【解決手段】
自動車用のチューブ配管と継手から成る接続ユニットにおいて、自動車用のチューブ配管が、アルミニウムから成るインナチューブを備え、継手が、インナチューブと接触し、少なくとも、継手とインナチューブ間の接触面の領域の継手の表面が、アルミニウムから成る。

Claims (12)
- 自動車用のチューブ配管(2)と継手から成る接続ユニット(1)において、
自動車用のチューブ配管(2)が、アルミニウムから成るインナチューブ(7)を備え、継手が、インナチューブと接触し、少なくとも、継手とインナチューブ(7)間の接触面の領域の継手の表面が、アルミニウムから成ること、を特徴とする接続ユニット。 - インナチューブが、二重巻チューブであること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。
- インナチューブが、一重巻チューブであること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の接続ユニット。
- インナチューブが、アルミニウム合金から成る、もしくは、本質的に、少なくとも90wt%のアルミニウムを含有するアルミニウム合金から成ること、を特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- インナチューブ(7)が、0.3〜0.5mm、好ましくは0.35〜0.45mmの厚さを備えるアルミニウムウェブからロール成形されていること、を特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- インナチューブ(7)の外表面に、合成樹脂コーティング(10)、特にポリアミドから成るコーティングが形成されていること、を特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 合成樹脂コーティング(10)の厚さが、35〜120μmであること、を特徴とする請求項6に記載の接続ユニット。
- チューブ配管(2)が、少なくとも1つのチューブ配管端(11)にフレア(12)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 継手が、穿孔部を備え、この穿孔部が、チューブ配管(2)によって画成され、継手の端面(14)及び/又はストッパ面が、フレア(12)もしくはフレア(12)の背面(15)に当接すること、を特徴とする請求項8に記載の接続ユニット。
- 少なくとも継手の端面(14)が、アルミニウムから成る、もしくは、アルミニウムから成るコーティングを備えること、を特徴とする請求項9に記載の接続ユニット。
- 継手が、ネジ継手(3)、特に外ネジ(4)を有するネジ継手(3)であること、を特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
- 継手の表面全体が、アルミニウムでコーティングされている、又は、継手全体が、アルミニウムからもしくは本質的にアルミニウムから成ること、を特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の接続ユニット。
