Claims (3)
- それぞれピストンが組み込まれる複数の気筒が形成されたシリンダブロックに装着され、排気系を流れる排気ガスの一部を吸気系に環流させる排気ガス環流装置であって、
吸気ポートに連通する吸気流路が形成された複数の吸気ブランチを有し、前記シリンダブロックに配置される吸気マニホールドと、
排気ガスを外部に案内する排気マニホールドに接続される環流配管と、
前記吸気流路に導入孔を介して連通する環流流路が設けられた複数の環流ブランチを備え、前記環流配管に接続される環流マニホールドと、
前記導入孔の環流流路側の内径を、吸気流路側の内径よりも大径とした、排気ガス環流装置。 - 請求項1記載の排気ガス環流装置において、前記導入孔は、湾曲面、テーパ面、または前記吸気流路側のストレート面と前記環流流路側のテーパ面とからなる段付きテーパ面である、排気ガス環流装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の排気ガス環流装置において、前記吸気マニホールドは前記シリンダブロックの上側に配置され、前記環流マニホールドを前記吸気マニホールドと前記シリンダブロックとの間に配置した、排気ガス環流装置。
