Claims (5)
- 複数の電池セルが集合された電池モジュールと、補機部品とが電池ケース内に収容された電池パックであって、
前記電池ケースは、前記電池モジュールおよび前記補機部品を支持するロアケースと、前記電池モジュールを覆う電池モジュールカバーと、前記補機部品を覆う補機部品カバーとを有し、
前記電池モジュールカバーは、前記ロアケースに対して着脱不可能に固定され、
前記補機部品カバーは、前記ロアケースに対して着脱可能に固定され、
前記補機部品は、ジャンクションボックス、前記電池モジュールからの高圧ケーブルが接続されるメインシステムリレー、および、電子機器部品を含み、
前記メインシステムリレーは、前記ジャンクションボックスに対して着脱不可能に固定され、
前記電子機器部品は、前記ジャンクションボックスに対して着脱可能に固定される、電池パック。 - 前記メインシステムリレーは、前記ジャンクションボックスの外周面に配置されるとともに、前記メインシステムリレーを略取囲むブラケットにより、前記ジャンクションボックスに対して着脱不可能に固定される、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 前記高圧ケーブルが前記補機部品から離脱することによって前記補機部品への前記高圧ケーブルとの接続ポイントが露出しないように、前記高圧ケーブルが前記補機部品の前記ジャンクションボックスと一体的に設けられている、請求項2に記載の電池パック。
- 前記電池セルは、リチウムイオン電池である、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の電池パックを搭載した自動車。
