Abstract
【解決手段】バッテリユニット14を支持する桁部材102が車体11のサイドメンバ31に固定されている。サイドメンバ31にはナット部材155と補強部材302が設けられている。サイドメンバ31の下方からボルト157がナット部材155に挿入される。補強部材302は、第1プレート部311と第2プレート部312とを有している。第1プレート部311は、折曲部330,331を境に折曲された一対のフランジ325,326を有している。折曲部330,331の位置は、サイドメンバ31の側壁36,37間の距離Sに応じて調整されている。フランジ325,326はサイドメンバ31の側壁36,37に溶接される。第2プレート部312は、ナット部材155の下端に溶接された基部340と、ナット部材155に沿う起立部341とを有している。

図1は電気自動車10の一例を示している。この電気自動車10は、車体11の後部に配置された走行用のモータ12および充電装置13と、車体11の床下に配置されるバッテリユニット14などを備えている。車体11の前部に冷暖房用の熱交換ユニット15が配置されている。

Claims (3)
- 電気自動車のバッテリユニットを車体に固定するためのバッテリユニット取付構造であって、
前記車体の前後方向に延びる一対のサイドメンバ間にわたって車体の幅方向に配置され前記バッテリユニットを支持する桁部材と、
前記サイドメンバ内に配置され上下方向に延びる筒状のナット部材と、
前記ナット部材に前記サイドメンバの下方から挿入されて前記桁部材の締結部を前記サイドメンバの下面に固定するボルトと、
前記サイドメンバの内部の前記ナット部材と対応した位置に設けられた補強部材とを有し、
前記補強部材は、
前記サイドメンバの一対の側壁間に配置される第1プレート部と、
前記サイドメンバの底壁の上に配置される第2プレート部とを有し、
前記第1プレート部は、前記ナット部材の上部が固定され車体の幅方向に延びる連結壁と、該連結壁の両側において前記サイドメンバの前記側壁間の距離に応じた位置で折曲されかつ前記サイドメンバの前記側壁に溶接される一対のフランジとを有し、
前記第2プレート部は、前記ナット部材の下端が固定されかつ前記サイドメンバの底壁に固定される基部と、前記第1プレート部に固定される上端部と、前記基部と前記上端部との間に設けられて上下方向に延びる起立部とを有していることを特徴とする電気自動車のバッテリユニット取付構造。 - 前記第2プレートの前記基部は、前記車体の前後方向に沿って延び、かつ、上方から見た平面視において、前記基部の端が前記第1プレート部の端から前記車体の前後方向に突出するように形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気自動車のバッテリユニット取付構造。
- 前記補強部材の前記連結壁に、車体の幅方向に沿う断面が非直線形状となるように成形された塑性加工部が前記車体の前後方向に沿って形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の電気自動車のバッテリユニット取付構造。
