Abstract

车辆(V)具备:车厢(IN);前室(FR);行李箱(LR);重量部,其包括驱动前轮(FW)的驱动部和向该驱动部供给燃料或电力的动力源中的至少一方;以及蓄电池单元(10),其向该驱动部供给电力。重量部具有第一重量部(W1)和第二重量部(W2),第一重量部(W1)和第二重量部(W2)中的至少一方包括驱动部。蓄电池单元(10)设置于车厢下方,第一重量部(W1)设置于前室(FR),第二重量部(W2)设置于行李箱(LR)下方。第二重量部(W2)的高度(H2)低于第一重量部(W1)的高度(H1)。

本发明涉及一种燃料电池车、混合动力车、电动机动车等车辆。
背景技术
以往,已知有在车辆的底板的下方搭载有蓄电池的车辆。例如,在专利文献1所记载的车辆中,在车厢下方配置有蓄电池,且在设置于车厢的前方的前室配置有电动机、逆变器及充电器。
另外,在专利文献2所记载的车辆中,在车厢下方配置有燃料电池和2个氢罐中的一个,在设置于车厢的前方的前室配置有电动机,在设置于座椅的后方的行李箱的下方配置有2个氢罐中的另一个,在行李箱内配置有电容器。

在专利文献1所记载的车辆中,由于在行李箱的下方未配置电动机、蓄电池等重物,因此具有能够较宽地确保行李箱的优点。然而,由于相对于作为重物的车厢下方的蓄电池而在前方的前室配置有由电动机、逆变器及充电器构成的重物,因此车辆的重量平衡差且车辆的灵敏性存在改善的余地。
另一方面,在专利文献2所记载的车辆中,由于相对于作为重物的车厢下方的燃料电池等而在前方的前室配置有电动机,且在行李箱的上下分散配置有电容器、氢罐及重物,因此车辆的重量平衡良好。然而,由于电容器配置于行李箱内,因此行李箱变得狭窄。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于前述问题而完成的,其目的在于提供一种能够保持车辆的重量平衡且确保行李箱的空间的车辆。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供以下方案。
第一方案为一种车辆(例如为后述的实施方式中的车辆V),其具备:
车厢(例如为后述的实施方式中的车厢IN),其设置有座椅;
前室(例如为后述的实施方式中的前室FR),其在比该车厢靠前方的位置作为与该车厢不同的空间而设置;
行李箱(例如为后述的实施方式中的行李箱LR),其在比该车厢靠后方的位置作为与该车厢同一空间或不同的空间而设置;
重量部(例如为后述的实施方式中的第一重量部W1、第二重量部W2),其包括驱动车轮(例如为后述的实施方式中的前轮FW)的驱动部和向该驱动部供给燃料或电力的动力源中的至少一方;以及
蓄电池(例如为后述的实施方式中的蓄电池单元10),其向所述驱动部供给电力,
所述重量部具有第一重量部(例如为后述的实施方式中的第一重量部W1)和第二重量部(例如为后述的实施方式中的第二重量部W2),
该第一重量部和该第二重量部中的至少一方包括所述驱动部,其中,

在后部座椅下方设置有其他氢罐(例如为后述的实施方式中的第一氢罐HT1),
所述其他氢罐的高度(例如为后述的实施方式中的高度H4)低于所述第二重量部的高度。
发明效果
根据第一方案,相对于配置于车厢下方的蓄电池,将作为2个重量部中的一个的第一重量部配置于位于比车厢靠前方的前室,并将作为另一个的第二重量部配置于位于比车厢靠后方的行李箱下方,由此能够保持车辆的重量平衡,能够确保车辆的灵敏性。
另外,由于配置于行李箱下方的第二重量部的高度低于配置于前室的第一重量部的高度,因此能够抑制行李箱的地板面的高度,能够确保行李箱的空间。
此外,通过将蓄电池配置于车厢下方并将第二重物配置于行李箱下方,由此能够降低车辆的重心高度,能够提高车辆的驾驶性能。
根据第二方案至第五方案,无论是燃料电池车、混合动力车、电动机动车中的哪种车辆,都能够确保行李箱的空间且同时提高车辆的灵敏性及驾驶性能。
根据第六方案,由于在后部座椅的乘客的脚下未配置蓄电池模块,因此能够抑制对车厢的影响,能够提高乘客的舒适性。另外,由此能够降低车辆高度。
根据第七方案,第二重量部固定于框架构件,该框架构件固定于左右一对车辆骨架构件,因此无论第二重量部的种类如何,都能够使用共用的框架构件,能够使车辆的平台共用化。
根据第八方案,通常在后部座椅配置于比前部座椅高的位置的情况下,与之对应而使蓄电池的高度在后部座椅下方最高,由此能够将地板面设定得低。此外,通过使蓄电池的高度低于第二重量部的高度,从而能够提高后部座椅的乘客的舒适性。
根据第九方案,通常在后部座椅配置于比前部座椅高的位置的情况下,与之对应地配置其他氢罐,由此能够将地板面设定得低。此外,能够提高后部座椅的乘客的舒适性。

具体实施方式
以下,基于附图对本发明的各实施方式所涉及的车辆进行说明。
<第一实施方式>
如图1所示,本发明的第一实施方式的车辆V为混合动力车,其具备:车厢IN,其设置有前部座椅4及后部座椅5;前室FR,其在比该车厢IN靠前方的位置作为与该车厢IN不同的空间而设置;以及行李箱LR,其在比该车厢IN靠后方的位置作为与该车厢IN同一空间而设置。需要说明的是,行李箱LR也可以作为与车厢IN不同的空间而设置,还可以是一部分连通。
如图5所示,车架11具备:沿着车身前后方向延伸的左右一对底板框架12、12;从底板框架12、12的前端向上方弯曲且向前方延伸的左右一对前侧框架13、13;从底板框架12、12的后端向上方弯曲且向后方延伸的左右一对后侧框架14、14;配置于底板框架12、12的车宽方向外侧的左右一对侧框架15、15;将侧框架15、15的前端与底板框架12、12的前端连接的左右一对前悬臂支架16、16;将侧框架15、15的后端与底板框架12、12的后端连接的左右一对后悬臂支架17、17;沿着车宽方向将左右一对前侧框架13、13的前端部之间连接的前保险杠18;沿着车宽方向将左右一对底板框架12、12的前端部之间连接的前横梁19;沿着车宽方向将左右一对后侧框架14、14的前后方向中间部之间连接的后横梁21;以及沿着车宽方向将左右一对后侧框架14、14的后端部之间连接的后保险杠22。
在俯视观察时,由前侧框架13、13、前保险杠18、前横梁19围起的空间对应于前室FR,由侧框架15、15、前横梁19、后横梁21围起的空间对应于车厢IN,由后侧框架14、14、后横梁21、后保险杠22围起的空间对应于行李箱LR。在对车厢IN和行李箱LR进行划分的、由侧框架15、15、前横梁19、后保险杠22围起的空间设置有形成车厢IN的地板面及行李箱LR的地板面的底板3。
在车辆V中,在形成车厢IN的地板面的底板3的下方配置有蓄电池单元10,并且隔着蓄电池单元10而分散配置有2个重量部,由此保持车辆的重量平衡。具体而言,2个重量部中的一个的第一重量部W1设置于前室FR,另一个的第二重量部W2配置于行李箱LR下方。
[蓄电池单元]
如图1及图2所示,在形成车厢IN的地板面的底板3的下方配置的蓄电池单元10主要具备多个蓄电池模块31~33、DC-DC转换器30、蓄电池用ECU40及收容它们的蓄电池壳体50。
蓄电池壳体50由搭载有多个蓄电池模块31~33、DC-DC转换器30及蓄电池用ECU40的底部板51和从上方覆盖它们的罩52构成。蓄电池壳体50中,通过将形成底部板51的一部分并向左右延伸的多个托架53紧固连结于在车辆V的两侧配设的底板框架12、12,由此将蓄电池单元10以悬挂的方式安装于底板3的下方。
在多个蓄电池模块31~33中包括收容于蓄电池壳体50的前部的前部蓄电池模块31及收容于蓄电池壳体50的后部的2个后部蓄电池模块32、33,前部蓄电池模块31与2个后部蓄电池模块32、33之间隔着空间部34,各蓄电池模块31~33分别具有多个高压蓄电池31a~33a。在本实施方式中,由沿左右方向排列2个、沿前后方向排列3个的总计6个高压蓄电池31a构成前部蓄电池模块31,由同样沿左右方向排列2个、沿前后方向排列3个的总计6个高压蓄电池32a构成一个后部蓄电池模块32(以下,也称为下后部蓄电池模块32。),由沿左右方向排列的2个高压蓄电池33a构成另一个后部蓄电池模块33(以下,也称为上后部蓄电池模块33。)。
多个蓄电池模块31~33配置于车辆V的前部座椅4及后部座椅5的下方(参照图1)。具体而言,在前部座椅4的下方配置有前部蓄电池模块31,在后部座椅5的下方配置有下后部蓄电池模块32及上后部蓄电池模块33。
前部蓄电池模块31在配置于前部座椅4的下方时,以不重叠的方式平置。下后部蓄电池模块32及上后部蓄电池模块33在配置于后部座椅5的下方时,在后部座椅5的座面前方上下配置。具体而言,在构成下后部蓄电池模块32的6个高压蓄电池32a中排列在最前侧的2个高压蓄电池32a的上方配置有构成上后部蓄电池模块33的2个高压蓄电池33a。空间部34位于后部座椅5的乘客的脚下,通过不在后部座椅5的乘客的脚下配置蓄电池模块31~33,从而能够抑制对车厢的影响,并能够提高乘客的舒适性。并且,由此能够降低车辆高度。
DC-DC转换器30是对直流电流进行变压的高压***设备,配置在前部蓄电池模块31与后部蓄电池模块32、33之间的空间部34且蓄电池单元10的宽度方向中央。并且,蓄电池用ECU40是管理高压蓄电池31a~33a的充放电、温度的蓄电池用的控制器,配置在上后部蓄电池模块33的后方且下后部蓄电池模块32的上方。
[第一重量部]
如图3及图4所示,设置于前室FR的第一重量部W1具备发动机ENG、发电机GEN及马达MOT、以及对发电机GEN及马达MOT进行控制的逆变器IVT。发电机GEN及马达MOT收容于驱动装置壳体60且与发动机EN相邻配置,在驱动装置壳体60上配置有逆变器IVT。
在驱动装置壳体60的内部还设置有变速器TM,变速器TM具备将马达MOT的驱动力向前轮FW、FW传递而使车辆行驶的传递路径和将发动机ENG的驱动力向前轮FW、FW传递而使车辆行驶的传递路径,并且构成为能够择一地选择或并用这两个传递路径而进行行驶。
逆变器IVT连接于多个蓄电池模块31~33与发电机GEN及马达MOT之间,将直流电压转换成交流电压或者将交流电压转换成直流电压。在逆变器IVT的底面设置有逆变器侧发电机连接器及逆变器侧马达连接器,通过将上述的逆变器侧发电机连接器及逆变器侧马达连接器与在驱动装置壳体60的上表面设置的壳体侧发电机连接器及壳体侧马达连接器电连接,从而能够由逆变器IVT对发电机GEN及马达MOT进行控制。
[第二重量部]
设置于行李箱LR的第二重量部W2具备向发动机ENG供给汽油、天然气等燃料的燃料箱FT和通过从外部电源供给的电力来进行多个蓄电池模块31~33的充电的充电器CHG,燃料箱FT和充电器CHG以在车宽方向上相邻的方式保持于副车架23。
副车架23以将沿左右方向延伸的前后一对副横向框架24、24与沿前后方向延伸的左右一对副侧框架25、25连接成大致矩形形状且在内部收容有燃料箱FT和充电器CHG的状态紧固连结于后侧框架14、14。
[相对位置关系]
对第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2的相对位置关系进行说明时,第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2隔着蓄电池单元10而前后配置,以地面GND为基准,第二重量部W2的高度H2低于第一重量部W1的高度H1。即,在本实施方式中,构成第二重量部W2的燃料箱FT及充电器CHG的最上表面的高度H2低于构成第一重量部W1的发动机ENG、发电机GEN、马达MOT及逆变器IVT的最上表面的高度H1。由此,能够将行李箱LR的地板面的高度抑制得低,能够确保行李箱LR的空间。
另外,蓄电池单元10的高度H3在后部座椅5的下方最高,且低于第二重量部W2的高度H2。通常,在后部座椅5配置于比前部座椅4高的位置的情况下,通过使蓄电池单元10的高度在后部座椅5的下方最高,从而能够将地板面设定得低。而且,通过使蓄电池单元10的高度H3低于第二重量部W2的高度,从而能够确保后部座椅5的乘客的头顶的空间,能够提高舒适性。
另外,通过将蓄电池单元10配置在车厢IN下方并将第二重量部W2配置在行李箱LR下方,从而能够降低车辆V的重心高度,能够提高车辆V的驾驶性能。
<第二实施方式>
接着,对本发明的第二实施方式的车辆V进行说明。需要说明的是,第二实施方式的车辆V与第一实施方式仅在构成第一重量部W1及第二重量部W2的要件上不同,对于相同的结构标记相同符号并省略说明。
本发明的第二实施方式的车辆V为电动机动车,通过在形成车厢IN的地板面的底板3的下方配置蓄电池单元10,并隔着蓄电池单元10而分散配置2个重量部,从而保持车辆的重量平衡。2个重量部中的一个的第一重量部W1设置于前室FR且另一个的第二重量部W2配置于行李箱LR下方这一点与第一实施方式相同。
[第一重量部]
设置于前室FR的第一重量部W1具备马达MOT、控制马达MOT的逆变器IVT、通过从外部电源供给的电力进行多个蓄电池模块31~33的充电的充电器CHG。
[第二重量部]
设置于行李箱LR的第二重量部W2具备与收容于蓄电池单元10的多个蓄电池模块31~33不同的蓄电池模块35,蓄电池模块35被保持于与后侧框架14、14紧固连结的副车架23。
[相对位置关系]
对第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2的相对位置关系进行说明时,第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2隔着蓄电池单元10而前后配置,以地面GND为基准,第二重量部W2的高度H2低于第一重量部W1的高度H1。即,在本实施方式中,构成第二重量部W2的蓄电池模块35的最上表面的高度H2低于构成第一重量部W1的马达MOT、逆变器IVT、充电器CHG的最上表面的高度H1。由此,在第二实施方式的电动机动车中,也与第一实施方式的混合动力机动车同样,能够将行李箱LR的地板面的高度抑制得低,能够确保行李箱LR的空间。另外,能够降低车辆V的重心高度,并能够提高车辆V的驾驶性能。
另外,蓄电池单元10的高度H3在后部座椅5的下方最高,并且低于第二重量部W2的高度H2。由此,在第二实施方式的电动机动车中,也与第一实施方式的混合动力机动车同样,能够将地板面设定得低,并且能够确保后部座椅5的乘客的头顶的空间,能够提高舒适性。
<第三实施方式>
以下,对本发明的第三实施方式的车辆V进行说明。需要说明的是,第三实施方式的车辆V与第一实施方式及第二实施方式仅在车厢IN下方的结构及构成第一重量部W1及第二重量部W2的要件上不同,因此对于相同的结构标注相同的符号并省略说明。
本发明的第三实施方式的车辆V为燃料电池车,其具备通过氢与氧的电化学反应进行发电的燃料电池FC和储存有加压氢的2个的第一氢罐HT1及第二氢罐HT2,在形成车厢IN的地板面的底板3的下方配置有比第一实施方式及第二实施方式的蓄电池单元10小的蓄电池单元10A及第一氢罐HT1,并隔着蓄电池单元10A及第一氢罐HT1而分散配置有2个重量部,从而保持车辆的重量平衡。2个重量部中的一个的第一重量部W1设置于前室FR且另一个的第二重量部W2配置于行李箱LR下方这一点与第一实施方式及第二实施方式相同。
蓄电池单元10A配置于前部座椅4的下方,第一氢罐HT1配置于后部座椅5的下方,在后部座椅5的乘客的脚下未配置蓄电池单元10A及第一氢罐HT1,由此能够抑制对车厢的影响,能够提高乘客的舒适性。另外,第一氢罐HT1比后述的第二氢罐HT2小,从而将后部座椅5的高度抑制得较低。通过上述的结构,能够降低车辆高度。
[第一重量部]
设置于前室FR的第一重量部W1具备马达MOT、控制马达MOT的逆变器IVT及燃料电池FC。
[第二重量部]
设置于行李箱LR的第二重量部W2具备第二氢罐HT2,第二氢罐HT2保持于与后侧框架14、14紧固连结的副车架23。
[相对的位置关系]
对第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2的相对位置关系进行说明时,第一重量部W1与第二重量部W2隔着蓄电池单元10A及第一氢罐HT1而前后配置,以地面GND为基准,第二重量部W2的高度H2低于第一重量部W1的高度H1。即,在本实施方式中,构成第二重量部W2的第二氢罐HT2的最上表面的高度H2低于构成第一重量部W1的马达MOT、逆变器IVT及燃料电池FC的最上表面的高度H1。由此,在第三实施方式的燃料电池车中,也与第一实施方式的混合动力机动车及第二实施方式的电动机动车同样,能够将行李箱LR的地板面的高度抑制得低,能够确保行李箱LR的空间。
另外,在形成车厢IN的地板面的底板3的下方配置的蓄电池单元10A及第一氢罐HT1中,蓄电池单元10A的高度H3低于第一氢罐HT1的高度H4,将高度相对较低的蓄电池单元10A配置于前部座椅4的下方,并且将高度相对较高的第一氢罐HT1配置于后部座椅5的下方。通常,在后部座椅5配置于比前部座椅4高的位置的情况下,与之对应而将高度相对较高的第一氢罐HT1配置于后部座椅5的下方,由此能够将地板面设定得低。
此外,第一氢罐HT1的高度H4低于第二重量部W2的高度。这样,通过使第一氢罐HT1的高度H4低于第二重量部W2的高度,从而能够确保后部座椅5的乘客的头顶的空间,能够提高舒适性。
以上说明了本发明的实施方式,但本发明在不脱离其主旨的范围内能够进行各种设计变更。
例如,在第一实施方式的混合动力车中,将燃料箱FT与充电器CHG一起配置于第二重量部W2,但充电器CHG不是必须的,也可以为不能进行外部充电的规格。
另外,蓄电池也可以不进行DC-DC转换器30、蓄电池用ECU40等的单元化。作为蓄电池,能够使用锂离子电池、镍氢电池等二次电池。

Claims (11)

1.一种车辆,其具备:
车厢,其设置有座椅;
前室,其在比该车厢靠前方的位置作为与该车厢不同的空间而设置;
行李箱,其在比该车厢靠后方的位置作为与该车厢同一空间或不同的空间而设置;
重量部,其包括驱动车轮的驱动部和向该驱动部供给燃料或电力的动力源中的至少一方;以及
蓄电池,其向所述驱动部供给电力,
所述重量部具有第一重量部和第二重量部,
该第一重量部和该第二重量部中的至少一方包括所述驱动部,其中,
所述蓄电池设置于所述车厢下方,
所述蓄电池中的至少一部分蓄电池模块配置于后部座椅下方,
所述蓄电池模块的高度在所述后部座椅下方的后方比在所述后部座椅下方的前方低,
所述蓄电池的控制装置配置于在所述后部座椅下方的前方配置的蓄电池模块的后方、且在所述后部座椅下方的后方配置的蓄电池模块的上方,
所述第一重量部设置于所述前室,
所述第二重量部设置于所述行李箱下方,
所述第二重量部的高度低于所述第一重量部的高度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,
所述车辆为燃料电池车,
所述第一重量部包括电动机、进行该电动机的通电控制的通电控制装置以及燃料电池,
所述第二重量部包括氢罐。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,
所述车辆为混合动力车,
所述第一重量部包括发动机、电动机、发电机、以及进行该电动机及该发电机的通电控制的通电控制装置,
所述第二重量部包括燃料箱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车辆,其中,
所述第二重量部还包括充电器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的车辆,其中,
所述车辆为电动机动车,
所述第一重量部包括电动机、进行该电动机的通电控制的通电控制装置以及充电器,
所述第二重量部包括其他蓄电池。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆,其中,
所述蓄电池形成由多个蓄电池模块构成的蓄电池单元,
所述蓄电池模块配置于前部座椅下方及后部座椅下方,未配置于后部座椅的乘客的脚下。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆,其中,
所述第二重量部固定于框架构件,
所述框架构件固定于沿前后方向延伸的左右一对车辆骨架构件。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的车辆,其中,
所述蓄电池的高度在后部座椅的下方最高,并且低于所述第二重量部的高度。
9.根据权利要求2所述的车辆,其中,
设置于所述车厢下方的所述蓄电池配置于前部座椅下方,
在后部座椅下方设置有其他氢罐,
所述其他氢罐的高度低于所述第二重量部的高度。
10.根据权利要求6所述的车辆,其中,
所述第二重量部固定于框架构件,
所述框架构件固定于沿前后方向延伸的左右一对车辆骨架构件。
11.根据权利要求7所述的车辆,其中,
所述蓄电池的高度在后部座椅的下方最高,并且低于所述第二重量部的高度。
