Description
Claims (13)
- 流体力学的なトルクコンバータ(1)であって、ポンプホイール(8)によって駆動される、出力部(3)に接続されたタービンホイール(9)とハウジング(34)とを備えており、該ハウジング(34)内に複数のダンパ段(17,20)及びねじり振動動吸振器(30)を有するねじり振動ダンパ(19)と、前記ハウジング(34)及び前記出力部(3)を接続するコンバータロックアップクラッチ(18)とが付加的に収納されている、流体力学的なトルクコンバータにおいて、
前記ねじり振動動吸振器(30)は前記タービンホイール(9)に接続されており、かつ、遠心振り子(11)とタービン動吸振器(24)とから形成されていることを特徴とする、流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。 - 前記コンバータロックアップクラッチ(18)が閉鎖している場合、前記タービンホイール(9)は前記タービン動吸振器(24)の吸振器質量体(10)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記コンバータロックアップクラッチ(18)が開放している場合、前記タービン動吸振器(24)はタービンダンパ(26)のタービンダンパ段(25)を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記コンバータロックアップクラッチ(18)に配設されているクラッチダンパ(27)が二段式に構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 一方のダンパ段(17)を前記クラッチダンパ(27)及び前記タービンダンパ(26)が共通に使用することを特徴とする、請求項4記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記クラッチダンパ(27)は前記2つのダンパ段(17,20)に共通の介在部(12)を有しており、該介在部(12)に前記タービン動吸振器(24)のフランジ部(39)が相対回動不能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- エネルギ貯蔵器(13)の作用に抗して、前記フランジ部(39)に対して制限されて回動可能である対応ディスク(31)が、前記タービンホイール(9)と相対回動不能に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項6記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記トルクコンバータ(1)の出力部(3)は、変速機(4)の変速機入力軸(5)に相対回動不能に接続されており、前記出力部(3)に前記クラッチダンパ(27)の入力部(21)とタービンハブ(38)とが回動可能に収容されており、かつ、前記ねじり振動ダンパ(19)の出力部(16)が相対回動不能に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項6又は7記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記ねじり振動ダンパ(19)の出力部(16)と、前記トルクコンバータ(1)の出力部(3)とは一体に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記対応ディスク(31)と、前記タービンホイール(9)と、遠心振り子(11)のディスク部(28)とは、前記タービンハブ(38)に相対回動不能に収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項7から9までのいずれか一項記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記対応ディスク(31)と、前記タービンホイール(9)と、前記ディスク部(28)とは共通のリベット(37)によって前記タービンハブ(38)のフランジに収容されていることを特徴とする、請求項10記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記フランジ部(39)と前記対応ディスク部(31)との間に摩擦装置(14)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項7から11までのいずれか一項記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
- 前記摩擦装置(14)は前記フランジ部(39)と前記対応ディスク部(31)との間に緊張されている皿ばねにより形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12記載の流体力学的なトルクコンバータ。
