Abstract
【解決手段】内視鏡の先端部の処置具導出部に設けられる起立台50は、回転軸に対して遠位端側の幅広本体部73が近位端側の幅狭本体部74よりも幅広に形成される。幅広本体部73は起立台50を最も起立させた状態では起立台収容空間の上側の開口部45Aから突出する。幅広本体部73は、起立台50が倒伏している際には処置具が側方の隙間に脱落することを防止する。一方、起立台50を洗浄ブラシで洗浄する際には起立台を起立させることで起立台50の側面も容易に洗浄することができる。

Claims (9)
- 先端と基端とを有する挿入部と、
前記挿入部の基端に設けられた操作部と、
前記挿入部の先端に設けられた先端部本体と、
前記先端部本体に設けられ、前記先端部本体の側面に開口部を有する起立台収容溝と、
前記挿入部内に設けられ、前記起立台収容溝に連通する処置具挿通チャンネルと、
前記起立台収容溝内に前記挿入部の長手軸に直交する方向の成分を含む方向の回転軸の周りに回動自在に設けられ、前記処置具挿通チャンネルから導出された処置具を案内する処置具起立台と、
を備え、
前記処置具起立台は、近位端部と、前記回転軸から回転軸径方向の距離が前記近位端部までの距離よりも離れた遠位端部と、前記近位端部と前記遠位端部との間に設けられた処置具案内面と、前記処置具案内面に隣接し前記回転軸の軸方向の成分を含む方向を法線方向とする起立台側面と、を有し、
前記起立台収容溝は、前記起立台側面と隙間部を介して対向する起立台収容溝側面を有し、
前記処置具起立台が倒伏した状態において、前記隙間部は、前記起立台側面のうち前記遠位端部側に位置する遠位端部側側面と前記起立台収容溝側面との間に形成された幅狭隙間部と、前記起立台側面のうち前記遠位端部側側面よりも前記近位端部側の近位端部側側面と前記起立台収容溝側面との間に形成され前記幅狭隙間部の前記軸方向の幅よりも大きい幅で形成された幅広隙間部と、を有し、
前記処置具起立台が起立した状態において、前記遠位端部側側面は前記起立台収容溝の前記開口部から外側に突出する面である、
内視鏡。 - 前記処置具起立台は、前記遠位端部側に設けられ前記処置具起立台が起立したときに前記起立台収容溝の前記開口部から外側に突出する幅広本体部と、前記幅広本体部よりも前記近位端部側に設けられ前記幅広本体部の前記軸方向の幅よりも小さい幅で形成された幅狭本体部と、を有する、
請求項1に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記幅広本体部の前記軸方向に平行な断面の形状は丸みをおびた形状である、
請求項2に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記幅広本体部の前記軸方向に直交する断面の形状は丸みをおびた形状である、
請求項2又は3に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記処置具起立台が倒伏した状態において、前記起立台収容溝は、前記遠位端部側に設けられた幅狭溝部と、前記幅狭溝部よりも前記近位端部側に設けられ前記幅狭溝部の前記軸方向の幅よりも大きい幅で形成された幅広溝部と、を有する、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記起立台収容溝は、前記開口部に向かうにつれて前記軸方向の幅が大きくなる誘い込み部が設けられている、
請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記誘い込み部は、前記起立台収容溝の前記開口部側の縁部を断面R形状に形成した部分である、
請求項6に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記処置具起立台の前記処置具案内面とは反対側の背面は、前記軸方向に平行な断面が丸みをおびた形状に形成されている、
請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。 - 前記先端部本体に設けられ、前記処置具起立台に連結され前記回転軸の周りに前記処置具起立台を回動させる起立レバーと、
前記操作部から前記挿入部を経由して前記先端部本体まで設けられ、前記操作部で生じた変位量を前記起立レバーに伝達する伝達部材と、
を備える請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の内視鏡。
