50の回転部52に、上記条件で保存した後の粘着テープロール10を取り付けた。そして、23℃、50%RHの測定環境下にて、試験者が治具50のグリップ54を軽く持ち、治具50のシャフトと清掃対象面56とのなす角度θが55°となるようにして、約30m/分の速度で清掃対象面56上を転がした。このときグリップ54にかかる力(回転抵抗値)を、デジタルフォースゲージで測定した。
各例において第二層の形成に使用した粘弾性材料について、該粘弾性材料の破断強度および破断時伸びを測定した。測定用の試験片は、加熱溶融状態の各粘弾性材料を剥離ライナー上で冷却して厚さ1mmのシート状に成形し、これを打ち抜いて作製した。結果を表3に示す。
各例に係る粘着テープについて、該粘着テープを切り取る際における第二層の糸引きの程度を評価した。具体的には、各例に係る粘着テープの幅方向の一端から鋏を入れて該幅方向に延びる約2cmの長さの切れ目を作製し、この切れ目の両側の粘着テープを手で掴んでほぼ長手方向(第二層が延びる方向)に引き離すように引っ張ることにより、粘着テープの一部を残部から破り取った。このとき、粘着テープが破断する際に第二層の糸引きが生じたかどうかを目視で観察し、顕著な糸引きが認められた場合には糸引き防止性「P」(糸引き防止性に乏しい)、目立った糸引きが認められなかった場合には糸引き防止性「E」(糸引き防止性に優れる)と評価した。結果を表3に示す。表3には、各例に係る粘着テープについて、第二層の断面積Aと、該第二層を構成する粘弾性材料におけるエラストマー成分の重量分率Rを併せて示している。

Claims (10)
- 基材の第一面に粘着面を有する粘着テープを含む粘着クリーナーであって、
前記粘着テープは、前記粘着面を外側に向けて巻回された粘着テープロールを構成しており、
前記粘着テープは、前記基材の第一面に、粘着剤により構成された第一層と、粘弾性材料により構成された第二層とを備え、
前記第二層を構成する粘弾性材料はアクリル系粘弾性材料であり、
前記粘着面は、前記第一層が露出する第一領域と、前記第二層が露出する第二領域とを含み、前記第二領域は前記第一領域よりも前記粘着テープロールの外側に突出しており、
前記粘着テープロールは、0℃における巻戻し力F0が30℃における巻戻し力F30の10倍以下である、粘着クリーナー。 - 前記第二領域は、前記粘着テープの幅方向に間隔をあけて複数形成されている、請求項1に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記第二領域は、前記粘着テープの長手方向に延びる線状に形成されている、請求項1または2に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記粘着テープの幅方向に沿う断面における前記第二層の断面積A[mm2]と、前記第二層におけるエラストマー成分の重量分率R[%]との積が2.5以下である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記第二層は、前記粘着テープの長手方向に延びる線状に、前記粘着テープの幅方向に間隔をあけて複数配置されている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記第二層は、アクリル系ブロック共重合体をベースポリマーとして含む、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記第二層はフィラーを含む、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記第一層はゴム系粘着剤層である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記粘着テープは、該粘着テープの長手方向と交差する方向に延びる切れ目を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
- 前記粘着テープには、巻回外周端からその内周側1/4周の範囲内に、該粘着テープの粘着性が抑制されたレール引き防止部が設けられている、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の粘着クリーナー。
