Abstract
【解決手段】車両減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い場合にブレーキの解除操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施すること、車両減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より低い場合にアクセル操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施すること、車両減速中の前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも低い場合にブレーキの解除操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施すること、車両減速中の前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも高い場合には、アクセル操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施すること、エンジンをクランキング始動するスタータを備えその駆動方法を変更すること。

Description
以下、図1〜図6を用いて、本発明の実施例1によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置の構成及び動作について説明する。
次に、図7から図9を用いて、本発明の実施例2によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置の構成及び動作について説明する。実施例2によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置を、パラレル式ハイブリッド自動車に適用させたシステムの構成は、図1と同様である。また、実施例2によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置の構成を示すシステムブロック図は、図2と同様であり、そのハイブリッド車両の動作モードは、図3と同様である。
次に、図10から図16を用いて、本発明の実施例3によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置の構成及び動作について説明する。実施例3によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置をパラレル式ハイブリッド自動車用に適用させたシステムの構成は、図1と同様である。また、実施例3によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置の構成を示すシステムブロック図は、図2と同様であり、そのハイブリッド車両の動作モードは、図3と同様である。また、実施例3によるハイブリッド車両の制御装置における、減速回生時の、車両速度及びバッテリ残量に対するエンジン始動方法の関係は、図7と同様である。

Claims (17)
- 動力源としてのエンジン及びモータを備えて、車両の減速中にエンジンを停止してモータによる回生を実施することが可能なハイブリッド車両において、
前記車両の減速中の車両速度又はモータに電力を供給するための二次電池の電池残量に応じて、前記停止したエンジンの始動タイミングを変えることを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い場合に、ブレーキの解除操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より低い場合に、アクセル操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも低い場合に、ブレーキの解除操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも高い場合には、アクセル操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い場合、若しくは前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも低い場合に、前記ブレーキ操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項6に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より低い場合であって、前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも高い場合に、アクセル操作に基づいてエンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1、2又は6に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータを備え、前記エンジンの始動を実施する時に、車両速度及びエンジン回転数に応じてスタータの駆動方法を変更することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項8に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンの始動を実施する時に、エンジンの回転数が0ではない低回転の所定の範囲内にある場合に、車両速度が高くなるに応じて、エンジンのクランキングを開始する時点でのエンジン回転数が高くなるようにスタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項9に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中に前記エンジンを停止する時に、前記エンジンが完全に停止する前に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるプリメッシュ制御を実施し、かつ、前記減速開始時の車両速度が高くなるのに応じて、前記プリメッシュを実施するエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項1、4又は6に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータを備え、前記エンジンの始動を実施する時に、前記二次電池の電池残量及びエンジン回転数に応じて、スタータの駆動方法を変更することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項11に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記エンジン始動を実施する時に、エンジンの回転数が0ではない低回転の所定の範囲内にある場合に、前記エンジン始動時の前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなるに応じて、前記エンジンのクランキングを開始する時点でのエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 請求項12に記載されたハイブリッド車両の制御装置において、
前記車両の減速中に前記エンジンを停止する際に、前記エンジンが完全に停止する前に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるプリメッシュを実施するように前記スタータを制御し、更に前記減速の開始時点での前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなるに応じて、前記プリメッシュを実施するエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 動力源としてのエンジン及びモータ並びに前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータを備え、車両の減速中にエンジンを停止してモータによる回生を実施することが可能なハイブリッド車両において、
前記車両の減速を開始して前記エンジンを停止する際に、前記減速の開始時点での車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い場合に、前記エンジンが完全に停止する前に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるプリメッシュを実施するように前記スタータを制御すると共に、前記減速開始時点の車両速度が高くなるに応じて、前記プリメッシュを実施するエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御すると共に、
前記減速中に、ブレーキを解除した際の車両速度が所定の前記車両速度しきい値より高い場合に、前記ブレーキを解除する操作に基づいてエンジン始動を開始し、及び
前記エンジンを始動する時に、エンジン回転数が0ではない低回転の所定の範囲内にある場合に、前記ブレーキ操作時の車両速度が高くなるに応じて、前記エンジンのクランキングを開始する時点でのエンジン回転数が高くなるようにスタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 動力源としてのエンジン及びモータ並びに前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータ及び前記モータに電力を供給するための二次電池を備え、車両の減速中に前記エンジンを停止してモータによる回生を実施することが可能なハイブリッド車両において、
車両の減速を開始して前記エンジンを停止する際に、前記減速の開始時点での前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値より低い場合に、前記エンジンが完全に停止する前に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるプリメッシュを実施するように前記スタータを制御すると共に、前記減速の開始時点での前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなるに応じて、前記プリメッシュを実施するエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御し、及び
前記減速中に、ブレーキを解除した際の前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値より低い場合に、前記ブレーキを解除する操作に基づいてエンジン始動を開始し、及び
前記エンジンを始動する時に、エンジン回転数が0ではない低回転の所定の範囲内にある場合に、前記ブレーキ操作時の前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなるに応じて、前記エンジンのクランキングを開始する時点でのエンジン回転数が高くなるようにスタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 動力源としてのエンジン及びモータ並びに前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータ及び前記モータに電力を供給するための二次電池を備え、車両の減速中に前記エンジンを停止してモータによる回生を実施することが可能なハイブリッド車両において、
前記減速を開始して前記エンジンを停止する際に、前記減速の開始時点での車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い場合、前記エンジンが完全に停止する前に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるプリメッシュを実施するように前記スタータを制御すると共に、前記減速の開始時点での前記車両速度が高くなる、または減速開始時点での前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなるに応じて、前記プリメッシュを実施するエンジン回転数が高くなるように前記スタータを制御し、及び
前記減速中に、ブレーキを解除した際の車両速度が所定の車両速度しきい値より高い、もしくは前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値より低い場合、前記ブレーキ操作に基づいてエンジン始動を開始し、及び
前記エンジンを始動する時に、エンジン回転数が0ではない低回転の所定の範囲内にある場合に、前記ブレーキ操作時の車両速度が高くなる、または前記二次電池の電池残量が低くなる、に応じて、前記エンジンのクランキングを開始する時点でのエンジン回転数が高くなるようにスタータを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。 - 動力源としてのエンジン及びモータ並びに前記エンジンをクランキング始動するためのスタータ及び前記モータに電力を供給するための二次電池を備え、車両の減速中に前記エンジンを停止してモータによる回生を実施することが可能なハイブリッド車両において、
前記減速を開始して前記エンジンを停止する際に、前記減速の開始時点での車両速度が所定の車両速度値より低く、かつ前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値より高い場合に、前記エンジンが完全に停止した後に前記スタータのピニオンをエンジンに噛み込ませるように前記スタータを制御し、及び
前記減速中に、ブレーキを解除した際の車両速度が所定の車両速度より低く、かつ前記二次電池の電池残量が所定の電池残量しきい値よりも高い場合に、アクセル操作に基づいて前記エンジンの始動を実施することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の制御装置。
