Claims (6)
- ガラスセラミック組成物であって、
約60モル%から72.0モル%未満のSiO2、
約10モル%から約17モル%のAl2O3、
約3モル%から約15モル%のNa2O、
約1モル%から約8モル%のLi2O、および
約3モル%から約7モル%のTiO2、並びに
約0.1モル%から約5モル%のアルカリ土類酸化物、
を含む、ガラスセラミック組成物。 - ガラス物品であって、
第1のガラスクラッド層および第2のガラスクラッド層の間に配置されたガラスコア層、を備え、前記ガラスコア層が、前記第1と第2のガラスクラッド層の組成とは異なる組成を有し、前記第1のガラスクラッド層および第2のガラスクラッド層が、
約60モル%から72.0モル%未満のSiO2、
約10モル%から約17モル%のAl2O3、
約3モル%から約15モル%のNa2O、
約1モル%から約8モル%のLi2O、および
約3モル%から約7モル%のTiO2、
を含むガラスセラミック組成物から形成された、ガラス物品。 - 前記第1のガラスクラッド層および前記第2のガラスクラッド層がアルカリ土類酸化物をさらに含む、請求項2記載のガラス物品。
- 前記第1のガラスクラッド層および前記第2のガラスクラッド層に圧縮応力が加えられている、請求項2または3記載のガラス物品。
- LCDディスプレイとLEDディスプレイ、コンピュータモニタ、現金自動預入支払機(ATM)を含む家庭用または商業用の電子機器におけるカバーガラスまたはガラスバックプレーン用途、携帯電話、パーソナル・メディア・プレーヤー、およびタブレット型コンピュータを含む携帯用電子機器のタッチスクリーンまたはタッチセンサ用途、太陽光発電用途、建築用ガラス用途、自動車または車両用ガラス用途、もしくは商業用または家庭電化製品用途への請求項1記載のガラスセラミック組成物の使用。
