Abstract
Description
本発明は、ポリシラザン廃棄物を、OH含有化合物及びOH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物とからなる群から選択される処理安定剤と接触させることを含む、ポリシラザン廃棄物の処理方法に関する。処理安定剤又は処理安定剤溶液は、(a)処理安定剤をポリシラザン廃棄物の廃棄物流中に注入することにより、(b)処理安定剤を、ポリシラザン廃棄物を収容している容器中に添加することにより、あるいは(c)ポリシラザン廃棄物を、処理安定剤を収容している容器中に添加することにより、ポリシラザン廃棄物と接触させることができる。
1) 安全性がより高いこと、
2) 時間を節約すること、
3) 費用効率がより高いこと。
(b) 10ml エタノール
(c) 5ml エタノール/10%エタノールアミン
(d) 10ml エタノール/10%エタノールアミン
(e) 6ml エタノール/10%エタノールアミン
(f) 8ml エタノール/10%エタノールアミン
約6時間の期間後、ほとんどの処理安定化溶液、(a)、(d)〜(f)は、廃棄物を安定化した(絶対圧力は約1.379bar(20psi)に達していた)。さらに接触時間が長い、処理安定化溶液(b)及び(c)もまた廃棄物を安定化するものと予測された。
Claims (20)
- ポリシラザン廃棄物を、OH含有化合物、及び、OH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物からなる群から選択される処理安定剤と接触させることからなることを特徴とする、ポリシラザン廃棄物の処理方法。
- 前記ポリシラザン廃棄物と処理安定剤との接触が、(a)前記処理安定剤を、ポリシラザン廃棄物の廃棄物流中に注入すること、(b)前記処理安定剤を、ポリシラザン廃棄物を収容する容器中に添加すること、あるいは(c)前記ポリシラザン廃棄物を、処理安定剤を収容する容器中に添加すること、によって起こることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、担体溶媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、グリコール類、カルボン酸類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されるOH含有化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、OH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、グリコール類、カルボン酸類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、約1:2の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物乃至約1:14の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物の比で前記ポリシラザン廃棄物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、約1:4の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物乃至約1:10の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物の比で前記ポリシラザン廃棄物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、約1:6の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物乃至約1:9の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物の比で前記ポリシラザン廃棄物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記処理安定剤が、約1:7の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物乃至約1:9の処理安定剤:ポリシラザン廃棄物の比で前記ポリシラザン廃棄物に添加されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- OH含有化合物又は、OH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物の、ポリシラザン廃棄物を処理するための処理安定剤としての使用。
- 前記処理安定剤が担体溶媒をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の使用。
- OH含有化合物、及び、OH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物とからなる群から選択される、ポリシラザン廃棄物用処理安定剤。
- 前記処理安定剤が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、グリコール類、カルボン酸類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されるOH含有化合物であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の処理安定剤。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の処理安定剤。
- 前記処理安定剤が、OH含有化合物とアルカリとの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の処理安定剤。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、グリコール類、カルボン酸類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の処理安定剤。
- 前記OH含有化合物が、アルコール類、エーテルアルコール類、及びそれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の処理安定剤。
