Abstract
Description
Claims (6)
- プレ反応粒子を含む多孔性セラミック物品を製造する方法において、
少なくとも10μmの直径のグリーン粒子を形成する工程と、
前記グリーン粒子をか焼してプレ反応粒子を形成する工程と、
前記プレ反応粒子と液体媒体とを混合してペーストを形成する工程と、
前記ペーストから湿潤グリーン体を形成する工程と、
前記湿潤グリーン体を乾燥させて乾燥グリーン体を形成する工程と、
前記乾燥グリーン体を焼成して多孔性セラミック物品を形成する工程と、
を有してなり、
前記プレ反応粒子が緻密回転楕円体状粒子、多孔性回転楕円体状粒子、または中空回転楕円体状粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、かつ
前記プレ反応粒子が1つ以上の相を含む、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記グリーン粒子を形成する工程が、
少なくとも2種の無機微細粉末と液体媒体とを混合してスラリーを製造する工程、
を含み、
前記無機微細粉末が10−9〜5.0×10−6メートルの範囲内の平均粒子直径を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記微細粉末を混合する工程が、
バインダー、界面活性剤、および分散剤のうちの少なくとも1つを含む有機添加剤をさらに添加する工程、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - グリーン粒子をか焼する工程が多相プレ反応粒子を形成する工程を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記グリーン粒子をか焼して前記プレ反応粒子を形成する工程が、焼結粒子、部分反応粒子、および完全反応粒子のうちの少なくとも1つを形成する工程を含み、
前記プレ反応粒子が、チタン酸アルミニウム固溶体擬ブルッカイト、コージエライト、ムライト、スピネル、長石、アルミナ、シリカ、ルチル、およびガラスのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 前記少なくとも2種の無機微細粉末の第1の無機微細粉末が、アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、チタニア、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化バリウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化ランタン、酸化ホウ素、酸化セリウム、酸化イットリウム、もしくは他の希土類酸化物、酸化ジルコニウム、アルカリ酸化物、または酸化鉄の供給源を含み、かつ
前記少なくとも2種の無機微細粉末の第2の無機微細粉末が、前記第1の無機微細粉末とは異なる、アルミナ、シリカ、マグネシア、チタニア、酸化ストロンチウム、酸化カルシウム、酸化ランタン、酸化ホウ素、酸化セリウム、酸化イットリウム、もしくは他の希土類酸化物、酸化ジルコニウム、またはアルカリ酸化物の供給源を含む、
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の方法。
