前記金属ストリップ(200)を通過させ、このときにコーティングすべき前記金属ストリップ(200)の表面に前記コーティング材料が付着する、液状の前記コーティング材料で充填可能である、コレクトロール(160)を有するコーティング容器(110)と、
前記金属ストリップ(200)を通過させ、かつ前記金属ストリップの表面からまだ液状の前記コーティング材料(300)の過剰な部分を吹き払うためのスリット(122)を備えた、前記金属ストリップの搬送方向(R)で前記コーティング容器(110)に後置されたブロー装置(120)と、
前記コーティング容器(110)を出た後に前記金属ストリップ(200)の実際の反りを検出するための反りセンサ(154)と、
前記実際の反りの大きさが、許容可能な設定された反り閾値を上回る場合に、前記コレクトロール(160)を前記金属ストリップ(200)に対して当て付けるための制御装置(190)と、
を備える装置において、
前記金属ストリップの前記搬送方向に対して直交する平面内で移動装置(130)を用いて前記ブロー装置(120)を移動させることによって、前記ブロー装置(120)の前記スリット(122)内における設定された目標中間位置へと前記金属ストリップ(200)の現在位置を調節するための調節装置(180)と、
前記コレクトロール(160)の当付け位置および該当付け位置の変化を検出するためのコレクトロール検出装置(165)と、
を備え、
前記コレクトロール(160)の前記当付け位置を考慮しながら前記ブロー装置(120)の前記移動が行われることを特徴とする、コーティング材料(300)で金属ストリップ(200)をコーティングする装置(100)。 - 前記金属ストリップに対して前記コレクトロールを当て付けることに基づく、前記ブロー装置(120)の前記スリット(122)の通過時の、前記目標中間位置(128)に対する前記金属ストリップ(200)の前記実際位置のずれを検出するための位置センサ(152)が設けられており、
検出された前記ずれに応じて前記ブロー装置(120)の前記移動が行われる、請求項4記載の装置。 - 前記コーティング容器(110)および前記ブロー装置(120)を出た後に前記金属ストリップ(200)を安定化させるための、前記ブロー装置の上方に配置された電磁的な安定化装置(140)が設けられている、請求項4または5記載の装置。
