Claims (4)
- 共有結合性有機骨格(COF)として配列した、複数のセグメントと複数の連結基とを含む、複合材構造化有機薄膜(SOF)であって、前記SOFは、実質的に欠陥のない薄膜であり、二次的成分を含んでいることを特徴とする複合材構造化有機薄膜。
- 前記二次的成分は、導電性試剤、半導体試剤、電子輸送試剤、正孔輸送試剤、p型材料、n型材料、疎水性試剤、親水性試剤、衝撃改質剤、強化用繊維、滑剤、帯電防止剤、結合剤、湿潤剤、防曇剤、難燃剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、殺生物剤、染料、顔料、着臭剤、防臭剤、および核形成剤から成る群より選ばれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の複合材構造化有機薄膜。
- 複合材構造化有機薄膜(SOF)の製造法であって、
前記製造法は、
(a)二次的成分と、
それぞれが1つのセグメントといくつかの官能基とを含む、複数の分子構成要素と、
を含んでいる、液体を含む反応混合物を調製する工程と、
(b)前記反応混合物をウェットフィルムとして堆積する工程と、
(c)前記ウェットフィルムの変化を促進し、前記二次的成分を組み込んだ乾燥SOFを生成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、複合材構造化有機薄膜の製造法。 - 複合材構造化有機薄膜(SOF)の製造法であって、
前記製造法は、
(a)それぞれが1つのセグメントといくつかの官能基とを含む、複数の分子構成要素を含んでいる、液体を含む反応混合物を調製する工程と、
(b)前記反応混合物をウェットフィルムとして堆積する工程と、
(c)前記ウェットフィルムの表面に二次的成分を分散させる工程と、
(d)前記ウェットフィルムの変化を促進し、前記二次的成分を組み込んだ乾燥SOFを生成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする、複合材構造化有機薄膜の製造法。
