Abstract
【解決手段】雌部材Fの受け入れ穴5内には雄部材Mの軸部2の先端20の第一カム部C1に対する第一摺接部Cf1と、雄部材Mの軸部2の中間の係合突部21に対する係合凹部32と、受け入れ穴5の穴口50にあって雄部材Mの係合突部21に形成された第二カム部C2に対する第二摺接部Cf2とが形成されている。受け入れ穴5への軸部2の挿入時に、第一カム部C1と第一摺接部Cf1の摺接と第二カム部C2と第二摺接部Cf2との摺接により係合凹部32に係合突部21を係合可能とする雄部材Mの往動回動が促される。この係合状態から雄部材Mを復動回動させたときに第二カム部C2と係合凹部32の内壁との摺接により係合凹部32から係合突部21を抜け出させる向きの弾性変形が促される。

Description
基部と一方側取付対象に形成された取り付け穴への嵌め込み部とを有すると共に、前記基部に穴口を持って前記嵌め込み部内に続く前記雄部材の軸部の受け入れ穴を備えた雌部材とからなり、
前記受け入れ穴に前記軸部を所定位置まで挿入した組み合わせ係合状態において雄部材の頭部と雌部材の基部との間で他方側取付対象を保持するように構成されたクリップであって、
前記雌部材の受け入れ穴内には、前記雄部材の軸部の先端に形成された第一カム部に対する第一摺接部と、
この第一摺接部の側方にあって前記雄部材の軸部の中間に形成された係合突部に対する係合凹部と、
前記受け入れ穴の穴口にあって前記雄部材の係合突部に形成された第二カム部に対する第二摺接部とが形成されており、
前記受け入れ穴への軸部の挿入時に、前記第一カム部と第一摺接部の摺接とこれに続く前記第二カム部と第二摺接部との摺接により前記係合凹部に係合突部を係合可能とする前記雄部材の往動回動が促されるようになっていると共に、
前記係合凹部と係合突部とが係合された状態から前記雄部材を復動回動させたときに前記第二カム部と係合凹部の内壁との摺接により前記係合凹部から係合突部を抜け出させる向きの弾性変形が促されるようになっているものとした。

Claims (5)
- 頭部と軸部とを備えた雄部材と、
基部と一方側取付対象に形成された取り付け穴への嵌め込み部とを有すると共に、前記基部に穴口を持って前記嵌め込み部内に続く前記雄部材の軸部の受け入れ穴を備えた雌部材とからなり、
前記受け入れ穴に前記軸部を所定位置まで挿入した組み合わせ係合状態において雄部材の頭部と雌部材の基部との間で他方側取付対象を保持するように構成されたクリップであって、
前記雌部材の受け入れ穴内には、前記雄部材の軸部の先端に形成された第一カム部に対する第一摺接部と、
この第一摺接部の側方にあって前記雄部材の軸部の中間に形成された係合突部に対する係合凹部と、
前記受け入れ穴の穴口にあって前記雄部材の係合突部に形成された第二カム部に対する第二摺接部とが形成されており、
前記受け入れ穴への軸部の挿入時に、前記第一カム部と第一摺接部の摺接とこれに続く前記第二カム部と第二摺接部との摺接により前記係合凹部に係合突部を係合可能とする前記雄部材の往動回動が促されるようになっていると共に、
前記係合凹部と係合突部とが係合された状態から前記雄部材を復動回動させたときに前記第二カム部と係合凹部の内壁との摺接により前記係合凹部から係合突部を抜け出させる向きの弾性変形が促されるようになっていることを特徴とするクリップ。 - 雌部材の受け入れ穴内に、係合凹部と係合突部とが係合された状態から雄部材を復動回動させたときに軸部の先端に摺接して前記受け入れ穴からこの軸部を抜け出させる向きに移動させる第三カム部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のクリップ。
- 第二カム部及び係合凹部と係合突部とが係合された状態においてこの第二カム部に向き合う係合凹部の内壁の双方又はいずれか一方は、雄部材の軸部の軸線を巡る向きにおいて、この軸線に次第に近づく傾きをもった傾斜面によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のクリップ。
- 雄部材の軸部の軸線を巡る向きにおいて係合突部の側方には凹所が形成されており、雄部材の所定の往動回動位置においてこの凹所に第一摺接部が入り込むようになっていると共に、
係合凹部と係合突部とが係合された状態において前記凹所内の一方の段差部に第一摺接部が当接して雄部材の往動回動が阻止されるようになっていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のクリップ。 - 受け入れ穴はめくら穴状をなしていると共に、係合凹部は雌部材の基部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のクリップ。
